A long-stalled Campbelltown development site is back in play, with new plans for 139 apartments set to supersede a mixed-use scheme approved almost a decade ago but never built.

The new proposal for 28 Cordeaux Street would deliver 116 market and 23 affordable apartments in a part 14-storey building, bringing a substantial new project into a Campbelltown market where new apartment supply remains limited.

Plans have been filed over the 3,092 sqm corner site at Moore-Oxley Street, around 600 metres from Campbelltown Railway Station and the city-centre retail core.

The site already carries a mixed-use residential approval dating to 2016. Doroch Architects has now been engaged on a larger replacement scheme, which is progressing as a State Significant Development Application following a Housing Delivery Authority determination in August 2025.

The apartment mix comprises 39 one-bedroom, 72 two-bedroom and 28 three-bedroom residences. Two-bedroom apartments make up just over half of the project, while three-bedroom homes account for 20 per cent.

Of the 139 apartments, 23 will be delivered as affordable housing under the in-fill affordable housing provisions of the Housing SEPP. The affordable component represents 15 per cent of the residential gross floor area and will be managed by a registered Community Housing Provider.

Doroch has sought to break the scale of the building into two distinct elements, with a masonry podium of around four storeys establishing the street edge before the residential tower steps back above.

The corner position has shaped that approach. Cordeaux Street faces toward the commercial and civic centre, while Moore-Oxley Street leads into the lower-scale residential neighbourhood to the south, and the design verification report describes the site as "bridging the commercial core to the north and established residential areas to the south."

The podium will be expressed predominantly in face brick, while the upper levels shift to brushed and grooved concrete cladding with darker metal detailing. Recessed sections, deep balcony edges and landscaping break down the upper form, with an approximately 11.8-metre setback to the northern boundary addressing the adjoining St Peters Anglican School.

The only other notable development set to come to market this year is ALAND's Queen Square, a mixed-use precinct on over two hectares that will comprise apartments above a vibrant ground-level retail and hospitality dining precinct.

Queensland builder-developer MAYD has revealed the first look at its major North Kirra beachfront development, lodging amended plans that reduce the number of apartments and increase the proportion of larger residences.

The project is planned across a substantial 4,742 sqm amalgamated site spanning seven lots at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/2-6-pacific-parade-bilinga-qld-4225">2-6 Pacific Parade</a> and 27-33 Golden Four Drive in Bilin​ga, directly opposite Nor​th Kirra Beach.

<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/mayd-group">MAYD</a> secured the site for $32.5 million in 2025, in what was one of the Gold Coast's largest property transactions of the year.

The development will be delivered across two stages, with the first stage carrying an estimated gross realisation value of around $360 million.

The latest amendments seek to reduce the overall apartment count and shift the project further toward the owner-occupier market, with larger residences designed for buyers wanting considerably more space than traditionally offered in a beachfront apartment.

The residential mix will include townhomes, oversized two-bedroom apartments, substantial three-bedroom residences and four-bedroom homes.

MAYD has appointed Cera Stribley to lead the architecture and interiors, with the Melbourne-based design practice drawing on the beachfront setting through a series of ocean-facing terraces and heavily landscaped balconies.

Strong horizontal forms and curved balconies will define the exterior, with subtropical landscaping integrated throughout the building to soften the built form and increase the connection between the residences and the beachfront.

The project will also include an extensive collection of resident wellness and lifestyle facilities, continuing the broader shift across the Gold Coast's luxury apartment market toward larger homes supported by resort-style amenity.

MAYD Founder Todd Mould said North Kirra was increasingly appealing to buyers attracted to the more established, lower-density character of the southern Gold Coast.

"North Kirra presents one of the most compelling luxury residential opportunities currently emerging in Australia, combining absolute beachfront with the character and authenticity that buyers are increasingly seeking, and the same sense of tight-knit community that defined Burleigh and Currumbin perhaps 10 or 15 years ago," Mould said.

"With Gold Coast Airport on its doorstep, it also offers a level of accessibility that broadens its appeal across almost every market demographic."

The project comes as the southern Gold Coast continues to attract an increasing share of high-end apartment development and buyer activity.

Kirra in particular has emerged as one of the region's more tightly held beachfront markets, with its relatively low-density character, established surf and hospitality scene and proximity to Gold Coast Airport differentiating it from the higher-density markets further north.

