A trio of Queensland property groups have unveiled plans for a $300 million mixed-use redevelopment of the former Noosa Bowls Club site, a proposal that would deliver more than 200 new homes in one of the Sunshine Coast's most supply-constrained markets.

Kilter Property, Frank Developments and Calile Malouf Investments are behind the plans for the 1.8-hectare site at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/99-noosa-drive-noosa-heads-qld-4567">99 Noosa Drive</a>, which would transform the long-vacant site into a new residential precinct featuring 208 apartments, retail, hospitality and public space.

The proposal comes as Noosa continues to grapple with housing affordability and a shortage of permanent accommodation, particularly for key workers. The site's location in Noosa Junction, close to shops, public transport and employment, aligns with the direction of Noosa Council's Housing Strategy, which encourages higher-density housing within established activity centres rather than continued urban expansion.

The draft plans include 48 affordable-by-design apartments and 48 rooming accommodation units aimed at key workers. Around 2,000 sqm of ground-floor retail and food and beverage space would activate the street frontage, alongside a new public town square and landscaped open space.

Frank Developments Founder and Director Frank Licastro said the development would continue the company's focus on architecturally-led residential projects while addressing one of the region's biggest challenges.

Calile Malouf Investments, best known for its role in Brisbane's James Street precinct and The Calile Hotel, will bring its place-making experience to the project. The company recently commenced construction on The Calile Noosa hotel and says the residential development will complement its growing investment in the region.

CMI Director Cal Malouf said the aim was to create a walkable precinct combining housing, retail and hospitality while remaining true to Noosa's character.

"We see a similar opportunity in Noosa to deliver a vibrant, walkable destination that combines exceptional housing, hospitality and retail in one integrated project," Malouf said.

Brisbane-based Cavill Architects has been appointed to design the project.

Noosa Bowls Club to be redeveloped into mixed-use apartment precinct

One of Brisbane's last major riverfront redevelopment opportunities has taken a significant step forward, with Lendlease selected as the Queensland Government's preferred development partner for the former Visy site in South Brisbane.

The seven-hectare industrial site, positioned between South Bank and West End and 1.3 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, will be transformed into a mixed-use precinct expected to deliver more than 4,000 new homes alongside extensive public open space and riverfront parkland.

The project is one of the largest urban renewal opportunities currently planned in Brisbane and is expected to play a key role in accommodating the city's growing population ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Plans for the precinct include a network of riverfront promenades and boardwalks, new public plazas, parkland, amphitheatre-style gathering spaces and shared pedestrian and cycling links designed to reconnect the long-isolated site with the Brisbane River.

The Queensland Government is targeting delivery of the first homes and key public spaces before the 2032 Games, allowing the precinct to begin contributing new housing and public amenity well before the broader masterplan is complete.

The redevelopment is also expected to support more than 3,000 jobs across planning, construction and ongoing operations.

For Lendlease, the appointment adds another major urban regeneration project to its Queensland portfolio. The developer has operated in the state for more than 70 years and has delivered a number of large-scale mixed-use precincts in partnership with government.

Lendlease Development CEO Claire Johnston said the project represented one of Brisbane's most significant redevelopment opportunities.

"The transformation of the former Visy site represents a rare opportunity to reimagine one of Brisbane's most significant riverfront locations, deliver thousands of much-needed homes, and create long-term legacy," Johnston said.

"In partnership with the Queensland Government, we have the opportunity to create a new riverside destination that will help shape Brisbane's growth and how people experience the city for decades to come.

“This is a once-in-a-generation moment to reshape a significant slice of Brisbane and deliver lasting benefits – thousands of new homes, and public spaces for all Queenslanders to enjoy well beyond the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games – unlike Labor’s plan which would have delivered zero benefits and zero new homes.

Early works on the precinct are expected to commence in April 2027.

Lendlease selected to deliver transformative South Brisbane riverfront precinct

Eddy Haddad's <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/level-33">Level 33</a> is levelling up its approved Wollongong development, as the coastal city south of Sydney continues to prove popular in the high-density development space.

Level 33, a longtime developer in the Wollongong area, has gone through the NSW Government's Housing Delivery Authority to upsize its approved two-tower development on the corner of Crown Street and Gladstone Avenue, just 100 metres from Wollongong Station.

