Lewis Land has opened the first completed sky home for inspection at Harbour Shores, giving buyers their first opportunity to step inside one of just three double-storey residences crowning The Waterline.

Each sky home comes with its own private marina berth, rooftop terrace and Broadwater views, combining the scale of a larger home with direct access to the boating lifestyle that underpins the wider <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/harbour-shores-biggera-waters-564-oxley-drive-biggera-waters-qld-4216">Harbour Shores</a> masterplan.

Lewis Land Head of Development Michael Long said the inclusion of a berth with every Sky Home had become increasingly valuable as marina access across the Gold Coast tightened.

“Marina berths are becoming increasingly difficult to secure across the Gold Coast, so including one with every Sky Home makes this a genuinely rare offering,” Long said.

“The private 70-berth marina will accommodate boats up to 12 metres in length and is positioned just 2.5 kilometres from the Broadwater, placing the open ocean only 15 minutes away.

“Being able to step out of your home onto your boat is a rare luxury, and it’s something residents here can look forward to when it opens later this year.”

The display opening comes as construction completes on The Waterline, with the first residents expected to move in from mid-October.

The three Sky Homes range from 282 sqm to 367 sqm and each feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living zones, expansive kitchens with butler's pantries and large balconies taking in the Broadwater outlook.

Each residence also has three secure basement car spaces and additional storage.

Residents of The Waterline will have access to a private pool, along with Harbour Shores' wider collection of amenity including a lagoon pool, social clubhouse, tennis court, gym, yoga facilities and sauna.

Lewis Land partnered with Studio Collective to furnish the completed display, with the interiors designed to demonstrate how the residences could function as permanent homes rather than simply as show apartments.

Studio Collective Director Melissa Park said the surrounding waterways informed the interiors, but in a more restrained way than a traditional coastal scheme.

“We drew inspiration from the canals and coastal surrounds, but our approach was to interpret that subtly through layered materials and a grounded palette of earthy tones, rather than literal coastal references,” Park said.

“We introduced hero moments of green and teal to reference the surrounding waterways, while mirrored elements help reflect natural light.

“The result is a residence that feels elevated yet comfortable, somewhere buyers can genuinely imagine themselves living, entertaining and unwinding.”

Sky Homes are priced from $3.65 million.

Lewis Land is also offering private marina berths with The Residences, its limited collection of three and four-bedroom villas positioned directly along the Harbour Shores waterfront boardwalk.

Three-bedroom villas are priced from $2.99 million, while four-bedroom residences start from $3.19 million.

Lewis Land opens sky home display as The Waterline completes at Harbour Shores

St Vincent de Paul Society Housing Australia has filed plans for a major mixed-use housing precinct on the southern edge of the North Sydney CBD, adding another significant proposal to a pocket around North Sydn​ey Station that is quickly becoming one of the LGA's busiest development zones.

The State Significant Development Application covers a 5,990 sqm site at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/1-19-mackenzie-street-lavender-bay-nsw-2060">1-19 MacKenzie Street and 211 Blues Point Road in Lavender Bay</a>, immediately south of Nor​th Sydney Station and between the commercial core and the lower-rise Lavender Bay Heritage Conservation Area.

Designed by Wardle, the proposal would deliver a new residential tower comprising 88 build-to-sell apartments and 19 affordable apartments, alongside a separate co-living building with 57 rooms and a building manager's studio.

It would also see the significant restoration and upgrade of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, the adaptive reuse of the former school building, new parish facilities, retail, a new public square and around 1,000 sqm of publicly accessible open space.

The project is seeking a concurrent rezoning of the site to R4 High Density Residential and an increase in the maximum building height to allow a tower reaching RL120, or up to 20 storeys. The proposal was progressed through the NSW Government's Housing Delivery Authority pathway.

The build-to-sell component will be weighted toward larger apartments, with just six one-bedroom apartments compared with 31 two-beds, 43 three-beds and eight four-bedroom residences.

The 19 affordable apartments will comprise two studios, 15 one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments, taking the total apartment component to 107 residences before the 58 co-living rooms are included.

Wardle's design for the Vinnies site has sought to negotiate that emerging high-rise context while retaining the lower-scale character of MacKenzie Street and the adjoining heritage conservation area.