Mould said those characteristics had informed the approach MAYD and Cera Stribley had taken to the project.

"We've worked closely with Cera Stribley to create a vision that is deeply connected to its surroundings," he said.

"Inspired by the coastline itself, the architecture has been shaped around space, privacy and resort-style living, creating a collection of homes that reflects the next generation of luxury on the southern Gold Coast."

MOTIV Managing Director Carly Cottam, who has been appointed to market the project, said buyer attention had continued to move south along the Gold Coast.

"Purchasers who may once have defaulted to Broadbeach, Main Beach or Surfers Paradise are increasingly recognising the value of a genuine beachfront location that offers lower density, strong amenity and a more established sense of community," Cottam said.

"Kirra has a powerful combination of growing demand and genuine scarcity. Beachfront supply is inherently constrained, the area remains relatively low density, and buyers are increasingly placing a premium on locations that feel established, uncrowded and authentic rather than heavily developed."

Cottam said the proximity to Gold Coast Airport was also proving increasingly important for interstate and second-home buyers.

"Being minutes from Gold Coast Airport makes it particularly compelling for interstate buyers, frequent travellers and second-home purchasers who can access an authentic coastal lifestyle almost immediately after stepping off a flight."

The acquisition takes MAYD's active development portfolio to more than $500 million, with the North Kirra project representing one of its largest undertakings to date.

Castle Hill, the longtime hub of the Hills District, has been one of the major beneficiaries of Sydney's Metro expansion, with improved connectivity helping drive continued population growth, development and buyer demand across the Hills District.

It represents the largest project undertaken by Reve Group, the development arm of the Kassis family, which has been building across the Hills District for more than 30 years through Kassis Homes.

Nova Rêve also represents a significant step up from the family's first apartment development, Grand Rêve, which was delivered nearby on Garthowen Crescent.

Grand Rêve introduced larger, house-like apartment layouts and premium inclusions including Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances to the Castle Hill market.

Nova Rêve takes that approach to a precinct scale, combining the residential component with hospitality, retail and substantial public and resident landscaping.

Reve Group Managing Director Sam Kassis said the project reflected the family's three decades of building in the Hills, which has evolved from trophy homes on quarter-acre blocks to larger-scale apartment development.

"Grand Rêve was our first apartment project here and it showed us what this pocket of Castle Hill could be. Nova Rêve is the refinement of that idea: not just apartments, but a place the whole suburb can use," Kassis said.

A key part of that approach is the hotel, which has been designed to operate as an amenity for the wider Castle Hill community rather than solely hotel guests.

It will include restaurants, cafes, skybars and all-day dining, alongside conference and event facilities catering to business functions, community groups and private events.

At ground level, more than 1,600 sqm of shops and cafes will open onto the surrounding streets and landscaped areas.

Almost an acre of gardens designed by Land and Form Studios will run through the precinct, incorporating pathways, seating, barbecue areas and children's play spaces.

Reve Group's Romio Georges said creating an active ground plane had been central to the planning of Nova Rêve.

"There are gardens with pathways, barbecues, seating and play areas, shops and cafes opening onto the street, and a hotel with restaurants and a skybar that anyone in Castle Hill can walk into," Georges said.

The project's elevated position on one of Sydney's highest ridgelines will also provide apartments with outlooks toward the Sydney skyline, surrounding parkland and the Blue Mountains.

More than 80 per cent of the apartments will occupy corner positions, with Turner responsible for both the architecture and interiors.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

