Queensland builder-developer MAYD has revealed the first look at its major North Kirra beachfront development, lodging amended plans that reduce the number of apartments and increase the proportion of larger residences.

The project is planned across a substantial 4,742 sqm amalgamated site spanning seven lots at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/2-6-pacific-parade-bilinga-qld-4225">2-6 Pacific Parade</a> and 27-33 Golden Four Drive in Bilin​ga, directly opposite Nor​th Kirra Beach.

<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/mayd-group">MAYD</a> secured the site for $32.5 million in 2025, in what was one of the Gold Coast's largest property transactions of the year.

The development will be delivered across two stages, with the first stage carrying an estimated gross realisation value of around $360 million.

The latest amendments seek to reduce the overall apartment count and shift the project further toward the owner-occupier market, with larger residences designed for buyers wanting considerably more space than traditionally offered in a beachfront apartment.

The residential mix will include townhomes, oversized two-bedroom apartments, substantial three-bedroom residences and four-bedroom homes.

MAYD has appointed Cera Stribley to lead the architecture and interiors, with the Melbourne-based design practice drawing on the beachfront setting through a series of ocean-facing terraces and heavily landscaped balconies.

Strong horizontal forms and curved balconies will define the exterior, with subtropical landscaping integrated throughout the building to soften the built form and increase the connection between the residences and the beachfront.

The project will also include an extensive collection of resident wellness and lifestyle facilities, continuing the broader shift across the Gold Coast's luxury apartment market toward larger homes supported by resort-style amenity.

MAYD Founder Todd Mould said North Kirra was increasingly appealing to buyers attracted to the more established, lower-density character of the southern Gold Coast.

"North Kirra presents one of the most compelling luxury residential opportunities currently emerging in Australia, combining absolute beachfront with the character and authenticity that buyers are increasingly seeking, and the same sense of tight-knit community that defined Burleigh and Currumbin perhaps 10 or 15 years ago," Mould said.

"With Gold Coast Airport on its doorstep, it also offers a level of accessibility that broadens its appeal across almost every market demographic."

The project comes as the southern Gold Coast continues to attract an increasing share of high-end apartment development and buyer activity.

Kirra in particular has emerged as one of the region's more tightly held beachfront markets, with its relatively low-density character, established surf and hospitality scene and proximity to Gold Coast Airport differentiating it from the higher-density markets further north.

Mould said those characteristics had informed the approach MAYD and Cera Stribley had taken to the project.

"We've worked closely with Cera Stribley to create a vision that is deeply connected to its surroundings," he said.

"Inspired by the coastline itself, the architecture has been shaped around space, privacy and resort-style living, creating a collection of homes that reflects the next generation of luxury on the southern Gold Coast."

MOTIV Managing Director Carly Cottam, who has been appointed to market the project, said buyer attention had continued to move south along the Gold Coast.

"Purchasers who may once have defaulted to Broadbeach, Main Beach or Surfers Paradise are increasingly recognising the value of a genuine beachfront location that offers lower density, strong amenity and a more established sense of community," Cottam said.

"Kirra has a powerful combination of growing demand and genuine scarcity. Beachfront supply is inherently constrained, the area remains relatively low density, and buyers are increasingly placing a premium on locations that feel established, uncrowded and authentic rather than heavily developed."

Cottam said the proximity to Gold Coast Airport was also proving increasingly important for interstate and second-home buyers.

"Being minutes from Gold Coast Airport makes it particularly compelling for interstate buyers, frequent travellers and second-home purchasers who can access an authentic coastal lifestyle almost immediately after stepping off a flight."

The acquisition takes MAYD's active development portfolio to more than $500 million, with the North Kirra project representing one of its largest undertakings to date.

Castle Hill, the longtime hub of the Hills District, has been one of the major beneficiaries of Sydney's Metro expansion, with improved connectivity helping drive continued population growth, development and buyer demand across the Hills District.

But despite that growth, the suburb has seen relatively few major new apartment projects brought to market over the past 18 months.

The project will comprise three residential towers alongside a hotel, restaurants, cafes and a skybar, more than 1,600 sqm of ground-floor retail and almost an acre of landscaped gardens.

