About Golden Age Group

Since its inception in 2006, Golden Age has established itself as a leader in the property industry, bringing to life high-end commercial and iconic residential developments. With liveability and luxury design at the forefront, Golden Age Group continues to drive job creation and foster stronger, more vibrant communities.

In 2026, Golden Age is progressing several significant projects, including the town home sales at Maritima Brighton and the completion and opening of high-end strata office building at 130 Little Collins Street in Melbourne CBD.  Stage 1&2 settlements at Floret, a vibrant town home community in Glen Waverley, are in completion stage.

In Box Hill, construction of Release One of the Wembley Hill town homes is underway, and Release Two is publicly available.  Also in Box Hill, Golden Age Group is in the completion phase of a large-scale mixed-use development SKY SQR, which builds on the success of the neighbouring Sky One development.

Previous achievements include iconic developments such as Australia’s slimmest skyscraper, Collins House—awarded "Best Mixed-use Development in Australia"—Melbourne’s landmark Victoria One residential tower, and the renowned Sky Garden project above The Glen Shopping Centre. Other notable projects include the luxury Harrington Collection at The Rocks in Sydney and the introduction of Ace Hotel in Sydney's vibrant Surry Hills.