Donald Trump's forthcoming book, Time To Get Tough, suggests his net worth sits just a smidge over $US7 billion.
The real estate mogul and reality television star recently lost a defamation lawsuit against the book writer Timothy L. O’Brien, who wrote in Trump Nation that Trump wasn't a billionaire.
O’Brien claimed Trump’s worth was actually between $150 million and $250 million.
After the September court judgement, Michael Cohen, special counsel to Trump, was quoted in the Wall Street Journal as saying:
“Despite the outcome on appeal, it was proven conclusively that Mr. Trump's net worth exceeded $7 billion dollars.
“The New Jersey Court erred in its final decision even though they accurately held that ... [O'Brien's] failure to conduct research could, at most, be considered evidence of negligence.
“Mr. Trump will continue to defend his name and take legal action against anyone who disseminates false information against him or The Trump Organization.”
Constantine von Hoffman from CBS Money Watch suggested what the New Jersey Appellate Court said in <a href="https://lawlibrary.rutgers.edu/courts/appellate/a6141-08.opn">its ruling</a> was:
“O'Brien has certified that he re-interviewed his three confidential sources prior to publishing their net worth estimates, and he has produced notes of his meetings with them both in 2004 and in 2005.
“The notes are significant, in that they provide remarkably similar estimates of Trump's net worth, thereby suggesting the accuracy of the information conveyed.”
“Further, the accounts of the sources contain significant amounts of additional information that O'Brien was able to verify independently.”
Of course, nearly half of the value in Trump's latest claim is the deemed value of the Trump brand at $3 billion.
Forbes magazine puts his entire worth at $US2.9 billion.
It was interesting to see a mooted <a href="https://www.propertyobserver.com.au/industry-news/aussie-builder-g.j.-gardner-homes-comes-up-trumps-with-us-franchise-expansion/2011112252490" target="_blank">Australian home building franchise company link to The Donald</a> that didn’t get anywhere. No doubt there are many others where press release and actuality don’t quite coincide.
Time to Get Tough, due out December 5, lists on page 182, his holdings including $US1.37 billion in New York City commercial properties and $US1.22 billion in club facilities and related real estate. Liabilities include some $US374 million in loans and mortgages.
Forbes put his brand value at $US200 million. His response: "You're ridiculous," Forbes reported.

The Donald brand: Is Donald Trump really worth US$7 billion

A number of Queensland real estate agents have been failing to lodge staff pay agreements, a Fair Work Ombudsman targeted compliance campaign has revealed. The highest rate of non-compliance was on the Gold Coast, where 20 of the 31 employers audited (65%) had failed to lodge agreements.
The Fair Work Ombudsman checked the books of 156 employers earlier this year to ensure they were meeting their obligation to lodge written pay agreements for their staff with the Queensland Property Industry Registry (QPIR).
Fair Work inspectors found that 48% had lodged their agreements, but 52% had failed to.
It is a requirement under the Real Estate Industry Award 2010 for employers to lodge a written agreement with the QPIR for all staff classified as property/strata management or property sales employees.
The agreement must state how the employee will be paid – commission-only, part-commission or as per the rates listed in the modern award – and detail steps that will be taken to ensure award entitlements are not undercut.
Fair Work Ombudsman Nicholas Wilson says employers who fail to lodge agreements are at greater risk of underpaying their employees.
“We conducted this campaign because we identified that many of the underpayment complaints we receive from real estate industry workers in Queensland were against employers who had not lodged pay agreements with the QPIR,” Wilson says.
Some 55% of the 65 Brisbane employers audited were non-compliant, while 29% of the 21 Sunshine Coast employers audited were non-compliant.
In all cases, employers agreed to promptly lodge agreements after Fair Work inspectors educated the businesses about their obligations.
Wilson says the process of employers negotiating and lodging written pay agreements focuses employers’ minds on the applicable minimum pay rates and ensures employees have clarity about their pay structure.
“By ensuring employers are complying with the requirement to lodge agreements, we aim to prevent underpayments and pay disputes before they occur,” he says.
Employers were selected at random and inspectors were sensitive to the special needs of businesses suffering as a result of recent extreme weather events in Queensland.