It represents the largest project undertaken by Reve Group, the development arm of the Kassis family, which has been building across the Hills District for more than 30 years through Kassis Homes.

Nova Rêve also represents a significant step up from the family's first apartment development, Grand Rêve, which was delivered nearby on Garthowen Crescent.

Grand Rêve introduced larger, house-like apartment layouts and premium inclusions including Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances to the Castle Hill market.

Nova Rêve takes that approach to a precinct scale, combining the residential component with hospitality, retail and substantial public and resident landscaping.

Reve Group Managing Director Sam Kassis said the project reflected the family's three decades of building in the Hills, which has evolved from trophy homes on quarter-acre blocks to larger-scale apartment development.

"Grand Rêve was our first apartment project here and it showed us what this pocket of Castle Hill could be. Nova Rêve is the refinement of that idea: not just apartments, but a place the whole suburb can use," Kassis said.

A key part of that approach is the hotel, which has been designed to operate as an amenity for the wider Castle Hill community rather than solely hotel guests.

It will include restaurants, cafes, skybars and all-day dining, alongside conference and event facilities catering to business functions, community groups and private events.

At ground level, more than 1,600 sqm of shops and cafes will open onto the surrounding streets and landscaped areas.

Almost an acre of gardens designed by Land and Form Studios will run through the precinct, incorporating pathways, seating, barbecue areas and children's play spaces.

Reve Group's Romio Georges said creating an active ground plane had been central to the planning of Nova Rêve.

"There are gardens with pathways, barbecues, seating and play areas, shops and cafes opening onto the street, and a hotel with restaurants and a skybar that anyone in Castle Hill can walk into," Georges said.

The project's elevated position on one of Sydney's highest ridgelines will also provide apartments with outlooks toward the Sydney skyline, surrounding parkland and the Blue Mountains.

More than 80 per cent of the apartments will occupy corner positions, with Turner responsible for both the architecture and interiors.

Maréa Residences brings parkside apartments to Coolangatta

Melbourne developer PDG has secured Victorian Government approval for its $1.5 billion Southbank development <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/the-one-1-queens-bridge-street-southbank-vic-3006">The One</a>, clearing the way for the long-dormant riverfront site opposite Crown to finally be developed.

The Minister for Planning has approved the project at 1-29 Queens Bridge Street, with the Department of Transport and Planning issuing the planning permit following its assessment.

The approval will allow PDG to develop the prominent 5,059 sqm site with a major mixed-use tower comprising premium apartments, including branded residences, a luxury hotel and boutique office space.

PDG acquired the site in late 2024, with its position directly opposite Crown's main entrance and near Melbourne's Arts Precinct making it one of Southbank's most significant remaining development opportunities.

Designed by COX in collaboration with ODO and PDG, the tower's architecture draws on the movement of the Yarra River, with six vertical pleats running the height of the sculpted facade.

The project will also see the heritage-listed Queens Bridge Hotel restored and incorporated into the development&nbsp;with new hospitality and public uses, including a rooftop venue.

A significant component of The One will be its residential amenity.

More than 5,000 sqm of resident facilities will be delivered across a single level, making it one of the largest consolidated residential amenity offerings proposed in an Australian apartment development.

The planning approval also incorporates a major upgrade of Queensbridge Square, which PDG will deliver in partnership with the City of Melbourne.

The existing square will be revitalised as a new civic and pedestrian space along the Yarra River, strengthening the connection between the project, Southbank and the riverfront.

PDG Founder and Managing Director Vince Giuliano said the approval represented a major milestone for a site which has remained largely underutilised for more than 15 years.

“This is the most significant Planning Permit approval Melbourne has seen in recent years,” Giuliano said.

“For more than 15 years, this site has remained underutilised. This approval enables us to deliver a project that will contribute meaningfully to the revitalisation of Southbank, restore and reactivate an important heritage building, and create a new civic and hospitality destination for Melbourne.”

The latest approval follows an earlier planning permit issued by the City of Melbourne covering demolition works across part of the site at 9-29 Queens Bridge Street. Those demolition and early works are already underway.

PDG has also started generating early interest in the residential component from owner-occupiers ahead of a planned public launch in early 2027.