The main building adopts a three-storey podium and tower arrangement, with the podium aligned to the ridgeline and front setback of St Francis Xavier Church.&nbsp;Wardle has designed the podium with colonnades, seating, recessed entries and active ground-floor frontages, with sandstone-toned precast concrete and face brick referencing the materiality of the existing church.

The tower then steps back eight metres to the south and six metres to the north before rising in a sculpted form comprising four interlocking quadrants. Wardle has also introduced rounded forms and chamfered corners to reduce the tower's perceived bulk and improve view sharing with neighbouring development sites.

Resident facilities and outdoor areas are planned at the separation between the podium and tower at Level 3, oriented toward Sydney Harbour and the CBD skyline.

The tower itself will feature a glass reinforced concrete facade, with recessed balconies and deep reveals used both to provide shading and privacy and frame views toward the harbour and city. The lower levels take a different architectural approach, using brick and sandstone-toned finishes intended to establish a stronger relationship with St Francis Xavier Church. The Church itself will be conserved and upgraded for its continued use, while the former school building will be adaptively reused as part of the co-living component.

The proposal adds to an increasingly concentrated pipeline of residential development around Blue Street, MacKenzie Street and Lavender Bay.

Just west of the site, Central Element lodged plans earlier this year for one of the most significant residential developments proposed in Lavender Bay in recent years.

Central Element's SJB-designed scheme at 64-66 Lavender Street and 3-7 Middlemiss Street would deliver 163 apartments across two towers rising 23 and 32 storeys, replacing five existing apartment buildings containing 32 homes. The project also forms part of the Housing Delivery Authority pathway.

Immediately around North Sy​dney Station, another two significant proposals have emerged at 5 and 15 Blue Street.

Zurich Australian Insurance Properties is seeking to adaptively reuse its longstanding commercial building at 5 Blue Street, directly above North Sydney Station, rather than demolishing the structure.

Its SSDA proposes converting the building into a 14-storey mixed-use development with 62 apartments and 86 co-living rooms, together with ground-floor retail and a major refurbishment of Blue Street Plaza. The application is currently at the Response to Submissions stage.

First look: Vinnies files for 20-storey Lavender Bay apartment tower as North Sydney housing pocket heats up

When the opportunity arose for South Australian developer Palumbo to return to Kent Town, where it had previously delivered East Park Apartments and the East 
Rundle Apartments, it wasn't one the longstanding developer-builder was going to pass up.

The decision was quickly vindicated, with more than 30 apartments sold within the first month of launching <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/royal-apartments-kent-town-2-8-north-terrace-kent-town-sa-5067">Royal Apartments</a> to the market.

The 206-apartment development, which will bring significant new supply to Adelaide's tightly held eastern city fringe, also gives <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/palumbo">Palumbo</a> the opportunity to bring new life to one of Kent Town's most recognisable watering holes.

Royal Apartments incorporates the historic Royal Hotel, a venue Palumbo Managing Director Daniel Palumbo said has a longstanding connection with the local community.

"Everyone in the area has history with the Royal Hotel," Palumbo told Apartments.com.au.

"It was quite an active pub and social gathering place for locals. We want to bring it back to its former glory."

The wider development will comprise two residential towers alongside the restored hotel, sitting on North Terrace opposite the Adelaide Park Lands.

For Palumbo, the project also marks a return to familiar territory.

The developer completed East Park Apartments next door more than a decade ago and jumped at the opportunity to develop in Kent Town again when the Royal Hotel site became available.

"The opportunity emerged, and we moved to secure the site," Palumbo said.

"We were approached by the previous landowner, who said they had extensive commitments in Sydney and weren't in a position to deliver the project.

"We took over the site and within six months recut the design scheme to be more in keeping with the type of development we want to bring to Adelaide.

"Now we're on the market and those changes have really resonated with local buyers."

That has translated into a strong start to sales, with 33 apartments transacting in the project's first 35 days.

Palumbo said the early purchaser profile had been consistent with the group's traditional focus on owner-occupiers rather than investor-led apartment stock.

"Local owner-occupiers have always been our market," he said.

"There are always some investors, but we've never developed what would be called traditional development stock. Owner-occupiers are very much our market."

The buyer mix has been diverse so far, with downsizers and younger professionals both accounting for a significant portion of early sales.