Middle Park renovated property with the wow factor

Collendina, a 1,267-hectare cattle and grain property in southern NSW near Corowa, has joined the spring Riverina sales successes.
It sold today at $7.05 million to the Cooper family from Daylesford, Victoria through estate agents Brian Liston at Landmark Albury and Phil Rourke, the Paramatta-based NSW real estate manager at Harcourts.
The historic 1891 homestead is one of the original holdings on the upper reaches of the Murray River in NSW. The property was initially settled in 1841.
Tom Roberts, a founder of the Heidelberg School, painted and sketched members of the Hay family while at Collendina Station, Corowa.  In 1889-1890 Roberts' famous painting Shearing the Rams was painted at Corowa from sketches and drawings he made in the shearing shed of nearby Brocklesby Station.
The Hay family sold in 1924 to the Carroll family for £130,000 when it sat on 15,000 acres (6,070 hectares). Edward Carroll, of Malvern, was responsible for the construction of Maroondah Reservoir in Healesville.
Located 19 kilometres west of Corowa and 68 kilometres west of Albury/Wodonga, Collendina Station has an extensive frontage to the Murray River. At its peak, Collendina stretched across 18,000 hectares and was first taken up by Robert Brown in 1841.
William Hay and sons Alfred and Henry bought the pastoral lease in 1873 with Henry Hay building the 30-room homestead.
The latest ownership – and auction listing – came after the Cranney family were evicted from the farm in August by the National Australia Bank, which has been seeking an alleged $7,552,088 debt in continuing complicated family trust court proceedings. 
It was listed under instructions from McGrath Nicol as receivers/managers.
The family had previously been involved in lengthy legal proceedings where they alleged that their property, located approximately 80 kilometres west of the Hume Dam, was inundated in 1996 when the Murray Darling Basin Commission released water from the dam in breach of its duty to take reasonable care in doing so with the result that the plaintiffs suffered loss and damage.

Corowa' Collendina Station fetches $7.05 million, joining rural spring sales spree

A complaint to the Anti-Discrimination Board that a Lebanese home buyer had been discriminated against on the ground of her race by McGrath Real Estate Hunters Hill has been dismissed.
The property was sold to another purchaser prior to auction for $1.15 million, the same price as that offered by the complainant.
Helen Dahdal complained the estate agency did not submit her offers to purchase the property to the vendors in a timely manner due to her Lebanese background.
The real estate agency maintained that it had competently and correctly represented Dahdal's offers to purchase the property.
The ADB concluded it was the vendors who then made the decision to accept another purchaser's offer at the same price offer.
Dahdal applied to the tribunal for permission for her complaint of race discrimination to go ahead even though the president of the Anti-Discrimination Board declined the complaint as lacking substance.
The ADB president declined the complaint as “there is no evidence to support Ms Dahdal's allegations that the respondent's treatment of her (a) in the manner it in which it conducted itself and (b) in relation to the sale of the property to a buyer other than Ms Dahdal, was unlawful discrimination on the ground of race.”
She said the agent knew that she could afford to pay up to $1.4 million for the property, but the agent nevertheless allowed the vendor to accept an offer of $1.15 million.
The Administrative Decisions Tribunal found it was not in dispute that Dahdal had conveyed an offer of $1.15 million to the agent. The ultimate purchasers matched that offer and the vendors decided to sell to them.
Dahdal said she was prepared to offer $1.4 million at auction, she did not make any higher offer as the contracts were exchanged before she had the opportunity to do so.
The real estate agent says that all offers were communicated to the vendor.
There was a statement from the vendors saying that Dahdal's offer was conveyed to them prior to exchanging contracts but they had already decided to sell to another purchaser.
Dahdal connected the agents' alleged conduct with her race by referring to two incidents.
The tribunal was told the agent had asked her what her background was.
The agent was alleged to have described the other family who were also interested in purchasing the property as “a very nice family with four children.”
The second incident allegedly occurred when Dahdal was talking to another employee of the real estate agency.
She described the conversation: “I told him my brothers and other family members are buying and selling in this area so McGrath don't want to be in the bad books with our family.”
The tribunal was told he said, "Oh, I should now be scared walking in a dark alley from your family."
Dahdal said: “I was sooooo choked of his racial comment . . . and he was too. . . . as he must have realised what I meant was that McGraths would lose our business.
He said: “I misunderstood you . . . it's to do with the fact that English is my second language."
The tribunal suggested was not possible to predict whether these incidents, if proved, were sufficient to raise an inference that race was one of the reasons for the alleged treatment.
“Ms Dahdal's evidence about those remarks would have to be taken into account together with any other evidence from other witnesses,” the ADT equal opportunity division magistrate Nancy Hennessy ruled.
The real estate agency submitted that they took Dahdal's complaint seriously and investigated thoroughly.
The agency found no impropriety after Dahdal complained to McGrath head office.
She also complained to the Australian Human Rights Commission, to NSW Fair Trading and to the Anti-Discrimination Board.
According to the agency lawyer Greg Jemmeson, her complaint was mere speculation based on hearsay and casual conversations.

