Gold Coast-based developer <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/ignite-projects">Ignite Projects</a> has lodged a Development Application for a landmark $120 million precinct set to transform the southern gateway of the much-loved Spit.

Positioned at the most prominent entry point to the iconic peninsula, the project has been designed with a strong focus on architecture, public space, heritage and connectivity, delivering a revitalised parkland setting that invites locals and visitors to engage with the Broadwater.

Central to The Isles proposal is a significantly upgraded public realm, including landscaped open space, a new waterfront café, and a family-friendly park featuring a naval-themed playground, open lawns and improved pedestrian connections.

The training mast from the vacant and degraded naval cadet building, which forms part of a former Navy minesweeper, will be preserved. The existing Navy Memorial will be relocated and upgraded in collaboration with the RSL, allowing it to be publicly accessible for the first time in years.

Heritage-listed Humphreys Boat Shed remnants will remain and be incorporated into the landscape, while the site’s established Norfolk Pines will be retained, reinforcing the area’s character and sense of place. The enhanced parkland will ultimately create a long-term community asset at the entry to The Spit.

The Development Application (DA) lodged with Gold Coast City Council includes 28 waterfront apartments across three levels, ranging in size from 145sqm to 383sqm, designed as a feature landmark within the precinct and complement the public domain.

The Federal Government’s sweeping changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax could trigger an unintended consequence: a surge of investor demand into the new and off the plan apartment sector.

While Treasurer Jim Chalmers has framed the reforms as a way to improve housing affordability and rebalance the tax system, the carve-outs for newly built housing are already positioning off the plan apartments as one of the few remaining tax-effective property investment plays.

Under the changes handed down in the Federal Budget, investors purchasing established properties after budget night will no longer be able to access negative gearing benefits. The Government will also replace the long-standing 50 per cent capital gains tax discount with a new inflation-indexation model and introduce a minimum 30 per cent tax on gains from July 2027.

However, there is a major exemption.

Investors buying new builds, including off the plan apartments, will still be eligible for negative gearing and will be able to choose between retaining the current 50 per cent CGT discount or adopting the new indexed model.

That distinction is expected to reshape investor behaviour almost immediately.

For years, established housing has dominated investor purchases because of its perceived lower risk, immediate rental returns and stronger historical capital growth. But with the tax advantages now heavily skewed toward new housing supply, the economics are changing rapidly.

The Federal Government has been explicit about its intent.

“The housing market and tax system are broken,” Chalmers said ahead of the Budget, arguing that existing concessions were disproportionately rewarding speculation rather than supporting housing supply.

The Government says the reforms are designed to encourage investment into new housing rather than established stock, a move aimed at increasing supply during a prolonged housing shortage.

According to the official Budget papers, limiting negative gearing to newly built homes is intended to “better align tax incentives with housing supply objectives.”

For the apartment development sector, particularly the off the plan market, the changes could become one of the strongest investor tailwinds in years.

Developers across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane have spent the past two years battling elevated construction costs, higher interest rates and subdued investor confidence. Many projects have struggled to secure sufficient pre-sales to commence construction, particularly in markets heavily reliant on investor demand.

The Budget changes may now alter that equation.

Investors seeking tax-effective property exposure will increasingly find themselves funnelled toward newly built apartments simply because established dwellings no longer offer the same benefits.

Commonwealth Bank described the reforms as one of the most significant shifts to residential property investment settings in decades, noting that the package is centred around “limiting negative gearing for residential property to new builds” while replacing the existing CGT framework.

That could have profound implications for the apartment sector.

Off the plan apartments already hold several advantages for investors. Purchasers typically secure a property at today’s price while settlement occurs years later, allowing time for capital growth and reducing the upfront capital burden. Brand-new apartments also generally attract depreciation benefits, lower maintenance costs, and stronger appeal to renters seeking modern amenity.

Now, they may also become one of the only residential property types still offering the full suite of historical tax advantages.

Industry analysts expect investor demand to increasingly migrate toward projects that can clearly demonstrate strong rental demand, transport connectivity and long-term supply constraints.

The shift is likely to be particularly pronounced in apartment markets already underpinned by structural undersupply, including inner Brisbane, the Gold Coast, parts of Sydney’s Lower North Shore and select Melbourne precincts where new apartment commencements have collapsed over recent years.