South Australia's current stamp duty settings, which allow&nbsp;eligible homeowners in South Australia aged 60 savings of up to $103,830 on stamp duty when they downsize to a new property valued at up to $2 million,&nbsp;have helped encourage downsizer activity, while younger buyers in their late 20s and early 30s have been attracted to the opportunity to live immediately outside the CBD while still being able to walk into the city.



Location has been a major part of the proposition for both buyer cohorts.

Royal Apartments sits on North Terrace directly opposite the Adelaide Park Lands, with residents able to walk through the parklands toward the East End, Rundle Street and Rundle Mall.

Apartments have been positioned to capture views across the parklands, Adelaide skyline, Botanic Gardens and Adelaide Hills.

Palumbo believes the scarcity of developable land along this section of the Park Lands makes the site particularly difficult to replicate.

"There's very few allotments on that side that can be developed," he said.

"If this location was in New York and you were sitting on Central Park, you'd be talking about a $60 million apartments."

Royal Apartments will offer a broad mix of residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments through to four-bedroom sub-penthouses and penthouses.

Current listings include one-bedroom apartments from $680,000, while larger three and four-bedroom residences are priced around $2.5 million.

Residents will have access to a swimming pool, gym, barbecue and recreation areas, residents' lounge and dining space, and a communal deck.

The apartments will feature generous balconies, while secure parking, bicycle storage and storage cages will also be provided.

A porte-cochère-style arrival and drop-off area has also resonated with buyers, particularly those attracted to being able to walk into the CBD during the day while retaining secure vehicle access at home.

Palumbo is acting as developer, architect and builder on Royal Apartments, continuing the vertically integrated model it has used across its South Australian portfolio.

The group was also behind the $150 million Sofitel Adelaide, the 251-room five-star hotel and residential tower which opened in 2021.

Palumbo said Royal's launch had come at an interesting time for the broader Adelaide apartment market.

Buyer confidence had initially been impacted by uncertainty surrounding the Federal Budget and broader economic conditions, but Palumbo believes sentiment is beginning to improve against a backdrop of significant investment flowing into South Australia.

He pointed to increased activity across defence and resources, including Olympic Dam, as potential long-term drivers of the state's economy and housing market.

"Money is starting to flow into Adeliade, significant amounts as Adelaide bucks the trend of the rest of the country.," Palumbo said.

"There's a lot of activity in the economy over the next decade. I think more investment will come into this market."

Early works on Royal Apartments are expected to commence this year, with major construction activity and cranes anticipated on site from early next year.

Palumbo's return to Kent Town strikes early chord with buyers

Go-to builder-developer <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/graya">GRAYA</a> is continuing to bulk out its already impressive and diverse apartment portfolio across South East Queensland. Their latest milestone is securing development approval for Silk, its boutique riverfront apartment development in St Lucia.

The approval clears&nbsp;the way for the team to begin construction planning for the 22-residence project.

GRAYA Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Rob Gray said the project had been shaped around local homeowners wanting to remain in St Lucia without maintaining a traditional family home.

"St Lucia is one of those suburbs people do not want to leave," Gray said.

"They know the river, the trees, UQ, the golf course, Toowong and Indooroopilly, and that familiarity is hard to replace.

"True riverfront opportunities here are exceptionally scarce. What we have designed at Silk is a way to stay in the suburb people love, with the scale and privacy of a private home and far less to maintain.

"This is not typical apartment product. It is a proper home on the river, and that is exactly what this market has been missing."

The approval comes as new apartment development continues to increase across the St Lucia and neighbouring Toowong corridor, although direct riverfront sites remain considerably more tightly held.

GRAYA Co-founder and Managing Director Andrew Gray said securing the approval had removed a significant element of development risk from Silk.

"Genuine riverfront sites of this quality in St Lucia are not something that comes up regularly," Gray said.

"The approval removes a substantial layer of execution risk, and the location underwrites demand in a way very few inner-city sites can.

"The fundamentals here are as strong as anything we have assessed in Brisbane."

Silk will see GRAYA return to a stretch of the Brisbane River where it already has recent construction experience. The vertically integrated group recently completed ARC in neighbouring Toowong as builder for developer Spyre, delivering the riverfront project on a constrained site.