The developer currently has approval for 252 apartments across two buildings rising to 19 storeys. It is now seeking approval for 33 and 38-storey towers that would deliver 467 apartments, including 67 affordable homes.

Designed by <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/bka-architecture">BKA Architecture</a>, the development would comprise apartments above a three-level podium with around 1,100 sqm of retail space, along with basement parking for 448 vehicles.

According to the Urban Design Report by BKA, the proposal has the capacity to "reinforce the precinct's identity by strengthening links between health, education, and transport services, while also contributing to Wollongong's ongoing evolution as a key regional centre."

Wollongong is somewhat in vogue. Between Level 33 and Urban Property Group, the two developers have several thousand apartments planned across the city.

Level 33 is currently delivering Easterly Wollongong, one of its most boutique projects to date with just 21 high-end apartments, as well as Atchison &amp; Kenny, a 329-apartment development due for completion later this year.

The developer plans to redevelop the 13,088 sqm WIN Grand megasite into <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/crown-square-216-238-keira-street-wollongong-nsw-2500">Crown Square</a>, a new $500 million precinct with nearly 600 apartments. It also has more than 900 apartments planned for the former Bunnings Warehouse site at the intersection of Gipps and Flinders streets.

Urban Property Group is also playing a major role in the city's transformation. Its five-tower Keira Place precinct will deliver more than 800 homes, and it has recently lodged plans for a further 300 apartments near Wollongong Station.

Just a week after filing plans for the final stage of its major Keira Place masterplan, <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/urban-property-group">Urban Property Group</a> has unveiled another significant housing proposal in Wollongong, this time targeting a prominent site opposite North Wollongong Station.

The developer has lodged a State Significant Development Application for a 38-storey mixed-use tower at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/4-4a-flinders-street-north-wollongong-nsw-2500">4-4A Flinders Street</a>, around one kilometre north of the <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/keira-place-wollongong-120-122-smith-street-wollongong-nsw-2500">Keira Place precinct</a> currently taking shape on the edge of the CBD.

Designed by Studio.SC, the proposal comprises a 38-storey mixed-use development containing 303 apartments, including 45 affordable housing units, alongside 174 co-living residences. The scheme also includes ground-floor retail space, extensive landscaping and public domain improvements.

Studio.SC noted in the proposal it "outlines a vision for a landmark transit-oriented mixed-use development centred around North Wollongong Station, designed to support the city’s future growth while responding to the NSW Government’s housing and planning reforms."

The architecture firm said the proposal responds to the opportunities and constraints shaping future growth within the 400-metre catchment of the station and represents "a coordinated and future-focused approach to urban intensification, contributing to the long-term evolution of North Wollongong as a connected, walkable and high-density station precinct."

The site occupies a strategic corner bounded by Flinders Street, Station Street, Stafford Street and the Princes Highway, directly opposite North Wollongong Station.

The proposal follows Urban Property Group's recent submission for the second and final stage of Keira Place, which would deliver a further three buildings comprising 657 homes opposite Beaton Park. It builds on the first stage, which features 150 apartments across two towers and recently commenced construction.

Urban Property Group CEO Patrick Elias said breaking ground on the first stage marked a significant milestone for Wollongong and reflected the developer's long-term commitment to regional cities.

"Today's groundbreaking is about turning approvals into homes and moving quickly to deliver much-needed housing in Wollongong's city centre," Elias said.

<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/arada">Arada Australia</a> has wasted little time expanding its ambitions in Campsie, lodging plans for a second major project in the rapidly transforming town centre just months after unveiling its three-tower One Campsie proposal on Beamish Street.

The UAE-backed developer has now taken aim at one of the suburb’s most strategically positioned sites, filing a State Significant Development Application for a <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/10-north-parade-campsie-nsw-2194">33-storey mixed-use tower</a> at 10 London Street and 43 North Parade, directly opposite the future Campsie Metro Station. The proposal is currently on public exhibition and represents another significant vote of confidence in Campsie's emergence as one of Sydney’s key transit-oriented growth centres.