The reforms also arrive at a time when apartment supply nationally remains critically constrained.

Australia is already struggling to meet the Federal Government’s target of delivering 1.2 million new homes over five years. Construction feasibility pressures have delayed or shelved thousands of apartments across the country, particularly as building costs remain elevated and financing conditions remain tight.

Critics of the Budget changes argue the reforms could reduce overall investor participation in the housing market and place upward pressure on rents by discouraging investment in established housing.

Some economists estimate the measures could reduce housing supply over the longer term if overall investor appetite weakens.

However, the Government is betting that redirecting investor capital into new housing supply will offset those concerns.

“To continue to incentivise construction of new housing, investors building new residential properties will be able to choose either the 50 per cent CGT discount or the new arrangements,” the Budget papers stated.

That wording has been closely watched by the development industry because it effectively positions new apartments as the preferred investment class within residential property.

For off the plan developers, the reforms could become a powerful sales tool.

Projects that have increasingly relied on owner-occupier demand may once again attract investors seeking to preserve the tax advantages still attached to newly built housing before the July 2027 changes take effect.

The reforms are also expected to sharpen the divide between established and new housing markets.

Rather than a broad investor retreat from property altogether, many analysts expect a redistribution of capital toward sectors still supported by Government incentives.

That could create stronger demand for apartment projects in key urban growth corridors and transit-oriented precincts where population growth, migration and rental shortages remain elevated.

The policy direction also aligns with the Government’s broader push toward increasing housing density in established urban areas.

Across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, planning reforms are increasingly encouraging higher-density apartment development around transport infrastructure and activity centres. By maintaining tax incentives for new housing, the Federal Government is effectively reinforcing that agenda from a taxation perspective.

For apartment developers who have spent years navigating subdued investor confidence, the changes may ultimately become the catalyst that reactivates parts of the off the plan market.

While the broader property sector is still digesting the long-term implications of the Budget, one thing is already becoming clear.

The era of investors buying established apartments and houses primarily for tax advantages may be ending.

But for off the plan apartments, the investment story may just be beginning.

A key driver behind the architecture was the desire to deliver family-sized apartments rarely seen in the Chatswood market. The Anderson includes a mix of one to four-bedroom apartments, with around 35 per cent of the residences configured as three or four-bedroom homes. At the top of the building, two double-storey penthouses span approximately 200 square metres each, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on scale and long-term liveability for both downsizers and intergenerational households.

Orientation and outlook were central to the planning of the building. The apartments are positioned to maximise views to the north and east across Chatswood’s heritage precinct, with upper levels capturing glimpses of the Pacific Ocean. South-facing apartments gain distant views toward the Sydney CBD and Harbour Bridge, while the building’s configuration intentionally reduces western exposure at lower levels to minimise overlooking toward the nearby railway corridor.

Toward the top of the tower, AJC introduces a distinctive lantern-like element formed by sliding screens. These screens provide both solar shading and privacy while also creating a visual marker for the building within the Chatswood skyline. Inside the residences, interior architecture focuses on clear spatial flow and practical everyday use. Open-plan living areas connect directly to large balconies, extending the internal living spaces outward and allowing natural light to move deeper into the apartments. <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/bridgewell-development">Bridgewell Capital</a> has lodged plans for a major mixed-use apartment development in the heart of Maroubra, seeking a significant uplift in height and density controls to deliver 120 apartments and a 120-place childcare centre near Maroubra Junction.

The State Significant Development application, filed through the NSW Government’s Housing Delivery Authority pathway, covers a 3,270 sqm amalgamated site at 251-257 Maroubra Road and 133-135 Garden Street. The proposal includes a concurrent rezoning that would increase the maximum building height from 12 metres to 35.6 metres and lift the floor space ratio to 4.02:1.

Designed by <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/bka-architecture">BKA Architecture</a>, the project would replace a mechanic’s workshop and several detached homes with a 10-storey residential building above four basement levels.

The scheme comprises 120 apartments, including 27 affordable housing units to be managed by a community housing provider for 15 years, alongside 203 basement car spaces and 92 bicycle spaces. A childcare centre occupying nearly 900 sqm of floor area would sit at ground level and be capable of accommodating 120 children and 22 staff.