PDG secures approval for $1.5bn Southbank apartment development, The One

Local developer Harridan is seeking to turn its Woolloongabba apartment project into the first stage of a broader transformation of Burke Street, using a new 16-storey mixed-use building to establish a greener pedestrian connection toward the rapidly evolving Boggo Road transport and knowledge precinct.

The South East Queensland developer has filed plans for 154 apartments on the <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/4-burke-street-woolloongabba-qld-4102">southern side of Burke Street</a>, where its proposal has been designed alongside a wider vision by LatStudios for the street.

That vision positions the southern side of Burke Street for buildings of 15 storeys and above, while envisaging lower-rise development of up to five storeys on the northern side to transition into Woolloongabba's existing character housing. It also proposes wider pedestrian verges, deep planting, new street trees and upgrades to the pedestrian approach to Boggo Road Station.

The Harridan development itself has been designed by Brisbane-based Arqus Design and will comprise 154 apartments across 16 storeys. The mix is weighted heavily toward two-bedroom apartments, with 121 proposed alongside 10 one-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom residences. There will typically be around 14 units per floor.

A lower-ground car park and three podium levels will accommodate 156 resident parking spaces, along with visitor and commercial parking. There will also be 154 resident bicycle spaces and 40 visitor bicycle parks.

Harridan is a family-owned developer and part of the Holmwood Highgate Group, with more than three decades of development activity across South East Queensland. Its portfolio spans residential, commercial and industrial property, with current residential projects including Riverbank on Byron in Bulimba, Esperance Residences in Carina and The Precinct at Kinross Road in Thornlands.

Wooloongabba has been popular for apartment developers, particularly since the announcement of the 2032 Summer Olympics games in Brisbane.

While there have been a lot of development applications, it has failed to materialize into real supply.&nbsp;

First look: Harridan plans Burke Street transformation beside Boggo Road transport hub

Sydney’s property market is known for high prices, competitive bidding, and mounting pressure on first home buyers. But change is on the horizon.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

<h2>What is the Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

The program introduces a shared equity model intended to reduce the upfront cost of entering the property market, particularly in high-demand urban areas such as Sydney.

The scheme operates under a shared ownership structure in which the federal government takes an equity stake of up to 40 per cent for new homes, or 30 per cent for existing dwellings. This arrangement allows eligible buyers to significantly reduce their loan size and avoid the added cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Under this model, purchasers can enter the property market with as little as a two per cent deposit, well below the traditional 10 to 20 per cent usually required. The government’s contribution is not a loan but a co-ownership stake in the property. As such, there is no interest or rent charged on its portion.

Because the government’s equity combined with the buyer’s deposit typically meets or exceeds the 20 per cent threshold, LMI does not apply. The remaining balance, generally between 60 and 70 per cent of the property’s value, is financed through a standard home loan with a participating lender.

The government's equity in the property remains in place until the buyer chooses to repay it voluntarily or until the property is sold. Buyers can buy back the government’s share over time, in increments of at least five per cent, depending on their financial situation.

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

<h2>How do you qualify for the&nbsp;Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

To qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

	<li>Be an Australian citizen at least 18 years of age.</li>
	<li>Be a first-home buyer who does not currently own property.</li>
	<li>Intend to live in the property as their primary residence.</li>

<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/far-east-consortium">Far East Consortium</a> is preparing to commence construction on <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/640-bourke-street-melbourne-640-bourke-street-melbourne-vic-3000">640 Bourke Street</a> this October, marking the next milestone for the Melbourne CBD development and its higher-end Eliza Collection.

Spanning levels 44 to 68 of the 68-storey <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/rothelowman">Rothelowman</a>-designed tower, the Eliza Collection has been conceived as a lower-density offering within the broader development, with only five apartments on each floor, dedicated lift access and a collection of resident spaces reserved exclusively for Eliza Collection residents.

The Eliza Collection forms part of Far East Consortium's broader move toward larger-format residences at 640 Bourke Street, where the number of apartments was reduced from earlier plans as apartment sizes increased.

"What it's meant for 640 Bourke is we've actually reduced the number of apartments. We've increased the overall size of the apartments. We don't have any studios in here, and what that does for a project is it elevates it," Far East Consortium Director of Sales and Marketing Lauren Sheldon said.

Rothelowman Associate Jun Chang said the design process provided an opportunity to create more generous floorplans.