GRAYA will take a different role at Silk, controlling the project from design and development through construction and aftercare under its vertically integrated model.

The development will include a gym and resident leisure areas at ground level, integrated with the river's edge.

Silk joins a growing pipeline for GRAYA across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, which includes Enclave, The Gallery, Coral and Ripple.

JQZ launch Park Avenue Residences in St Leonards

St Leonards is set to welcome one of its tallest towers, with Anson Group seeking to develop a 50-level tower right next to St Leonards train station.

They've submitted $187 million plans for a 173-metre tall tower at 617-621 Pacific Highway, bounded by&nbsp;Atchison Street, Pacific Highway and Christie Street. It will top JQZ 2022-completed tower 88 by JQZ, which is 157 metres tall.&nbsp;

The proposed mixed-use tower will home 195 apartments above six-level podium with retail and commercial floors, basement car parking for 72 cars, a new community and arts centre, and a mid-tower communal level. The project will neighbour Stockland's office tower which they are <a href="/news/stockland-plans-to-supersize-its-st-leonards-renewal-opportunity">seeking to redevelop into two 63 and 45-level towers</a>.

Architecture firm BVN drew inspiration from New York's Flatiron building, suggesting it will be a "new market for St Leonards."

"Because of the site's unique geometry, there is opportunity to celebrate the site location and geometry. A 'flat-iron' building, which creates a unique building identity," BVN noted in their Architectural Design Report submitted to the North Sydney Council.

"The unique nature of the permissible envelope creates a unique and identifiable western facade where the building is one-apartment in width."

BVN said there are&nbsp;two key themes that strongly reflect their architecture - the materiality and landscape of the building.

"The facade colour palette takes inspiration from the colour of the clay-rich soil and Ashfield slate bedrock upon which the site sits, to create a visually grounded and warm appearance."

Over half of the apartments are two-bedrooms (104), while there are 36 one-bedders and 50 apartments with three-bedrooms or more.

The Access Report report Argentum Group said the North Sydney&nbsp;Development Control Plan is 10 years old, and the apartment mix provision applies as a blanket approach across the entire LGA and thus not specific to the locality.

"As such it does not reflect the most current shift in lifestyle and market preference for apartment living and desire for additional bedrooms in St Leonards," they stated.

"This has been a consistent market direction over the last 5 years across Sydney.

They said the proposed mix has been designed to adapt to the change in apartment living preference, that has been accentuated post COVID lockdown period where there has been a shift to working from home and consequently the need for larger apartments with better spatial amenity are more desired."

At the top of the building is a two-level penthouse which BVN describes as a "multilevel crown".

"This provides a distinctive architectural profile to the tower. At these levels the glazing is profiled to match triangulated elements within the tower."

The resident amenity will be on the 24th level in the form of a swimming pool, spa, multipurpose room, and outdoor terraces.&nbsp;There's nearly 400 sqm of retail across and over 2,600 sqm commercial space.

There were a handful of pre-lodgement meetings with council after an initial design scheme was put together by fjmt.&nbsp;

The 1,062 sqm site is currently occupied by two mid-rise commercial buildings in a&nbsp;Modernist/Brutalist architectural style, dating back over four decades, with exposed concrete-aggregate finish.

BVN said the&nbsp;character of Pacific Highway, Atchison, and Christie Streets is in transition as a significant number of new developments have been delivered or are in design phase.

"The redevelopment of the site for a mixed use development will significantly improve the amenity of the surrounding area by delivering a mix of commercial, residential, retail, art, and community uses," BVN stated.

"The character of the proposal reflects its residential use and utilises strategies to introduce warmth/scale and connection from internal to external spaces. It provides opportunities to introduce planting and greenery. This signals a shift from the previous commercial context of St Leonards."

Last year Anson Group filed plans for a four-building, 200-apartment development in Sydney's&nbsp;Kensington.

First look: St Leonards set for tallest tower as Anson Group file for mixed-use development

Sydney unit values are approaching new highs after CoreLogic's national Home Value Index showed another month of growth for apartments and townhouses in the harbour capital.

Values rose 0.6 per cent over October, taking Sydney's 2023 unit growth to eight per cent.

Despite the median unit value ($832,000) being over $200,000 more than the next most expensive capital city unit median (Melbourne, $615,000), Sydney units have proven to be one of the best performing unit markets in the country over the year, third only to Perth (+9 per cent) and Brisbane (+9.8 per cent).