McGrath Hunters Hill racial discrimination complaint dismissed

Neerim, the six-bedroom 1920s Bowral residence, has been sold following revised price hopes, ending nine decades of Welsh family ownership. 

Last year there were $4.5 million-plus hopes, but more recently the four-hectare holding was listed by the Welsh family at $3.5 million. The price has not been disclosed.

Set in Centennial Road on the outskirts of the Bowral township, Neerim has been the Southern Highlands retreat for the family since the Tudor homestead was built in the 1920s. 

Neerim was sold by the fourth generation of the family, who hold extensive farming properties at Molong in the central-west of NSW. 

It was built as the southern retreat of their relative, Peter Tait, who owned sheep and cattle stations in Queensland in the 1920s.

Southern Highlands property Neerim sells after 90 years of family ownership

Action hero Bruce Willis has put his eight-hectare Idaho ranch on the market with price hopes of US$15 million. Willis bought the property in 2003 but has not been able to spend as much time there as he would like, according to the <a target="_blank" href="https://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970204323904577038492543271720">Wall Street Journal</a>.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom house is decorated in a plush rustic style, featuring plenty of stone and exposed wood. The property includes ponds, waterfalls and undisturbed thick woods, as well as a guest cottage and separate gym. The heated pool has water slides and a rope swing.
Willis, a marquee action star since the 1980s, owns several properties in the area, according to the Journal.

Bruce Willis lists ranch for US$15 million

Stockland is continuing its exit of the apartment development market and is focusing its efforts on greenfield house-and-land projects, according to residential CEO Mark Hunter.
Hunter says that contrary to what may be believed about apartments, detached houses will remain the “predominate form of housing supply for many years to come”.
This trend he says is further evidenced in the fact that among the established dwelling stock, 79% of dwellings are separate houses.
“It’s the largest market segment. You can stage your capital investments and you can adjust your product mix according to demand to achieve higher returns,” Hunter says.
“Developing residential housing on vacant land is a lower risk than building houses or apartments.”
During a presentation to investors in Queensland, Hunter showed that greenfields are key to meeting future urban housing needs, accounting for at least 50% of total supply in Perth, southeast Queensland and Sydney and 47% of supply in Melbourne up until 2030.

Stockland has forecast the demand for vacant land and project home sales as 85,000 out of a total annual demand of 160,000.
Besides the demographic reasons, Hunter says there are a limited number of available sites for apartment projects.
Stockland has identified 26 corridors where demand for new housing remains high and meets its criteria for development, including strong population and job growth prospects, a commitment to infrastructure investment and a lack of competition that could lead to a net oversupply.
“A corridor must tick all the boxes, otherwise we won’t invest in that corridor,” he says.
For the 2012 financial year, Stockland’s new projects comprise two in Western Australia, two Queensland, one in NSW and two in Victoria.
Western Australia and Queensland will be the focus for the 2013 financial year.

Stockland continues to head to affordable greenfields as it exits apartment market