“It integrates residential units above a ground-level childcare centre, fulfilling the strategic objectives of the Randwick City Council Masterplan.”

The apartment mix is weighted toward larger residences aimed at families and downsizers, reflecting changing demographics in the Randwick LGA and increasing demand for medium-density housing close to transport and amenity.

BKA Architecture said the proposal seeks to reinforce Maroubra Road as a civic spine while improving the pedestrian experience around the site through landscaping and upgraded public interfaces.

“The design capitalises on the following site opportunities: reinforcement of Maroubra Road as a civic spine, enhancement of pedestrian pathways and the public interface via new landscaping, and strong market demand for two and three-bedroom apartments to support families and down-sizers,” the Design Report noted.

The Maroubra proposal aligns with broader NSW Government initiatives encouraging higher-density housing near established centres and transport corridors, particularly where affordable housing is incorporated.

Sydney’s property market is known for high prices, competitive bidding, and mounting pressure on first home buyers. But change is on the horizon.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

<h2>What is the Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

The program introduces a shared equity model intended to reduce the upfront cost of entering the property market, particularly in high-demand urban areas such as Sydney.

The scheme operates under a shared ownership structure in which the federal government takes an equity stake of up to 40 per cent for new homes, or 30 per cent for existing dwellings. This arrangement allows eligible buyers to significantly reduce their loan size and avoid the added cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Under this model, purchasers can enter the property market with as little as a two per cent deposit, well below the traditional 10 to 20 per cent usually required. The government’s contribution is not a loan but a co-ownership stake in the property. As such, there is no interest or rent charged on its portion.

Because the government’s equity combined with the buyer’s deposit typically meets or exceeds the 20 per cent threshold, LMI does not apply. The remaining balance, generally between 60 and 70 per cent of the property’s value, is financed through a standard home loan with a participating lender.

The government's equity in the property remains in place until the buyer chooses to repay it voluntarily or until the property is sold. Buyers can buy back the government’s share over time, in increments of at least five per cent, depending on their financial situation.

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

<h2>How do you qualify for the&nbsp;Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

To qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Off-the-plan property explained: What is stamp duty?

Burleigh Heads is one of the most popular&nbsp;suburbs across the whole of the Gold Coast when it comes to multi-res apartment developments.

Given how in demand higher density projects are, it&#39;s rare to see a boutique project in the pipeline.

A recent development application lodged by K2H Developments, in a joint venture with&nbsp;Golconda Property Group, will see just four townhouse-style dwellings created at&nbsp;8 Bullimah Avenue -&nbsp;just one street back from Tallebudgera Creek and just the other side of the Gold Coast Highway from Burleigh Head National Park.

They will be&nbsp;built on the 550 sqm site and will each have three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms across the three levels, as well as a garaging for two cars.

&ldquo;Each dwelling has been carefully designed to make the best use of the site whilst enhancing the visual appreciation of the site,&rdquo; UPS said in their development application documents.

Designed by Mi Design Studio, the ground floor will include the garage of each unit and a mud room and store area. The rear of each residence will also include the bin store and clothesline and a small landscape strip.

Each dwelling is benefitted by their own separate access with unit one with its own private access from a separate entrance off Bullimah Avenue and unit four accessed from the rear. Each dwelling has access to the floors above by way of stairs and lift.

The first floor will home the three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms, including an ensuite, with the second-floor featuring the living, kitchen and dining areas, following an open-plan layout that flows seamlessly onto the adjoining balcony areas.

The roof terrace will be open in nature, providing a private open space for the occupants of each dwelling, benefiting from views around the site. The space will also include a stairway, lift, powder room and laundry.

Each unit has a north-eastern aspect with units one and four also benefitting from aspects to the east and north-west respectively.

Benefiting from close proximity to a number of public transport, retail, dining, education and entertainment options, the site is within walking distance to the Koala Park neighbourhood centre, just 1.2-kilometres to Stockland shopping centre and 100-metres from a bus stop along the Gold Coast Highway.

Townhouse-style dwellings set for Burleigh Heads site

A large development site in the heart of the Woolloongabba Olympic precinct is up for sale, with price expectations in excess of $45 million.