CoreLogic's overall index has been tracking upwards since&nbsp;finding a trough in January when the market bottomed out after losses over 2022 when the RBA started its rate tightening cycle.

The trend in advertised stock levels remains a critical feature of the market influencing housing trends, CoreLogic Research Director Tim Lawless says.

"After 10 months of below-average vendor activity, the flow of new capital city listings has ramped up through winter and spring to be almost 12 per cent higher than a year ago," Lawless says.

"Although total listings (ie new listings plus relistings) remain lower than this time last year and below the previous five-year average, it is clear that inventory levels are rising."

Sydney's advertised stock levels are 9.3 per cent up through spring.

<h2>What's happening in Sydney's off the plan apartment market?</h2>

Supply has too been one of the leading contributors to the success in the off the plan apartment market for the majority of 2023.

While in October there were <a href="/news/nsw/five-development-applications-submitted-across-sydney-in-october-2023">some&nbsp;significant development applications submitted</a> which will assist in the supply moving forward, the number of new apartment projects coming to market has been critically low.

Agents across Sydney are reporting that each segment of the market is moving.

Colliers National Director Blake Schulze says there's appetite for luxury apartments, middle tier stock, and the more price pointed units.

Schulze says it's still a strong owner-occupier market, but investor activity has started to pick up. Not so much by way of increase enquiry however, more so a higher conversion from investor enquiry to sale than there has been in a while. The investor purchasing hasn't necessarily been on the most price pointed stock either.

"Investors have a more owner-occupier mindset now," Schulze says.

"They're looking forward to owning it as a short-term investment, but something they will reside in in the future."

Most of the buyers Schulze and the Colliers team are working with are off the plan buyers for the first time.

"A number of buyers have been priced out of the housing market, and are now looking at apartments as a viable option, and that's all phases of life, whether it be young professionals, young families, or even established families.

"Traditionally the lifecycle of homeownership is that you'd move into an apartment when you're young, move out and buy a house, then maybe downsize and move back into an apartment in later life. Now however, if the apartment is set up right, particularly in a masterplanned, placemaking way with well curated amenity and lifestyle, then the middle phase of that cycle is conducive."

David Highland's Highland Property sold nearly $200 million worth of apartments off the plan in October across their portfolio, holding 2,300 buyer inspections, which he says is an important metric to track.

"It shows buyers are out there, and if not yet transacting, they're starting their journey to do so," Highland said.

Highland recently relaunched Nautique in Rushcutters Bay, the large scale apartment building in the harbourside suburb in 13 years.

He said the launch gave them a good gauge of what's selling.

"The launch showed there's demand from every segment, with sales from the low $1 million's to $15 million, and everything in between."

Highland says the top end of the market is "incredibly strong."

"Anything over $10 million is selling quickly. There’s not enough stock for this market and we’re getting significant enquiry for this type of product from downsizers. The middle market and investment level are too buoyant given the lack of supply across the majority of Sydney."

That's been the case over in nearby Elizabeth Bay where Toohey Millers' debut project has seen three out of the five full-floor apartments sales snapped up just a few weeks into the launch. Sales ranged between $8.25 million and $13 million.

CBRE Residential / Stewart Residential's Ben Stewart has been marketing No.1 Onslow Avenue, saying the project has resonated with a number of different buyers.

"While nearly all of the enquiry has come from downsizers, it's not necessarily all been localized," Stewart says, noting that wile Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point and the nearby harbourside suburbs domianted enquiry, there's been interest from the Lower North Shore too.

Stewart puts the success down to the limited supply in an area like Elizabeth Bay. He's also grabbed a couple of sales at&nbsp;Eurangi, the new MH Design Union block of just eight apartment on Bondi Beach's dress circle Campbell Parade.

"Much like Elizabeth Bay, there's only even going to be a limited amount of supply in these premium suburbs, particularly on the streets either on the beach or the harbour."

Stewart is about to launch Muse Potts Point, the joint venture between Toohey Miller and Third.i just off Victoria Street.

The 13 apartments, designed by WMK Architecture and Mathieson Architects, capture significant harbour views from the higher apartments in the Brougham Street building.

