The Gold Coast economy has grown by 25 per cent since 2020/21 to surpass $55 billion, but perhaps the more significant story is what sits behind the headline number.

For decades, the Gold Coast has been viewed through the lens of tourism, lifestyle and population growth. The latest State of the City Report suggests that perception is increasingly out of step with reality.

Released by Invest Gold Coast, the report ranks the Gold Coast as Australia's largest non-capital city economy and, perhaps more notably, second nationally behind Sydney for Economic Complexity, a measure that assesses the diversity and sophistication of an economy.

It's a result that places the Gold Coast ahead of Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, highlighting the extent to which the city's economic base has broadened beyond its traditional industries.

Today, the Gold Coast supports more than 350,000 jobs, is home to over 83,000 businesses and generates $19 billion in annual exports. Manufacturing now accounts for 62 per cent of international export growth, while sectors including health, education, advanced manufacturing, technology and professional services are becoming increasingly important contributors to the local economy.

Gold Coast Mayor Tom Tate said the report confirmed the city's evolution into one of Australia's most significant economies.

"The Gold Coast economy continues to grow at an incredible pace. This is no surprise to those of us who have watched the evolution up close," Mayor Tate said.

"As one of the most entrepreneurial, investment driven and opportunity focused economies in the country our ambition has been realised and possibilities are endless.

"The Gold Coast has built a reputation as the city that says yes. We say yes to investment, yes to opportunity and yes to people who want to build something.

"It's this mindset helping us drive major growth across health, advanced manufacturing, screen production, marine, technology and the knowledge economy."

While population growth has been one of the defining stories of the past decade, the report points to a broader economic transformation taking place.

The city's knowledge economy now contributes $7.9 billion annually and supports around 31,000 jobs, while the health and wellbeing sector contributes $5.2 billion and employs more than 42,000 people. Together, the six priority sectors identified in the report account for almost $24 billion in economic output and more than 145,000 jobs.

One of the strongest examples is the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct at Southport. The 200-hectare precinct now contains more than $5 billion worth of health, education, research and innovation infrastructure and supports over 16,000 jobs.

The report also highlights the growing role of advanced manufacturing, particularly in aerospace, defence and modular construction.

Gold Coast-based Gilmour Space Technologies recently became the first Australian commercial company to attempt an orbital launch, while companies including Modscape and ModnPods are helping establish the Yatala-Stapylton corridor as one of Australia's fastest-growing advanced manufacturing hubs.

The city's entrepreneurial culture is also translating into business growth.

Since 2019/20, the number of businesses operating on the Gold Coast has increased by 22 per cent, while firms employing more than 200 people have grown by 80 per cent. The report suggests the next challenge is converting more local start-ups and medium-sized businesses into nationally significant companies.

Development activity remains another key indicator of confidence.

There are currently more than $23 billion worth of major projects underway across the Gold Coast, supported by a record 75 active cranes, a figure that now exceeds Brisbane and represents a 150 per cent increase since 2016.

Importantly, the report notes the next phase of investment will need to extend beyond residential development.

While 93 per cent of crane activity is currently tied to housing, Invest Gold Coast argues future investment will increasingly need to focus on cultural, civic, infrastructure and industry-enabling projects that strengthen the city's long-term economic resilience.

Invest Gold Coast Chair Will Hodgman said the city was now benefiting from years of economic diversification.

"What is happening on the Gold Coast is the result of the city's economic base broadening, fuelled by industries with long-term, high-growth potential," Mr Hodgman said.

"This is no longer a secondary Australian economy, the Gold Coast is becoming a globally connected city with deeper capability across health, knowledge and creative industries, advanced manufacturing, technology and exports."

Looking ahead, the Gold Coast's population is projected to exceed one million residents by 2046.

Buyers rush to Homecorp's Florence Residences as Gold Coast wellness trend gains momentum

The NSW Government has expanded its $1 billion Pre-sale Finance Guarantee program, broadening access for affordable housing providers and smaller residential developments as it seeks to accelerate housing delivery across the state.

The Minns Government says the program has already helped bring forward more than 600 homes across Sydney and regional NSW since launching in September 2025, with similar models now adopted in South Australia and Western Australia.