The 1.28-hectare rectangular shaped development site at 73 Ipswich Road in Woolloongabba&nbsp;is expected to attract apartment developers given its central location at the heart of the planned infrastructure in the precinct.

The site has three street frontages, to Ipswich Road and Henry Street and offers multiple development outcomes including residential, commercial, medical and hotel, subject to council approval.

Knight Frank agents Blake Goddard, Christian Sandstrom and Matt Barker in conjunction with Nathan Moore of Ray White Commercial Bayside on behalf of the vendor, a local private.

Goddard said the property was one of the largest privately owned infill sites within a two-kilometre radius of the Brisbane CBD and was expected to be hotly contested by buyers.

&ldquo;We expect a wide range of developers to be interested in this site, including residential, commercial, mixed-use and build-to-rent developers, due to its flexible zoning allowances,&rdquo; he said.

&ldquo;It is one of the largest privately-owned properties situated in the heart of the Woolloongabba Olympic precinct, close to the Cross River Rail and the redevelopment of &lsquo;the Gabba&rsquo; stadium, and one of the most significant development opportunities to have hit the market in the last few years.

&ldquo;Quality development sites are sought after in the current market, but this site will be even more attractive to a wide range of buyers due to the rarity of size and location. The Gabba stadium and surrounding precinct is set to undergo major transformation in the coming years with over $1 billion allocated to the precinct.&rdquo;

Moore said the property benefitted from its three-street frontage, easy access to major. arterial roads including Ipswich Road and the M1 Pacific Motorway, and the fact that a majority of it was undeveloped.

&ldquo;The property is set to benefit from its prime location underpinned by exceptional future development opportunities in the area surrounding the 2032 Olympics,&rdquo; he said.

The site is surrounded by nearby&nbsp;&nbsp;amenity including The Gabba, the Logan Road dining precinct and the Cross River Rail station upon completion.

The national property developer Fortis has seen a flurry of sales at the recent launch of its luxury Darling Point apartment project, MONA.

Some 60 per cent of the apartments on offer sold, with CBRE&#39;s&nbsp;Premium Sales division head Ben Stewart noting the two and three-bedroom apartments sold&nbsp;well.

&quot;Our team are feeling very encouraged by the initial lot of sales achieved,&quot; Stewart says, adding that there&#39;s still a very good selection of stock remaining.

The two-level penthouse, with 253 sqm of internal space as well as its own rooftop terrace and swimming pool, was sold even before the recent launch event. Cox Architecture have two nominations They also worked on Queens Place with FK, and were recognised for the designs of the first stage of Melbourne Square.

The multi-residential nominees for the 2022 Victorian Architecture Awards announced

Peninsula Collection, the final piece of ASF Group&#39;s The Peninsula Hope Island master-planned community, has officially sold out well before the construction completion. 
 
Stage 3 of the gated community development is comprised of 63 three- to five-bedroom apartments (Peninsula Collection) and 22 three-storey terrace homes (Peninsula Terraces). This final stage followed sell-outs&nbsp;of Peninsula Homes and Peninsula Residences, which make up the waterfront community located in Hope Island Resort. 
 
ASF Group Marketing Director Daniel Fang said there was a mix of local owner-occupiers looking to downsize and interstate migrants &amp; investors captivated by the Gold Coast&#39;s lifestyle and value offering.

<h2>&quot;Urban Light House&quot; apartment tower planned for Old Burleigh Road, Broadbeach</h2>

The Brisbane-based property developer, West Homes, is set to offer some of the biggest apartments on the Gold Coast at their first Broadbeach apartment development,&nbsp;Aurora Apartments.

They&#39;ve had the local architecture firm Inarc Design create the 22-level tower of just 20 apartments at&nbsp;75 Old Burleigh Road, a site they secured late last year.

<h2>Mosaic Property Group set for Broadbeach apartment tower</h2>

The continually busy South East Queensland apartment developer, Mosaic Property, has lodged&nbsp;plans for a new Broadbeach apartment tower, for what will be one of seven apartment developments launched to the market by the prominent developer in 2022.

Melbourne-based developer Hirsch &amp; Faigen has appointed Queensland&rsquo;s largest high-rise residential builder, Hutchinson Builders, to bring its $200 million Yves development to life.