Designed by <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/woods-bagot">Woods Bagot</a>, the development would deliver 156 apartments above a podium containing retail and commercial space, creating a new residential and commercial gateway to the town centre. The scheme also includes a four-level above-ground parking podium and a dedicated residential amenity floor featuring wellness and recreation facilities. At least 10 per cent of the apartments would be allocated as affordable housing for a period of 10 years.

The proposal occupies a 1,631 sqm site bounded by London Street, North Parade and Dispensary Lane, immediately adjoining the future Metro station precinct and just metres from Beamish Street’s retail and dining strip. According to the Urban Design Report, the project seeks to deliver "a great place that prioritises human-scaled experience and provides spatial improvements to the area."

Woods Bagot describes the tower as a key marker within Campsie's next phase of growth.

"Located directly opposite the new Campsie Metro Station on North Parade, 10 London Street is a thoughtfully composed 33-storey mixed-use tower that contributes to the ongoing transformation of the town centre," the Architectural Design Report states. The report says the project is intended to provide "high-quality homes within a vibrant, connected urban environment, while helping define Campsie's future skyline."

A strong emphasis has been placed on the public realm. The ground floor incorporates over 500 sqm of retail space and active frontages along both London Street and North Parade, while the podium is wrapped by extensive landscaped planting intended to soften the building's scale and strengthen the pedestrian experience. The development would also widen surrounding footpaths and improve connections between the Metro station and the broader town centre.

Above the podium, residents would have access to more than 1,400 sqm of communal amenities, including a pool, gym and landscaped recreation spaces. A distinctive green-wall treatment extending across four podium levels forms a major architectural feature, helping differentiate the project within the emerging high-density precinct.

The tower's design is closely tied to the broader Campsie Town Centre Master Plan and the arrival of Sydney Metro. The Urban Design Report notes the proposal "directly supports the Campsie Town Centre Master Plan by delivering new homes in a location explicitly identified for growth, improved accessibility, and high-quality urban renewal." It adds that the project contributes to the master plan's vision for a strengthened town centre supported by thousands of new homes around the future Metro station.

Sydney’s property market is known for high prices, competitive bidding, and mounting pressure on first home buyers. But change is on the horizon.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

<h2>What is the Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

The program introduces a shared equity model intended to reduce the upfront cost of entering the property market, particularly in high-demand urban areas such as Sydney.

The scheme operates under a shared ownership structure in which the federal government takes an equity stake of up to 40 per cent for new homes, or 30 per cent for existing dwellings. This arrangement allows eligible buyers to significantly reduce their loan size and avoid the added cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Under this model, purchasers can enter the property market with as little as a two per cent deposit, well below the traditional 10 to 20 per cent usually required. The government’s contribution is not a loan but a co-ownership stake in the property. As such, there is no interest or rent charged on its portion.

Because the government’s equity combined with the buyer’s deposit typically meets or exceeds the 20 per cent threshold, LMI does not apply. The remaining balance, generally between 60 and 70 per cent of the property’s value, is financed through a standard home loan with a participating lender.

The government's equity in the property remains in place until the buyer chooses to repay it voluntarily or until the property is sold. Buyers can buy back the government’s share over time, in increments of at least five per cent, depending on their financial situation.

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

<h2>How do you qualify for the&nbsp;Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

To qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

The record for an apartment in&nbsp;<a href="/developments/fitzroy-vic-3065">Fitzroy</a>, one of Melbourne’s oldest suburbs, has hit a new high following the sale of three amalgamated apartments in Chapter Group's Fitzroy Fitzroy project on Smith Street.

The three combined apartments, which will made a 400 sqm home with 120 sqm of outdoor entertaining space, sold for around $10 million.

The buyer was an Australian expat who will call&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/fitzroy-fitzroy-411-421-smith-street-fitzroy">Fitzroy Fitzroy</a>&nbsp;home when the project is completed later this year.

The buyer, in their 30s,&nbsp;was attracted to the project’s central location on Smith Street and the ability to create their dream home in the sky.&nbsp;

Sydney apartment developers are feeling confident in 2024.

That's been the headline from conversations in the first six weeks of the year from developers across Sydney. Just as importantly, that's been the feedback from the project marketers too.