"We were given the opportunity to be more generous. The apartments became bigger and squarer than any other apartments which had been designed in the CBD before that."

That thinking carries through to the Eliza Collection, where the residences have been designed around the space and functionality associated with a larger home, but positioned high above the centre of Melbourne.

Kitchens are equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a butler's pantry, temperature-controlled wine cabinet and sculptural pendant lighting, while engineered timber flooring, stone and porcelain finishes and custom cabinetry feature throughout the broader interiors.

Privacy and security are another point of distinction. Eliza Collection residents have dedicated lift access, while 640 Bourke Street will provide concierge services and secure resident parking. Short-stay accommodation, including Airbnb, will not be permitted within the development.

Eliza Collection residents will also have exclusive access to selected amenity spaces across levels one and three of the restored Eliza Tinsley building. These include the Salon with grand piano, an art therapy room, private dining rooms and treatment rooms.

They sit within more than 3,000 sqm of amenity planned across 640 Bourke Street, alongside facilities including a pool, gym, whisky lounge and further social and wellness spaces.

The Eliza Tinsley building itself is central to the wider project's identity. Rather than treating the existing Eliza Tinsley façade as a separate element, Rothelowman used it as a starting point for the architecture of the new tower, with the historic building to accommodate the project's gallery and lobby.

"It's a significant asset and wants to be celebrated and experienced by all residents every single time they go in and out of the building," Rothelowman Principal Stuart Marsland said.

The tower will rise behind the retained heritage building at 640 Bourke Street, placing residents within walking distance of Southern Cross Station, Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Victoria Market and the Docklands waterfront.

With construction scheduled to begin in October, Far East Consortium has established an onsite display gallery at 640 Bourke Street, including fully built apartments that allow the project's layouts, materials and finishes to be inspected at full scale.

A fully built Eliza Collection apartment is also available to view at the display suite by appointment ahead of the planned October construction commencement.

Eligible purchasers who buy before construction commences can secure the full available off-the-plan stamp duty savings, subject to eligibility and applicable conditions.

The Melbourne suburbs that declined in value over the last 12 months

The Victorian government has started the search for a developer for the “jewel in the crown” of Melbourne’s mixed-use development sites, Federation Square East.
An expression of interest campaign has been launched by Deputy Premier Peter Ryan and Minister for Major Projects David Hodgett.
The 3.3 hectare <a href="https://www.fedsquareeast.com.au" target="_blank">Federation Square East</a> site is a unique opportunity right in the heart of the city, said Ryan.
“Federation Square East will be a new jewel in Melbourne’s crown,” he said.
“We are offering a 3.3 hectare site with exceptional building layout and design flexibility to accommodate a mixed-use development. We are looking for a great design and exciting, active spaces to create a new destination that is the very essence of Melbourne."
Ryan noted that it will be a major new precinct, taking advantage of the site’s location close to transport, and is part of a government effort to unlock the underutilised land along the rail corridor, including E Gate, Flinders Street Station and Richmond Station.
“Together, this suite of projects represents opportunities for billions of  dollars in development, the creation of thousands of jobs, and a project pipeline stretching out for decades,” he said.
Hodgett called the project an exciting new phase, noting that the request for industry submissions process conducted in 2013 confirmed that an appetite exists for viable mixed use precincts.
“The successful proponent will secure the best development opportunity currently available in Melbourne in terms of location, flexibility, amenity, infrastructure and marketability.
“We have an excellent site in the heart of a prosperous city with a strong property market and I am looking forward to seeing what the innovation and creativity of industry can deliver for Melbourne,” Hodgett said.
The expressions of interest campaign ends on 11 December 2014.
The site is bound by Federal Square and Russell Street to the west, as well as Flinders Street to the north, Batman Avenue to the east and Birrarung Marr to the south.
Of the 3.3 hectare site, approximately 2.3 hectares is above rail lines, with the last hectare used for car parking.
The expression of interest notes that the developer will need to be able to cover the project “without a capital contribution or regulatory relaxation by government”.