Located just metres behind the famed Hedges Avenue beachfront strip, Yves will rise on 7-9 Mermaid Avenue with construction scheduled to start in May.

The family development company, the&nbsp;Lacey Group, has lodged plans for its next Gold Coast apartment development.

Off the back of two successful sell-outs in Palm Beach and Kirra Beach&nbsp;in 2021,&nbsp;Lacey Group, headed by Adam Lacey, is taking on&nbsp;Bilinga, just north of Coolangatta, which seems to be the hottest spot for apartment developers at the moment.

The first resort and marina precinct in almost 20 years is set to be launched in the Whitsundays.

The approved $350 million Shute Harbour Marina Resort&nbsp;aims to transform Shute Harbour into an extensive foreshore with a&nbsp;resort hotel and a&nbsp;residential precinct featuring restaurants, retail outlets and marine services.

Shute Harbour Marina Resort will be the first major marina and residential development in the Whitsundays since 2006 and will create the ultimate waterfront lifestyle for residents and tourists in one of the world&rsquo;s most sought-after sailing locations.

The multi-use marina, located on a prime 28-hectare waterfront site, will tap into a critical shortage of secure cyclone protected boat moorings in the state&rsquo;s north.

The marina resort will provide a much-needed boost for post-Covid tourism in the Whitsundays region and create 700 jobs during and post-construction.

Shute Harbour Marina Resort will also include a new commercial hub known as Pier 61, as part of a master-planned marina plaza that will create a range of new retail and commercial outlets for the waterfront development.

The Shute Harbour Marina Resort master plan comprises 58 managed resort dwellings, each with their own private marina berths of 25 to 35-metres at their doorstep, along with managed apartments with resort club facilities, and a 100-plus room resort hotel, including function and meeting rooms, bars, restaurants, swimming pool and undercover parking.

The entire precinct will be linked by public boardwalks, lookout spaces and seating throughout, with plans to also establish new public parks and a community cyclone shelter on site.

Shute Harbour Marina Resort is poised to become a popular destination for residents, locals and tourists who will be drawn to the village-style precinct that will host a marina cafe and bar, marina club, supermarket, bottle shop, marina office, chandlery, marine electronics and charter operators.

The project is being undertaken by an Australian consortium headed by Mark Daniels, Mark McLachlan, Greg Phillips and Sam Wade.

The consortium members have a combined 70 years&rsquo; experience in the development industry with a collective delivery of projects to the tune of $1.25 billion, including Encounter Lakes, Encounter Bay SA &ndash; an award winning regional residential development set around a man-made environmentally sustainable saltwater self- flushing lake, Holdfast Shores, Glenelg SA &ndash; an integrated residential, tourism, retail and commercial development involving co-operative action between Commonwealth, State and Local Government, and Seaford, Noarlunga SA &ndash; a major urban &ldquo;Greenfield&rdquo; development comprising the transformation of 730 hectares into an integrated community development with a projected population over 15,000.

Daniels, who has extensive experience in project delivery in the Whitsundays region over the past decade, said the development is a game-changer for Shute Harbour which is set to benefit from the recent reopening of international borders.

Marina berths will range from 10 to 35 metres for mono and multi-hull craft, while the proposed land and berth packages will include marina facilities to accommodate boats up to 35-metres.

Berths are priced between $175,000 and $1 million, with each berth sold on a 99- year lease. Stage one will offer free-hold residential waterfront sites of 440 sqm which are earmarked for two and three-storey design concepts, with the land-and-berth prices starting from $1.75 million.

Expressions of interest are also being taken on future stages which will include marina loft apartments and plaza terrace homes. Development of the first stage of Shute Harbour Marina Resort, which will include the marina and the stage-one release of land and marina berths, is expected to take two years to complete.

Construction is targeted to commence in 12 months.

Shute Harbour Marina Resort has taken 20 years to gain all necessary approvals to proceed and was identified as a project of significance by the Queensland Government in 2006. The project benefits from its accessibility by air with three regional airports located within 30-minutes to 90-minutes drive.

The Whitsundays has a population of more than 35,500 people with tourism among the major contributors to the region&rsquo;s $5.9 billion economy.

The master planned foreshore development will feature a resort hotel alongside an extensive residential precinct featuring restaurants, retail outlets and marine services.