Joe Nahas, Managing Director at <a href="/developers/coronation-property">Coronation Property</a>, is expecting a strong market this year, however buyers have changed in recent years.

"Buyers are more discerning when it comes to the developer they choose and are not willing to accept anything short of exceptional built quality," Nahas says.

"Buyers today are very different from those five years ago. Buyers are demanding more and wanting to invest in a lifestyle, not just an apartment. They want more space within their homes, seeking residences that are functional and offer an evolving space to grow. They are wanting the resort-style amenities, outdoor spaces and access to shops and dining on their doorstep."

It's placemaking which Coronation are doubling down on currently and in their future pipeline. Having already delivered the successful Paper Mill Precinct in Liverpool, their focus now is on Mason &amp; Main, which will bring Merrylands its largest ever mixed-use precinct, and Ashbury Terraces, a rare proposition in a suburb where apartments and terraces are at a premium.

Coronation has three new projects which are likely to launch this year, the first being <a href="/new-apartments/erskineville-nsw-2043">Erskineville Village</a>.. They also have a <a href="/new-apartments/57-61-archer-street-chatswood">Woods Bagot-designed tower in Chatswood</a> and another project in Ashbury.

"Across all our off the plan projects, we are finding buyers are desiring the best of modern design, quality build, and convenient connectivity," Nahas added.

<a href="/developers/deicorp">Deicorp</a>, one of Sydney's busiest developers year on year, echoed the sentiment. Deicorp's Executive Manager Robert Furolo said&nbsp;the signs are positive that 2024 will be a strong year both for buyer inquiries and conversion to sales in the apartment market.

"Young families, professional couples, and downsizers are all still looking for the lifestyle benefits of convenient and affordable apartment living," Furolo said.

"Together with the ongoing undersupply of new properties in the market, and the return of investors, we are confident of finding buyers for every new home we build and deliver."

Deicorp has just launched their first new project of 2024, <a href="/new-apartments/cosmopolitan-by-deicorp-parramatta-34-hassall-street-parramatta-nsw-2150">Cosmopolitan by Deicorp</a> in <a href="/new-apartments/parramatta-nsw">Parramatta</a>. The two 46-level, side by side towers designed by Turner Studio will home over 600 apartments above retail in the heart of Parramatta on Hassall Street.

Deicorp will also look to launch <a href="/new-apartments/marquet-mary-rhodes-1-9-marquet-street-rhodes-nsw-2138">Marquet &amp; Mary</a>, their $310 million,&nbsp;<a href="/architects/fk-australia" target="">Fender Katsalidis</a>-designed mixed-use tower in&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/rhodes-nsw-2138">Rhodes</a>, some 214 apartments across 32 levels, while later this year their Melrose Park masterplan is expected to kick off.

Deicorp is working with PAYCE to create a&nbsp;<a href="/news/nsw/deicorp-and-payces-melrose-town-centre-plans-revealed">new $700 million Melrose Town Centre</a>, which will turn a 55-hectare patch of dirt just&nbsp;outside of Parramatta into a fully mixed-use community.

Turner Architects has drawn up the plans which will see just under 500 apartments delivered across&nbsp;six buildings, as well as commercial, retail, a child care centre, and medical premises in the podiums.

Not to forget Deicorp's current pipeline. They'll be completing&nbsp;construction on&nbsp;<a href="/buildings/downtown-zetland-106-116-epsom-road-zetland">Downtown Zetland</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/the-ashford-castle-hill-25-ashford-avenue-castle-hill">The Ashford</a>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/castle-hill-nsw-2154">Castle Hill</a>, as well as&nbsp;the first stage of their&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/tallawong-village-rouse-hill-shop-30-12-conferta-avenue-tallawong">Tallawong Village&nbsp;</a>project near the Tallawong Metro Station. They will also launch a new release of apartments in the 430-unit&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/hills-showground-village-castle-hill-2-mandala-parade-castle-hill">Hills Showground Village</a>&nbsp;development, also in Castle Hill.