"The great thing about Potts Point is it appeals to such a diverse market," Stewart says.

"There's nothing like Potts Point anywhere else in Sydney. It's got cosmopolitan amenity with a food and restaurant lifestyle, by the way, and the convenience of being to walk into work while looking at the harbour."

The plans are for just 11 apartments designed by Brian Meyerson's&nbsp;MHNDUnion, who said in their Design Verification Statement submitted to the Woollahra Council that the proposed density is consistent with the projected housing targets for the Woollahra LGA and consistent with surrounding apartment buildings.

Acclaimed hatted chef Joshua Mason has committed to opening a 300 sqm rooftop restaurant space at the Infinity Park masterplanned community in <a href="/developments/norwest-nsw-2153">Sydney’s Norwest</a>.

Taking half a floor of the seven-storey commercial building at <a href="/new-apartments/infinity-park-residential-7-maitland-place-norwest">Infinity Park</a>, Infinity Commercial, the restaurant, to be called Ciel, a translation of the French word for sky, will seat 120 patrons and will feature indoor and outdoor dining as well as a private room for group bookings.

Currently under construction, the seven-storey commercial tower topped out last week, with the construction team reaching the highest level of the building. 
 
The restaurant is the last tenancy to lease with all other 95 commercial suites quickly selling out by November 2021.

The tower, designed by PBD, will have just&nbsp;53 apartments on a 1,184 sqm block at&nbsp;<a href="/new-apartments/629-639-pacific-highway-chatswood">629-637 Pacific Highway</a> which is currently occupied by&nbsp;two buildings both in use as separate car service and repair businesses.

The plans with Canada Bay Council are for a 37-level, 244-apartment tower at&nbsp;9-13 Blaxland Road.

The proposed new tower features a striking slender form designed by architects GroupGSA in collaboration with Singaporean landscape studio Salad Dressing - whose exterior design concept earned them first place in a design excellence competition for the site.

They'll be dedicating 15 per cent of the apartments to&nbsp;nurses, midwives, health professional and services staff working at nearby Royal North Shore (RNS) Hospital and other local health facilities.

TQM to bring $120 million Lotus Residence apartments to Hurstville

After a strong run of sales since its launch earlier this year, veteran Bondi Junction developer Stargate Property has kicked off construction of its much anticipated double-tower project, The Centennial Collection.

On the fringe of Centennial Park, The Centennial Collection comprises just 73 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two 10-level buildings designed by SJB.

The first release of the apartments earlier in the year were snapped up in a matter of weeks, part due to the architectural designs by SJB, part due to the rarity of a new project so close to the convenience of Bondi Junction, the beauty of Centennial Park, and the vibrancy of Woollahra's Queen Street.

Stargate's internal construction arm has started the early works on the site set at the quiet end of Oxford Street, closer to Sydney's best park than it is to Bondi Junction Westfield. Stargate are targeting a late 2025 completion date.

Stargate spent years working with the local council and the local community to create a project which sits within its context but also provides a striking new addition to what's come before it. The Waverley Council even undertook a design excellence competition, the first design excellence competition the council has ever held.

Renowned architecture firm SJB were awarded the project.&nbsp;SJB Director Adam Haddow described The Centennial Collection as "a castle high on the hill”.

The majority of buyers have local, although&nbsp;Ray White Projects Partner Marcello Bo says there have been a few outliers.

"While Woollahra, Paddington, Bondi Junction and really any suburb within a two or three kilometre radius have secured an apartments, we've also had purchasers who are coming from the Lower North Shore," Bo says.

Prices start from $1.35 million for the one-bedroom apartments, $2.55 million for the two-bedders, which come with parking, and $3.75 million for the three-bedroom apartments.

Developer Justice Fox Property Group is set to bring a new apartment development to Lake Cathie on the New South Wales Mid North Coast, the likes of which the coastal suburb hasn't seen before.

The Pacific is the most prominent of the 16 buildings planned for Catarina Estate. There's a future retail precinct planned with cafes, shops, and hospitality venues, as well as conference facilities, a function centre, a pub and a gym.

Lake Cathie is located on the Mid North Coast, around 15-minutes from Port Macquarie.

Developer Justice Fox Property Group have extensive experience developing by the water. They've previously completed projects in Eden on the NSW South Coast and Gerroa near Kiama.