Victorian government looking for developer for Federation Square East site

The August RP Data CoreLogic Home Value Indices results released this month show a rise in dwelling values of 0.8% in Melbourne and a 7.6% rise this year.
A detailed review of the market shows that the most expensive segment of the market, (25% most expensive houses), recorded the highest value growth this year.
This segment of the market will be interesting to follow this spring and over summer as there is a strong correlation with the performance of the auction market.
In the first eight months values rose by 9.6% compared to 8.7% for the middle of the market, and 3.7% for the most affordable segment.
All segments of the market for houses have outperformed the unit market with the exception of the most affordable segment. Values of the most affordable 25% of the unit market have grown by 4.4% this year compared to 3.7% for houses.
A longer term view of the market, comparing its performances since the last peak in values, reveals a slightly different picture. Values for houses in the most expensive and middle segments of the market peaked in October 2010. Since that time it is the middle of this market that has seen the strongest increase in values of 9.8% compared to 7% for the most expensive segment.
Given most of the people selling will have bought their homes before 2010, it is this longer-term view that is more relevant.
There are 927 auctions scheduled this week in Melbourne compared to 975 for the same time last year. The highest number of auctions is expected in the <a href="/news">Prahran</a> where 19 are scheduled.
As the market enters spring there are fewer homes on the market than a year ago with 28,988 active listings in Melbourne and 54,619 in Victoria. 12 months ago the comparable number was 32,454 in Melbourne and 58,664 in Victoria. This is a positive sign as it highlights a more active market with more buyers.
The extent that this translates into higher prices will depend in many ways on the volume of new listings. Thankfully for buyers the number of homes being newly listed for sale is rising compared to last year.
Time on market results for houses sold at private sale fell from 47 days to 45 days over the last week whilst vendor discounting rose from -5.3% to -5.6%.

It last traded in 1991 for $925,000 when entrepreneur John Bradley and his wife, Patricia, bought the rundown boarding house.
The block adjoining the battle axe block was bought for $1.22 million in 2001 to reinstate the garden.
It was marketed as one of the lower north shore's finest Victorian-era mansions, having been built in 1890 for James and Alice Macken, nee Foy.
The original house, with stables for six horses and a garage, cost £4,000.
The name Carrum Carrum came from a Melbourne swamp.
The official sale price hasn't been revealed but Title Tattle gleans it was not as much as Fairlie, a grand 1896 Federation mansion sold recently for around $5.6 million through McGrath's Beth and Michael Ferguson.
Built in 1896 by surveyor and inventor Fairlie Tronson, the 2,600 square metre riverfront estate last traded in 1952 when it was bought by the late William Ryan, a senior surgeon at the Mater Hospital.

This is also a very large number in the context of the general density of the city. By way of contrast, the suburb with the most houses is <a href="/news">Reservoir</a> with 13,692 and when you include all the units, the number rises to 20,430, still well short of Melbourne.

With 871 houses sold in the last 12 months <a href="/news">Pakenham </a>has recorded the most house sales of any suburb in Melbourne.  The popularity of housing in the suburb is based on many factors, key amongst them is its relative affordability.  Based on the sales in the last year the median price was $337,500 compared $532,000 for Melbourne.

There are now 49 suburbs in Melbourne that have a median house value of $1 million or more. At nearly one in 10 sales across the city occurring for a sale price in the million dollar range, it is far more common than it used to be.
What has not changed is the most expensive suburb, <a href="/news">Toorak</a>, which had a median value of $2.941 million and saw 151 sales for more than a million dollars over the past year.

One is the number of suburbs in the cities west that have a median house value of more than one million dollars. Overlooking the Maribyrnong River and neighbouring the popular <a href="/news">Essendon</a>, <a href="/news">Aberfeldie</a> has a median house value of $1.04 million after a 14% rise in last year.
If you wanted to live there and can afford the price then you will probably need to wait as it is only a small suburb, 1,099 houses, and averages only one sale every 6.5 days.
Weekend auction preview
There are 765 auctions scheduled this week in Melbourne compared to 530 for the same time last year. The highest number of auctions is expected in the <a href="/news">Glen Waverly</a> with 16 scheduled this week.
Buyers are likely to face more vibrant market conditions and higher prices compared to the spring selling season last year.
The August RP Data Core Logic home value indices results released this week shows a rise in dwelling values of 0.8% in Melbourne and 7.6% rise this year.
Due to high levels of supply in the unit market, the majority of the growth occurring in the market is for houses. For houses, the index recorded a rise of 8.3% this year compared to 2.5% for units.
Time on market results for houses sold at private sale rose from 44 days to 47 days over the last week whilst vendor discounting rose from -5.2% to -5.3%.