Lower North Shore developer <a href="/developers/hyecorp-property-group">Hyecorp</a> saw success over the break at their under construction <a href="/new-apartments/st-leonards-nsw-2065">St Leonards</a> project, <a href="/new-apartments/audrey-st-leonards-13-19-canberra-avenue-st-leonards">Audrey</a>.

Hyecorp Sales Director George Benlian secured the sale of an apartment with the highest price per square metre rate within the building.

“As January unfolded, the off the plan apartment market embarked on its annual dance of unpredictability," Benlian said.

"The month, typically characterised by a lull in activity due to holiday festivities, didn't deter the stream of inquiries. Although many potential buyers were still immersed in their vacation mindset, the real action was set to unfold upon their return to the daily grind."

Benlian said while the majority of purchasers hailed from the local area, some buyers have made the decision to downsize from the Hills District and relocate closer to the city.

"The strategic location of Audrey St.Leonards emerged as a key selling point, positioned opposite the scenic Newlands Park and a mere 400 meters away from a conveniently accessible train station.

"These factors contributed to Audrey's appeal, attracting a diverse range of buyers seeking not only a property but also a lifestyle upgrade."

Global architectural firm BVN has won the City of Sydney Council’s Design Excellence Competition for its design of Buildings G and H in the Ashmore Estate, part of the $1.5 billion Erskineville Village urban renewal project by Coronation Property.

Located four kilometres from Sydney's CBD, the Erskineville Village project at 155 Mitchell Road is set to transform the 50,000 sqm former industrial site into a vibrant community hub, delivering approximately 1,000 Build-to-Rent (BTR) residences, six boutique terraces and premium retail, dining, and public amenity spaces.

The significant development is positioned to play a vital role in addressing Sydney's housing shortage by bringing a dynamic range of high-quality rental residences into the market.

As the last remaining section in the Ashmore Estate, the design for Buildings G and H will complete the significant master-planned urban regeneration.

BVN’s winning submission will house over 380 studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, complete with a communal hub filled with extensive resident amenities. These include co-working spaces, community rooms, swimming pool, alfresco dining areas spread over multiple levels, large landscaped outdoor retreats with outdoor kitchens plus wellness facilities including a yoga studio and sauna.

BVN’s design envisions a porous and well-connected neighbourhood, with a finer urban grain facilitating pedestrian movement and interaction. It anchors the development in its location through a constructed landscape that reflects the site's geology and industrial past, using materials and planting to tell the area's regenerative story.

"We’re excited about our first partnership with BVN, not the least because it marks the final step in Erskineville Village’s urban transformation plan.

“This is a significant milestone in the $1.5 billion redevelopment project, which will deliver extensive retail, the future 7,500 sqm McPherson Park and Kooka Walk, a 20-metre-wide pedestrian-friendly walkway.

“The Erskineville Village precinct will also deliver approximately 1,000 Build-to-Rent (BTR) residences through our sister brand Nation, offering housing choice and diversity on the City of Sydney’s fringe.”

Nation, which is launching its first two buildings next month in Merrylands and Parramatta City and projected to deliver around 1,500 apartments by 2025, will also operate the five BTR residential buildings with the precinct.

BVN Principals Phillip Rossington and Peter Titmuss shared their vision for the project, focusing on creating a sense of community, incorporating native landscapes, and drawing design inspiration from the site’s industrial past.

“BTR projects like this should prioritise elevating the resident experience beyond the lobby and their front door," Rossington said.

"There is a real opportunity to design for higher density that fosters social connection and builds community.

“The transition from a place for industry back to a place for people will be both transformative and regenerative."

The entire Erskineville Village precinct will be completed by 2026.

National diversified developer Fortis has achieved planning approvals for $570 million worth of projects across three major developments in Sydney and Melbourne.