G.J. Gardner Homes has been ranked third-fastest-growing company in the latest Franchise Times top 200 franchise companies operating in the US – even without Donald Trump’s help.
With $503 million in worldwide sales, the third place came from a 48% sales growth for the group, which began in Queensland in 1983.
G.J. Gardner Homes is the 12th largest homebuilder in Australia with 1,176 homes built in 2010-11, according to HIA statistics. It is the largest franchised homebuilder in Australia.
CEO Darren Wallis is modest about his company’s success. It expanded into the US market in 2006 under the direction of Wallis, who moved to the US to oversee the expansion.
“We quietly get on and do what we do. We enjoy it and a lot of our franchisees are very successful,” Wallis says.
Wallis says the sales growth figure is partially inflated by the downturn of the US dollar but that growth was still strong in 2010.
In the last six months the company has opened master franchises in Indiana and New England, and there are plans afoot to expand into Texas and Minnesota.
“I started some fairly aggressive strategies [as company director],” he says.
“At the end of 1995 we started to franchise. We had six regional offices in southeast Queensland and in 1996 those six became franchises. Then we opened offices in New Zealand in 1997.  And then in ‘98-‘99 we first looked at New South Wales.”
The 2010 growth had been planned for 2008 before the global financial crisis intervened.
“2008 was an interesting time. It was meant to be a big expansion year. We were going to expand into more American states but midway through the year people started getting scared of what was happening,” Wallis says.
“2008 was more of a stabilising year, as were 2009 and 2010.”
Despite the restrained period, the company has grown every year since it first expanded out of Queensland in 1997, but Wallis does expect a slight reduction for this financial year.
“This will be the first year we’ll drop over. It’s a slight drop back, a correction from the GFC,” he says.
“Queensland has dropped off a bit, but Victoria is still going well.
“We’re still seeing growth across America as some of those markets start to recover. We’ve doubled our sales in Colorado.”
The company ranks at 125 on the list of greatest global sales, which were listed at US$503 million. The list was topped by McDonald’s with global sales worth US$77.38 billion.
Wallis says G.J. Gardner is the only Australian residential building company operating in America.
“Diversifying overseas helps build momentum, it shows you are an expanding model,” he says.
“A lot of companies are going backwards right now. Expanding builds the brand internationally, which is a massive benefit for both us as at a corporate level and for franchisees.”
In 2007 the company was due to develop a series of homes in California in a deal with Donald Trump. G.J. Gardner would have built up to 750 homes under the scheme but Trump failed to come through with money when the financial crisis hit.
“It just fizzled out,” says Wallis.
Franchisees pay a “small” joining fee and then pay royalties when they sell a house.
“We supply the resources and skills to help take them from being a small builder to a large builder, hopefully the largest builder in their particular area.”
“We tell them we’re not successful until you’re successful.”
The survey builds a list of the top 200 franchise companies by consolidating data from companies’ self-reported data, Securities and Exchange Commission documents, the franchises’ franchise disclosure documents and other publicly available documents.
G.J. Gardner first entered the list of top franchise by total sales in 2008 at $365 million. In 2009 sales went up to $410 million. In 2010 the company did not feature because the survey requires 15% of offices to be in the US and expansion in Australia put G.J. Gardner just under the threshold.
In this year's list it sat behind US-based Real Living Real Estate at 71.2% sales growth and Express Employment Professionals at 86.3% sales growth.

Aussie builder G.J. Gardner Homes comes up trumps with US franchise expansion

Tech seed fund Pollenizer is looking for partners to accelerate its latest venture, niche property website Unrenovated, which has already attracted investments totalling around $250,000. 

Unrenovated, which only features unrenovated properties in Sydney’s inner west, was co-founded by Pollenizer, real estate expert Dan Strachotta, and serial entrepreneur Julio Labraga. It has been up for about a month.  
Strachotta, former head of residential sales at realestate.com.au, is chief executive of the business while Labraga will hold the title of chief operating officer. 
On the site, homes with renovation potential are hand-picked from thousands of residential properties, so buyers spend less time searching online and more time actually renovating. 
Property condition reports help buyers determine whether a property is derelict or simply requires cosmetic renovations, while special deals help buyers when they’re purchasing property. 
For real estate agents, Unrenovated provides a simple listing facility that integrates directly with industry-standard systems, which agents are familiar with. 
Pollenizer co-founder Mick Liubinskas says the idea came about after speaking to Labraga about his struggle to find suitable properties to renovate. 
“The partnership with Julio made perfect sense [while] Dan was looking to get into something early stage he could make an impact on,” Liubinskas says. 
“We’re looking for partners to join the team… We’ve launched, we’ve got a good team and good traction. There’s been about $250,000 invested so far.” 
“Agents are very active and using internet advertising, so that’s really positive.” 
“In terms of feeing property to us, there are about eight agents supplying content. We’ve already got feeds from LJ Hooker, Ray White, Raine &amp; Horne, and Laing + Simmons.” 
Liubinskas says Unrenovated represents a strong niche in the real estate industry, and he is hopeful it can forge future partnerships. 
According to Liubinskas, about 10% of residential properties in any area are in need of a renovation, but Sydney’s inner west has a slightly higher representation. 
While the site is currently limited to a handful of suburbs, there are plans to expand into the greater Sydney region over the coming months. 
Strachotta says with the rise of reality shows such as The Renovators, coupled with high prices across Sydney’s property market, the idea of renovating has never been more popular. 
“It’s a good way for first-time or experienced buyers to benefit from the current market conditions,” Strachotta says. 
“Unrenovated is all about making it easier for buyers to find the right property so there’s no more scouring through thousands of properties to discover that untouched gem.”
