Juliet Roseville approaches completion with just five apartments remaining

Buyers at Hyecorp's Juliet Roseville are preparing to move into their new homes in January, with construction of the boutique apartment development opposite Roseville Station nearing completion and just five residences remaining for sale.
The 34-apartment development at 64 Pacific Highway, designed by PBD Architects and being delivered by Hyecorp's building arm, North Shore Property Construction, has attracted predominantly local owner-occupiers looking to downsize from larger family homes while remaining on Sydney's Upper North Shore.
The final five apartments comprise two one-bedroom residences, priced from $1,025,000, and three three-bedroom apartments starting from $2.4 million.
The timing places Juliet at the front of a period of change for the suburb. Ku-ring-gai Council’s Transport Oriented Development alternative scheme was gazetted in November 2025, setting revised mid-rise planning controls across the Roseville station precinct and opening up more sites for redevelopment. Juliet started well before those changes and will be among the first new projects in the precinct to finish, a smaller proposition than many of the schemes likely to follow.
PBD Architects drew on Roseville’s garden suburb character for the design, aiming for a building that fits in with its surroundings rather than dominating them. The curved, tiered form combines concrete, warm timber tones and generous glazing, while expansive balconies, layered landscaping and generous setbacks connect residents to the suburb’s leafy streetscape. The tiering also gives each level more privacy.
Inside, the residences have engineered oak flooring, stone kitchen benchtops and splashbacks, integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances and ducted air conditioning. The bathrooms have stone vanities with bronze hardware. Buyers chose between two colour schemes, Rise and Bloom, and the outdoor areas look out over district and treetop views towards the city skyline.
Residents share a rooftop barbecue and lounge area. The basement has parcel lockers, EV charging capability, bicycle storage, a dog wash bay and a car wash bay.
Roseville Village is a short walk away and Chatswood’s shopping and dining are a short trip away. Roseville College, Ravenswood, Pymble Ladies’ College and Knox Grammar are all nearby, as are Roseville Park and Lane Cove National Park.
Most purchasers have been local owner-occupiers from Roseville, Lindfield, Chatswood, Killara and the wider Upper North Shore, many of them moving on from larger family homes.