They've secured approval for the second tower of their&nbsp;$320 million mixed-use Wiltshire House development in Richmond, an $80 million commercial building in Sydney's Manly and a landmark $170 million precinct in Double Bay, in collaboration with Restoration Hardware (RH), that will bring the luxury lifestyle brand to Australia and Asia-Pacific for the first time.&nbsp;

At Wiltshire House, the 22,200 sqm, two-tower project in <a href="/new-apartments/richmond-vic-3121">Richmond</a>, Fortis has appointed SJB as lead architect, having reimagined previously approved plans for the second tower from commercial to residential in response to the pent-up demand for high-quality residential stock in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. &nbsp;

The move is reflective of the confidence that Fortis continues to hold in residential development across Melbourne’s inner-ring suburbs, which is underpinned by the initial off-market enquiry for the building’s first residential tower, and the macro fundamentals which points to a sustained, significant undersupply of new housing across the state into 2027*.&nbsp;

The development approval comes at a critical time for housing supply in the state of Victoria, with Charter Keck Cramer’s State of the Market H1 2023 report revealing that between 15,000 and 18,000 new build-to-sell and build-to-rent apartments are required to meet the current levels of demand. Yet, completions are only forecast to reach 10,500 per year.&nbsp;

Meanwhile, in <a href="/developments/sydney-nsw">Sydney</a>, the RH DA decision made by the Woollahra Planning Panel provides approval for a purpose-built Design Gallery that integrates artistic installations of luxury home furnishings, an Interior Design studio with professional design services; and a Rooftop Restaurant, &nbsp;offering a curated fine dining experience.&nbsp;

With an architectural approach defined by the RH design ethos – a study of balance, symmetry, and perfect proportions – RH Sydney, The Gallery at Double Bay will be a signature landmark for the city’s eastern suburbs, integrating a timeless yet contemporary structure into the landscape of Double Bay.&nbsp;

Fortis acquired the 1,027sqm RH Gallery site for $49 million in 2021 with the vision to create a bespoke design and hospitality destination. Working in collaboration with RH, MHN Design Union and &nbsp;Dangar Barin Smith, the $170 million commercial project will represent a distinctive and inspiring space of the highest quality and craftsmanship.&nbsp;

The new RH Gallery complements a number of highly successful Fortis developments in the area including Neil Perry’s ‘Margaret’, ‘Baker Bleu’ at 2 Guilfoyle Avenue, another soon-to-open Neil Perry venue, ‘Song Bird’ at 24 Bay Street, and boutique commercial office suites for sale within the luxurious Ruby House project, currently under construction opposite the RH Gallery development.&nbsp;

Fortis has also secured development approval for 34-35 South Steyne in Manly from Northern Beaches Council.&nbsp;

Named ‘White Water’, construction on the 690 sqm site is set to commence in Q3 2024, with developer Fortis set to transform it into a commercial and retail offering with three levels of commercial office space, two basement levels for parking, and a private rooftop terrace.

The Manly site will be developed by Fortis and anchored by Pallas Capital, with its growing operations across the eastern seaboard driving demand for a second office.&nbsp;

For Wiltshire House in Richmond, Fortis re-submitted the project as a residential scheme in August &nbsp;2023 – just as Property Council of Australia figures revealed that 12,000 new homes could be created by converting vacant office buildings to residential projects in Melbourne’s CBD.&nbsp;

The new scheme for the second tower will encompass 10,000 sqm of premium residential, &nbsp;commercial and retail space, featuring ground-floor retail and hospitality, alongside 50 apartments spanning 11 floors above.&nbsp;

“As with our Sydney and Brisbane projects we are aiming to deliver more than just residences – by emphasising the existing local DNA of the areas in which our projects sit, while ensuring connection between our network of neighbouring projects within the same suburbs, we can create lifestyle precincts that add value to locals and visitors as well as our own buyers," Mills says.

The project, known as Bankstown Central, includes the addition of at least 19 towers around the existing central shopping centre.

The early plans for the $1.3-billion redevelopment include 1255 residential apartments, 439 hotel rooms, 694 student accommodation units, about 90 serviced apartments, 120,000 sqm of commercial space, and 15,000 sqm of new retail.&nbsp;

The existing shopping centre, built in 1966, houses anchor tenants such as Myer, Target, Big W, Kmart, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, and Coles.

The redevelopment is expected to bring economic benefits, with the potential to generate an additional $88 million in retail spending, supporting existing retailers and new local businesses.

Situated at the northern end of Bankstown's commercial precinct, Spring Square by Poly is also strategically positioned to benefit from the renewed Canterbury-Bankstown to Sydenham corridor and the new Sydney Metro train line, just 300 metres away.