The latest changes, announced by Treasurer Daniel Mookhey and Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Paul Scully, are designed to improve access to finance for projects that have planning approval but are struggling to secure funding.

Among the key changes is an expansion of support for community housing providers. The program will now support up to 100 per cent affordable housing projects valued at up to $30 million when delivered by not-for-profit providers, while support for larger affordable housing developments will increase for projects worth up to $80 million.

The government says the changes will help accelerate the delivery of housing for low-income workers, older people, people living with disability, and those at risk of homelessness, while reducing reliance on direct grants or subsidised loans to bridge funding gaps.

The eligibility criteria for smaller residential developments have also been broadened. The previous $5 million minimum project value threshold has been removed and replaced with a requirement that projects deliver at least four homes.

Support has also increased for projects delivering fewer than 20 homes, with the guarantee now able to cover up to 75 per cent of dwellings in a development, capped at $30 million per project.

The changes are expected to particularly benefit smaller-scale and regional developments, which often face greater challenges meeting pre-sale requirements imposed by lenders.

Treasurer Daniel Mookhey said the scheme demonstrates how government can use its balance sheet to stimulate housing supply without relying solely on taxpayer-funded grants.

"The Pre-sale Finance Guarantee shows how this Government is using its balance sheet to reduce risk and unlock private investment, enabling new homes to move from design to construction faster," Mookhey said.

"This landmark reform allows us to deliver homes for working families at a lower cost to taxpayers, while also maintaining strong financial discipline."

Planning Minister Paul Scully said the program had already proven effective in bringing stalled projects to market.

"The Pre-sale Finance Guarantee has already proven it can unlock stalled projects and accelerate housing delivery by giving lenders the confidence they need to back good developments," Scully said.

"These changes will allow more affordable housing and smaller developments to access support so more homes can be built faster where communities need them most."

Housing Minister Rose Jackson said the expansion would help community housing providers overcome financing barriers that often delay projects.

"We know community housing providers are ready to build more homes, too often they're held back by barriers to finance," Jackson said.

"Expanding the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee helps remove those barriers so more affordable homes can get off the ground sooner."

The announcement was welcomed by the Property Council of Australia, which has long advocated for measures aimed at improving project feasibility and access to finance.

Property Council NSW Executive Director Katie Stevenson described the expansion as a practical intervention that addresses one of the most immediate constraints on housing delivery.

"This is exactly the kind of practical intervention we need right now, focused on getting projects out of the ground, not just approved," Stevenson said.

"It builds on a model the Property Council has worked closely with government to develop following calls for such a scheme ahead of last year's NSW Budget, so it's great to see it being expanded."

Stevenson said the reforms would help unlock projects that are ready to proceed but have been delayed by financing challenges. However, she noted that broader feasibility issues remain a significant barrier to increasing housing supply.

"The biggest challenge in NSW housing today is delivery. Too many projects have planning approval but are simply not financially viable to proceed under current settings," she said.

Speaking at the Property Council's NSW Housing Summit, Housing Minister Rose Jackson acknowledged that feasibility and financing pressures continue to constrain housing delivery, while reaffirming the government's commitment to work with industry on solutions.

Stevenson said the government's recognition of those challenges was encouraging ahead of next week's state budget.

"It's positive to see the government clearly recognising that feasibility pressures are now a binding constraint on supply," she said.

"With the Budget just days away, the focus must be on backing delivery, making sure projects stack up, finance can flow, and more homes can move from approval to construction."

The expanded Pre-sale Finance Guarantee forms part of the NSW Government's broader housing agenda, which also includes planning reforms, the NSW Housing Pattern Book, and a series of rezonings intended to increase housing capacity across the state.

Sydney’s property market is known for high prices, competitive bidding, and mounting pressure on first home buyers. But change is on the horizon.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

<h2>What is the Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

The program introduces a shared equity model intended to reduce the upfront cost of entering the property market, particularly in high-demand urban areas such as Sydney.

The scheme operates under a shared ownership structure in which the federal government takes an equity stake of up to 40 per cent for new homes, or 30 per cent for existing dwellings. This arrangement allows eligible buyers to significantly reduce their loan size and avoid the added cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Under this model, purchasers can enter the property market with as little as a two per cent deposit, well below the traditional 10 to 20 per cent usually required. The government’s contribution is not a loan but a co-ownership stake in the property. As such, there is no interest or rent charged on its portion.