$350 million Shute Harbour Marina Resort set to boost property and tourism market in the Whitsundays

Even before its recent launch to the market, the new Fitzroy apartment development by the&nbsp;local Melbourne developer Outline Projects&nbsp;was a hit with the architecture community.

&quot;We had a number of early enquiries on the apartments from architects and designers given the following Freedman White has,&quot; Outline Projects Sales and Marketing Director Tom Aylward told Urban.

Aylward said when the site was acquired at 131 Smith Street, they said to themselves &quot;who is the best architect for the area and&nbsp;who interprets the Fitzroy lifestyle drivers the best?&quot;

The design-driven developer&nbsp;has a solid reputation for producing striking projects in Fitzroy following their seven townhouses nearby at 44-46 Greeves Street, which were recently nominated for an award in the multiple housing category in the Australian Institute of Architects Architecture Awards for Victoria.

They knew Freedman White would fit their brief: to not create just another cookie-cutter development, and design something that is more a tune to the story of the area.

Outline Projects launch 131 Smith Street, Fitzroy apartments

A new 600-plus apartment development is heading for the heart&nbsp;of Sydney&#39;s Box Hill.

The prominent Western Sydney property developer, Bathla Group, is set to create 637 apartments across eight low to mid-rise buildings at 34 Terry Road, which have been designed by WMK Architecture to suit the needs of the future community and to cater for a wide cross section of buyers..

There will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four-bedroom townhouses. There will also be a selection of four-bedroom sky terraces on offer.

Each apartment is inclusive of views and private open space, with the sky terraces featuring&nbsp;expansive roof terraces, privately accessed, giving views across the Hills Shire region.

WMK said in their design statement that the&nbsp;proposal will provide well-designed housing stock in an area where there is a strong demand for this type of development.

&quot;It&rsquo;s designed to encourage social interaction and engagement through the creation of large common courtyards at the ground level, as well as a community room.&quot;

The project is not only divided into a total of eight buildings, in a bid to reduce the overall massing, but it is further split into precincts with Block A and C dubbed&nbsp;the Green Precinct. They will feature&nbsp;facades along the northern edge defined by a gridded column and beam aesthetic, taking inspiration from the traditional veranda typology.

Blocks B and D will be known as the Heritage Precinct, with facades featuring a horizontal emphasis and&nbsp;a terracotta red, brown and grey palette in response to the existing buildings on the site and the heritage zone to the south. Blocks E and F are within the Urban Precinct, delivering a formal fa&ccedil;ade articulation with a more vertical expression, incorporating strong vertical dividing walls and shading elements throughout.

A pool has been proposed in the courtyard of Block C along with a community room on the ground floor of Block D, which will be accessible to all residents.

The Box Hill development lands in an area with a variety of mixed uses that is undergoing significant change, which when completed will include a new retail centre opposite Terry Road, recently completed apartment developments, and sites making their way through the planning process.

&ldquo;The proposal together with the adjacent Town Centre contribute toward ensuring the future Box Hill area is fulfilling its economic, social and creative potential,&rdquo; WMK added.

The use of simple but articulated detailing of corners, window reveals, vertical grids and feature boxes, with varying scales of detail, are employed to avoid large, flat planes and break the building mass and building height.

&ldquo;The proposed design responds to the change from low-scale conservation area to high-density apartment developments and is to be read as a &lsquo;family&rsquo; of buildings rather than a monolithic development&rdquo;, said WMK.

Landscaping has been designed throughout the precinct by landscape architects, A Total Concept, creating a contemporary, functional and aesthetically pleasing landscape that seamlessly blends with the built form and surround area.

Bathla Group have previously developed in the area, with the Pinnacle Collection, which was released in three stages in the heart of Schofields. Just down the road from the future Box Hill development, Pinnacle delivers a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, conveniently located within walking distance to shops, eateries, schools and public transport.

The group currently have a number of other residential developments in the pipeline with a range of town houses and villas, apartments, and house and land projects currently under construction or in planning. &nbsp;

The apartments will include a mix of one, two and three-bedroom sing-storey apartments, two, three and four-bedroom two-storey townhouses, along with two, three and four-bedroom two-storey sky terraces.
