First look at Third.i’s Coffs Harbour debut as Sable nears completion

Buyers can now step inside Third.i's debut Coffs Harbour apartment development, Sable at the Jetty, with the project nearing completion and the first inspections of the new residences underway.
The 35-apartment development, on the corner of Collingwood and Edgar Streets in the popular Jetty precinct, is being delivered by local builder FM Glenn Constructions, with buyers now able to experience the apartments firsthand ahead of their anticipated move-in dates.
The milestone comes as Coffs Harbour continues to benefit from significant infrastructure investment, including the $2.27 billion Coffs Harbour bypass, while the local apartment market has also recorded price growth.
Third.i Co-founder Luke Berry said the combination of infrastructure investment and the city's established coastal lifestyle was strengthening Coffs Harbour's appeal to buyers looking to put down roots.
"The lifestyle has always been a major drawcard for Coffs Harbour, but there’s a bigger story unfolding here too," Berry said.
"The bypass is a significant investment in how the city connects and functions. Alongside its established health, education and business sectors, it gives people more reasons to consider Coffs Harbour as a place to put down roots.
"Sable is reaching its final stages at an exciting time for the city. From this weekend, buyers can step inside, experience the apartments for themselves and start picturing a move that is only months away."
Sable comprises a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, within walking distance of the Jetty precinct's beaches, cafés, restaurants and shops.
The architecture takes cues from its coastal setting, with a curved façade, sandstone finishes, timber tones and white render. Inside, the apartments feature open-plan living spaces, generous balconies and large windows designed to maximise natural light and capture coastal breezes.
Selected residences also enjoy ocean or hinterland outlooks, while a landscaped communal courtyard provides residents with additional outdoor space.
Construction has been undertaken by FM Glenn Constructions, an established Coffs Harbour builder whose previous accolades include the Master Builders Association of NSW's Northern Regions Commercial Builder of the Year award in 2023.
With construction approaching completion, the opening of the apartments gives prospective purchasers the opportunity to assess the finishes, layouts and overall sense of space rather than relying solely on architectural renders and floor plans.
The Edge Coffs Harbour has been appointed to manage sales and inspections at Sable.
The Edge's Jason Burnett said the opportunity to walk through the apartments was particularly important for buyers considering a move to the Jetty precinct.
"You can look at plans and images, but standing inside a home brings everything together - the light, the proportions, the finishes and the outlook," Burnett said.
"For someone considering a sea change, downsizing locally or looking for a brand-new home in the Jetty precinct, this is the chance to see how that lifestyle could actually feel.
"We’re excited to welcome the first visitors through as Sable moves towards completion."
The development is Third.i's first in Coffs Harbour, adding to the Sydney-based developer's growing portfolio of residential projects across New South Wales.
With Sable now in its final stages of construction, buyers have the opportunity to inspect a near-complete apartment in one of Coffs Harbour's most established coastal neighbourhoods, with settlement and move-in approaching.