Because the government’s equity combined with the buyer’s deposit typically meets or exceeds the 20 per cent threshold, LMI does not apply. The remaining balance, generally between 60 and 70 per cent of the property’s value, is financed through a standard home loan with a participating lender.

The government's equity in the property remains in place until the buyer chooses to repay it voluntarily or until the property is sold. Buyers can buy back the government’s share over time, in increments of at least five per cent, depending on their financial situation.

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

<h2>How do you qualify for the&nbsp;Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

To qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

	<li>Be an Australian citizen at least 18 years of age.</li>
	<li>Be a first-home buyer who does not currently own property.</li>
	<li>Intend to live in the property as their primary residence.</li>
	<li>Earn less than $100,000 per year for individuals, or $160,000 for couples.</li>
	<li>Purchase a property within the regional price caps, currently $950,000 in Sydney, though this is expected to rise to approximately $1.3 million ahead of the program’s launch.</li>

While the Help to Buy Scheme does not solve affordability challenges across the board, it does offer a more accessible pathway for a defined segment of the market, particularly younger buyers with moderate incomes who have been priced out of traditional lending routes.

The scheme is expected to commence in NSW in late 2025, as part of a national rollout.

Are mortgage holders set to get a reprieve from the RBA in 2026?

Big Four bank NAB believes so. They are now expecting the next move from the RBA to be a cut, rather than a hike, which they had pencilled in for August. They are unsure of the timing of the cut however, they note in their latest&nbsp;NAB Economics RBA Watch.

NAB Chief Economist, Dr Sally Auld, said recent data suggests the economy has lost momentum and the outlook for rates has shifted, noting that the broader economic backdrop has changed since earlier in the year.

“The next move in the cash rate is likely to be down, but the timing is uncertain," Dr Auld said.

"In February, growth was above trend, the economy was operating above capacity and there was uncertainty over the restrictiveness of rates. None of these conditions exist today,” she outlined.

Dr Auld said recent data pointed to softer momentum across the economy while acknowledging that at the same time, uncertainty remains a key feature of the outlook.

“Both Q1 GDP data and the NAB business survey suggest momentum in the economy has slowed, meaning that growth has likely peaked for the cycle. That said, we are cognisant there is still considerable uncertainty around the outlook, both with respect to activity and inflation.”

Dr Auld said inflation risks and labour market outcomes would be important to watch.

“On the prices side, we are still forecasting above target core inflation through to mid-2027. Margins will compress and weaker labour market outcomes are a risk.”

She said tighter financial conditions are expected to weigh on housing and activity.

“Tighter financial conditions will be reflected in a slowing in house price growth and housing credit growth. In summary, we have greater conviction that the next move in rates is down, but less conviction on the timing.”

Mortgage relief? NAB forecasts RBA rate cut, not hike, after softer economic conditions

Paying just $2,500 to get into property seems like a good way to buy in faster, with little cash down, and it has been making headlines this week.

Unsurprisingly, the idea that you can put down just $2,500 on a property purchase had people interested.

High loan to value ratios (<a href="/expert-insights/finance/what-is-an-lvr-investment-terms-explained">LVRs</a>), in the high 90s, have <a href="/expert-insights/investing/low-deposit-loans-lures-offered-to-first-home-buyers">been regularly seen</a>. However, it’s not often that close-to 100% loans are offered without some other sort of security.

Victoria-located HomeFirst, with the tagline “Your first home builder”, are currently running a promotion that notes that $2,500 is all some eligible first home buyers may need to start getting into property ownership.

Of course, the “$2,500 deposit*” comes with a hefty asterisk.

This finance offer is available to eligible buyers receiving the first home owners grant.

The terms and conditions explains that you are essentially trying to make up the 5% deposit required - in part through the grant, and in part through a personal loan “which are applied to the land contract, build contract, government charges and lending costs”. The finance is arranged through Western Australia’s The Loan Company.

The idea is to get them into one of their house and land packages across Melbourne.