Victoria’s million dollar suburbs: Did yours make the cut?

Melbourne recorded the greatest quarterly lift in dwelling values of any Australian capital city, according to the August RP Data CoreLogic Hedonic Home Value Index.
Dwelling values in Melbourne were up 6.4% for the quarter to August, ahead of the 5.0% increase recorded in Sydney. However, on a monthly basis, Sydney had the greatest dwelling value increase, with a 1.8% increase recorded last month. Melbourne saw an 0.8% increase in dwelling values over August.
According to RP Data, Melbourne's median dwelling price for August was $523,750.

The city's dwelling values are now 6.9% above their previous peak, and 19.5% up from the most recent market trough. Over the past 12 months, Melbourne's homes have increased in value by 11.7%.
The median price of a house in Melbourne now sits at $570,000, while the median unit price is $460,000. House prices increased by 6.6% in the three months to August, with a 12.4% increase recorded by RP Data over the past year.
Unit price growth has been slightly more modest, with a 5.2% quarterly increase in unit values and a 6.2% rise on an annual basis.  
Despite a 10.9% increase in dwelling values across the capitals on a yearly basis, only Melbourne and Sydney the only two capital cities to record double digit price growth. According to RP Data Research director Tim Lawless, Melbourne and Sydney's housing markets are responsible for the "two tier" market conditions.
"Over the latest growth cycle we have seen Sydney dwelling values increase by 27% and Melbourne values up by 19.5%," noted Lawless.
"Sydney and Melbourne were also the strongest performing cities during the 2009/10 growth cycle. Since the beginning of 2009, we have seen values rise by a cumulative 50.1% and 46.1% respectively in Sydney and Melbourne.
"Looking at the remaining state capitals over the same time frame, the next best performer was Perth where values are now 15% higher, followed by Adelaide at 9.9%, Brisbane with 5.3% and Hobart where dwelling values are actually 1.5% lower."
He predicts that home prices are likely to continue to increase in the next quarter.
“Considering the ongoing high rate of auction clearance rates, a generally rapid rate of sale and the ongoing low interest rate environment, it’s likely that dwelling values rise even further over the next three months," said Lawless.
Rental yields are lower in Melbourne than in any other capital city, with houses offering 3.2% yields and units offering 4.2%.
Lawless notes that Sydney's gross rental yields have fallen to 3.6%.
"In Melbourne, where rental yields are even lower, we have seen gross yields fall by 32 basis points over the year to reach 3.2% gross," he said.
"With yields so low in the cities where values are seeing the largest capital gains, it is clear that investors remain very much focussed on value growth rather than yield.”

Melbourne records strongest August 2014 quarterly growth: RP Data

Low priced land has a lot of people talking and in Victoria there are a few blocks available on the cheap.
Land prices in Melbourne’s city-fringe housing estates <a href="/expert-insights/building/outer-melbourne-land-tracking-at-four-year-lows-oliver-hume">continue to hover at around four-year lows, according to Oliver Hume</a>.
However, how far away do you need to get from the capital to secure blocks at prices as ludicrously low as $2 per square metre?
<a target="_blank" href="">Lot 7</a>, as well as<a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-residential+land-vic-netherby-200831835" target="_blank"> Lot 17</a> (pictured below), on Netherby Baker Road, Netherby are both on the market for $11,500 each.
The listing notes that the land is rural residential in the <a href="/news">Netherby </a>township, “which boasts a pub” and is 20 minutes from larger town <a href="/news">Nhill</a>. It is an hour from the city of <a href="/news">Horsham</a>, and 20 minutes from Victoria’s largest recreational lake – Lake Hindmarsh.
Netherby is 405 kilometres north west of Melbourne.
They are each listed as being approximately 1,011 square metres.
This works out at approximately $11 per square metre.

<a href="/news">Dimboola</a>, in the Shire of Hindmarsh, is 335 kilometres north-west of Melbourne.
This works out at approximately $16 per square metre.
