The team behind the development, Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House, noted it on their Facebook page (pictured below).

The buyers were dubbed a "visionary group".

Located in Sydney’s inner southern suburb Chippendale, the development is scheduled to take between eight and 10 years to complete.

It will have the first residents of One Central Park West by July.

Sales of apartments since its August 2010 launch have ranged between $460,000 and $2.135 million.

Its selling agents say buying interest and demand for the offerings has grown as the architecture has been revealed during construction.