Their “No deposit? No worries” line is also shared with The Loan Company’s other strategic alliance partners, including HomeStart (located in the same building as The Loan Company), whose “No Deposit? No drama” line notes that they have access to “exclusive products which are going to help young Western Australian's into new homes with NO DEPOSIT required.”

The Loan Company notes that many lenders require significant upfront deposits, which can be tricky for those in the rental trap. Their site notes that as part of the BGC Group, if you build your home with a BGC Homebuilder, then you may be eligible for their BGC NewStart No Savings Home Loan, tailor made for first time buyers to “pay zero deposit for the house or land”.

This isn’t an entirely new concept.

In fact the Home Loan Experts already note a number of criteria that you need to be able to fulfill if you want to take out this kind of loan.

This includes:

	 </li>
	<li>Little existing debt (car loans, high credit card balances, etc) 
	 </li>
	<li>A clear credit history 
	 </li>
	<li>Some savings to make up any shortfall 
	 </li>
	<li>A proven rental history (preferred)</li>

They also note that some lenders of personal loans will not provide this to you if it’s for a home loan. And many lenders require genuine savings (although some accept rent repayment receipts as genuine savings), and so will not accept borrowed money as a deposit. This means that the number of lenders who match up well in this respect are thin on the ground, and you may not be able to get with your lender of choice or get the rate you’ve had your eye on.

Remember, personal loans have higher interest rates. Jumping onto Finder sees the lowest personal loan’s variable interest rate at 9.95%, with the majority around the 13% mark. No small figure, considering home loans are sitting around the 5% mark.

Situations in which this could make sense include those who are expecting to come into a lot of money, to then pay down their loans. However, it’s entirely individual dependent.

What this type of loan can possible do is take place of the increasingly popular ‘guarantor’ concept (where a parent or close relative provides security so that the new buyer can borrow more without having to pay lenders mortgage insurance, or LMI). Not everyone’s parents own property, or have enough equity to assist their children, and not all children want to rely on their parents for a loan.

Unfortunately, there's a good deal more to buying a home than just walking through one. Before you get carried away, there are several (significantly less fun) steps you should take to ensure you are financially and mentally prepared to buy a house.
By taking these steps before you start attending open homes, you can save yourself from an emotional purchase, setting you up for a sound investment.
Before you go to an open home:
Find out your borrowing capacity
There's only one way to figure out what kind of property you can afford - find out your borrowing capacity. If you have some money for a deposit saved up, this should make up at least 10% of the total value of your prospective home. If you put down less than 20% of a property's value for a deposit, you'll likely have to pay <a href="/expert-insights/investing/less-than-a-20-deposit-the-8-things-you-need-to-know-about-lenders-mortgage-insurance-lmi">lenders mortgage insurance</a>.
Make sure that you don't equate your total savings with the amount you can afford to deposit on a home. You should always keep some amount of savings as a buffer, in case you lose your job, get sick or face an unexpected expense.
Calculate your potential loan repayments
It's temping to believe that just because you've saved for a deposit, you can afford to buy a house. However, if it's taken you 10 years to scrape together enough money for a deposit, it may not be likely that you'll be able to afford your mortgage repayments.
There are plenty of <a href="/expert-insights/buying/the-10-free-online-resources-every-novice-buyer-should-use">mortgage repayment calculators online</a> - lenders generally provide them to give you an idea of what you can expect to pay each month.
Draw up a budget
The only way to know what you can afford is to come up with a budget detailing your monthly expenses, probably repayments and extra property related costs like rates and bills. Some people are happy to have a vague mental budget, but remember - you can't skip a mortgage repayment the way you might skip depositing some money into your savings account.
Come up with a strategy
Once you have an idea of what you can afford, think about your investment strategy. Are you buying a house to live in for the next decade, or are you planning to live there for a year and then rent it out? Is it important to you to purchase in an area with strong capital growth potential, or would you rather be close to your parents as you raise a family?
Lofty dreams and aspirations are all good, but it's important to set aside some time to think about your goals and how you want to achieve them. If you're interested in developing a property portfolio, speak to friends and family members who have done the same. There are also plenty of property advisers who can give you some advice (which, of course, you'll consider in relation to a lot of other information) about investing in property.
If you're just sick of renting or living with mum but don't think property investment is something you'll want to dedicate a lot of your time to in the future, you may want something different from someone who is hoping to purchase property one of 15.
Take a long view, but leave in some room for spontaneity - you can't predict everything.
Research, research, research
Now that you have your budget and know why you want to buy property, you can start thinking about where you would like to buy. To get an idea of what you can afford, start by looking at the median price of houses or units in your area of choice.
To get more specific, you can look at recently sold properties in that area to see how much, say, a two bedroom townhouse sold for in the past two months.
While researching, you might find that you can't afford a property in your ideal suburb, and will have to move further out. Don't get disheartened - you can still keep an eye out for bargains in your dream neighbourhood while checking out the prospects 2 kilometres down the road.
When you're choosing suburbs to consider, keep in mind the price of properties in the area, its distance to your work or the nearest employment hub and local amenities. It's temping to buy in a suburb with pretty heritage terraces and your favourite restaurant, but available transport, schools, jobs and population growth may be a little more important.
Once you've done all that and have started walking through homes that are open for inspection, the research, strategy and budgeting process isn't over.
While you look for your first home (or your second, or fifth), you'll find that your priorities shifting and limits tested. Suddenly, things that seemed like dealbreakers are acceptable, or vice versa. So remember, even once you get to start having a good stickybeak in other people's homes, you should be revisiting your property strategy.

Phillip Wolanski, managing director of Denwol Group put the appeal of Mezzo down to its highly coveted location in the heart of leafy Glebe, within easy strolling distance of the City’s attractions.

Similar high demand is expected at the release of the remaining 85 apartments, scheduled for this Saturday September 27.
It is the latest apartment project to be unveiled in Sydney's Glebe and one of the first ahead of the official evolution of the nearby Bays precinct.
Close to the edge of Wentworth Park, the 213-apartment Mezzo Sydney, is set over four 10-level towers with rooftop gardens by landscape architects 360º.

Mezzo Sydney set for final stage sellout this weekend

Daytime and night time views are available, with Mirvac group executive John Carfi saying that it will change how people buy off the plan.
“One of the greatest challenges when buying off the plan is relying on artistic renders and your own skills of visualisation to conceptualise the place you are proposing to call home,” Carfi said.
“Augmented reality finally brings this process into the 21st century, assisting purchasers in buying the right apartment for them before it is built, with confidence the space will perfectly suit their needs and feels right.”

Positioned in the Rockwall Crescent cul-de-sac, the two-level residence was built in 1903 for William McElhone, <a href="https://www.sydneyaldermen.com.au/alderman/william-mcelhone/" target="_blank">a 1920s Lord Mayor of Sydney</a>.
The meticulously restored house has a modern design by Kennedy Associates Architects. Vendor Patrick Gill bought Heatherdene at 4 Rockwall Crescent in 1993.

Fairfax Media advised those who inspected 86 Windmill Street had $1.5 million to $1.6 million price guidance prior to last night's auction. 
The Di Jones sales agents received more than 1370 enquiries, conducted around 200 property inspections and issued over 70 pre-auction contracts.
The heritage-listed three-bedroom terrace backs onto The Paddock park. 
The three-level, three-bedroom property was one of three houses constructed by the Musgrave family in about 1856 to 1861.
Minister for Family and Community Services, Gabrielle Upton noted continued strong interest in Millers Point property sales saw the 86 Windmill Street residence take the total proceeds of five property sales to more than $13.3 million.
Gabrielle Upton said the NSW Government had inherited a social housing system that was "unfair and unsustainable."
“The sale of properties in Millers Point reflects the Government’s resolve to put the social housing system back on solid financial ground,” Ms Upton said.
“Money from the sale of government-owned properties will go back into the public housing system into things like new homes and maintenance.”
“The strong sales results will mean more money can be poured back into helping people especially the 58 000 applicants on the public housing waiting list.”
There is still one property remaining as part of the initial tranche, 30 Argyle Place, which is due to go for auction on October 8 through Ray White agent Craig Pontey.

Investor secures heritage Millers Point terrace on third attempt

Lance Franklin, the former Hawk turned Sydney Swans' grand finalist, has listed his contemporary Brighton East house for October 26 auction.
The 55 Hodder Street offering has $1.6 million to $1.7 million price guidance.
After renting briefing elsewhere in Brighton, Franklin bought the house on its 678 square metre block in late 2010 for $1.635 million through hockingstuart.
It had also sold at $1.45 million in 2006 on its completion.
It is a four-bedroom, two bathroom home with a pool.
He is not yet known to have bought any Sydney property. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAhpDOAoDNc" target="_blank">The Brighton property</a> with pool room has been rented out since late 2013.
Before his Brighton purchase he had spent $860,000 in Melbourne's eastern suburbs just weeks before the 2008 premiership, aged 21 years after renting in Box Hill. 
Despite reports he's turning his back on Melbourne property, Title Tattle understands Buddy retains this first property, a Donvale Palladian-inspired executive home which is home of his parents.

There have been two recent sales on Hodder Street. 66 Hodder sold at $1.45 million and 66A at an undisclosed price., also in August this year.
AFL footballers in the bayside precinct include Chris Judd from Carlton. It was 2010 when Judd and his then model fiancee Rebecca Twigley bought their 671 square metre Brighton property for $2.125 million through Kay and Burton agent Justin Follett. They rebuilt and moved in this year.
St Kilda's Nick Riewoldt and wife, Catherine spent $4.1 million in February in Brighton for their 1,100 square metre block.

A Templestowe trophy home was sold mid-week following its second auction in the past two months.
Some 70 people turned up to see four bidders compete for the offering.
It was passed in at $2.5 million, and sold soon after at an undisclosed higher price on Wednesday night.
The Templestowe home had been knocked down at $3.35 million at its <a href="/expert-insights/buying/south-yarra-then-templestowe-top-weekend-melbourne-auctions">August auction</a> when it had been listed with $2.4 million hopes.
The home was purchased 11 years ago for $870,000, but the current owners doubled the internal size, keeping in style with<a href="/news/architect-phillip-mannerheims-former-templestowe-house-listed"> architect Phillip Mannerheim’s original vision</a>, while creating an oriental inspired, feng shui home.
The <a href="https://raywhitemanningham.com.au/vic/templestowe/1163486/" target="_blank" style="line-height: 1.3em;">4 Winifred Court, Templestowe home,</a> a four bedroom, five bathroom house on 3,986 square metres was relisted by Carmen Stenta at Ray White Manningham.
She told Property Observer that the August buyer had a death in the family following the purchase with their assets being frozen.
The August underbidder had bought elsewhere through Stenta.

Templestowe trophy home sold after re-auction

The retired AFL premiership player Darren Jolly and his wife Deanne have secured $1,735,000 for their self-renovated Edwardian-era Surrey Hills home.
<a href="/expert-insights/buying/former-afl-ruckman-darren-jolly-sells-surrey-hills-and-joins-the-block-prahran">The house sold ahead of its March auction</a>, but on delayed settlement terms with the sale price only registered earlier this month.
Paul Richards, the Bekdon Richards selling agent, described the three bedroom cottage's renovation as one of the best he’d seen in 13 years in real estate.
The 1910 property at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-vic-surrey+hills-116232795" target="_blank">17 Empress Road</a> had period features including high ceilings, stained glass and original fireplaces as well as for contemporary comforts such as refrigerated cooling and ducted heating. 
The former Collingwood, Sydney and Melbourne ruck man, a reluctant 2013 AFL retiree, and wife Deanne would often return to the Surrey Hills home during their recent filming of The Block Glasshouse, the office block conversion in High Street, Prahran.
The Surrey Hills cottage was renovated by the ruckman on days off and after training, along design lines by Deanne.
Last year Jolly completed his building and construction certificate four at night school. The couple paid $1.35 million in 2010.
It was bought by a buyer from Camberwell.

Developed by Bob England, the development at 17 Stephens Street, Burleigh Heads includes four townhouses with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder rooms in each.
Stafford notes that the demand in <a href="/news">Burleigh Heads</a> has been substantial, with new developments needed in the area.
“Last year Burleigh Heads saw capital growth of 14.9%,” he said.
“The market is hot and there are no signs of it slowing down. This development is built by one of the most respected builders in the area and we anticipate a high level of interest throughout the marketing campaign.”

The current median house price for the area, according to RP Data, sits at $588,000, with units recording a $375,000 median.
