<p data-end="390" data-start="110">Australia’s housing debate has rarely been more urgent. The National Housing Supply and Affordability Council forecasts the country could fall around 262,000 homes short of housing needs by 2029, underscoring the scale of the challenge facing planners, governments and developers.</p>

<p data-end="514" data-start="392">In response, much of the conversation has centred on high-density towers around transport corridors and strategic centres.</p>

<p data-end="676" data-start="516">Diversified developer Coronation Property, while also focused on well-located, strategic sites, is incorporating an arguably underutilised typology, the terrace.</p>

<p data-end="983" data-start="678">Difficult to integrate into true high-rise developments, terraces have become a defining feature of Coronation’s lower-rise portfolio, including projects in Ashbury and Erskineville. <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/buildings/ashbury-terraces-165-171-milton-street-ashbury-nsw-2193">Ashbury Terraces</a> places a stronger emphasis on this housing type, forming part of a broader community mix.</p>

<p data-end="1188" data-start="985">At its Erskineville development, <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/lillian-erskineville-9-metters-street-erskineville-nsw-2043">Lillian</a>, terraces are more limited, with just a handful&nbsp;included within the wider, predominantly apartment-led precinct, one of the first developments to launch in Erskineville in several years.</p>

<p data-end="1524" data-start="1190">Spanning multiple levels, the terraces also feature front and rear courtyards, providing direct access to the central landscaped gardens within the precinct.</p>

<p data-end="464" data-start="214">Terrace housing has long been part of Australia’s urban fabric. From Paddington and Surry Hills to Glebe and Annandale, rows of terrace homes have shaped neighbourhood streets, offering a housing form that sits between detached houses and apartments.</p>

<p data-end="631" data-start="466">The contemporary terrace, however, addresses many of the limitations of older designs, where narrow staircases and constrained layouts often compromised liveability.</p>

<p data-end="1085" data-start="836">“They deliver density without losing the human scale that makes neighbourhoods liveable. In many ways, they provide a bridge between the Sydney we know and the Sydney we need to build. If Sydney is going to grow well, it can’t rely on towers alone.”</p>

<p data-end="1262" data-start="1126">That thinking has shaped Coronation’s approach at Ashbury Terraces, where the terrace typology has been reinterpreted for modern living.</p>

<p data-end="1459" data-start="1264">Designed by SJB, the project recently received recognition at the 2026 Better Future World Design Awards, acknowledging its architectural clarity and response to the surrounding suburban context.</p>

<p data-end="1564" data-start="1461">SJB Director Adam Haddow says the intent was to evolve a familiar housing form rather than reinvent it.</p>

<p data-end="1723" data-start="1566">“The terrace is one of Sydney’s most familiar housing forms, so our approach at Ashbury was to reinterpret that typology in a contemporary way,” Haddow says.</p>

<p data-end="1888" data-start="1725">“The homes are designed to sit comfortably within the existing neighbourhood while introducing more light, landscape and shared spaces that support modern living.”</p>

<p data-end="2082" data-start="1890">Ashbury Terraces combines terraces, apartments and penthouses across a series of low-rise buildings, integrating contemporary architecture with landscaped communal spaces and resident amenity.</p>

<p data-end="2264" data-start="2084">That same typology is now being carried into Coronation’s Lillian development in Erskineville, where a smaller number of terraces sit within a predominantly apartment-led precinct.</p>

<p data-end="2486" data-start="2291">Coronation’s decision to include terraces at Lillian was informed by strong buyer feedback from Ashbury Terraces, where purchasers were drawn to the flexibility and scale the housing type offers.</p>

<p data-end="2588" data-start="2488">One resident, Sweta Pursem, purchased a terrace as a single buyer, citing its long-term versatility.</p>

<p data-end="2720" data-start="2590">“As a single buyer, it might seem surprising that I chose a terrace over an apartment, but I was thinking long term,” Pursem says.</p>

<p data-end="2851" data-start="2722">“The terraces are incredibly versatile, catering to a range of lifestyles while still offering the space and privacy of a house.”</p>

<p data-end="2962" data-start="2853">For Pursem, the multi-level layout provides a level of functionality not typically found in apartment living.</p>

<p data-end="3202" data-start="2964">“Having a separate living area from the bedroom and home office makes everyday living feel both functional and comfortable. When friends and family come to visit, the layout gives a sense of privacy while still feeling open and spacious.”</p>

<p data-end="3279" data-start="3204">Her terrace also supports a more connected, lifestyle-driven way of living.</p>

<p data-end="3537" data-start="3281">“I love entertaining, and the courtyard is ideal for relaxed weekend drinks with friends. I tend to use each level differently throughout the day, it creates a natural rhythm between work, downtime and entertaining, which I didn’t have in apartment living.”</p>

<p data-end="3692" data-start="3539">Ashbury Terraces is now complete and ready to move in, while Lillian in Erskineville is under construction and expected to welcome residents in mid-2027.</p>

Coronation champions terraces as a key piece of Sydney’s housing mix

<p data-end="255" data-start="66">Private equity real estate firm Conquest has entered into a $220 million partnership with Woolworths’ development arm, Fabcot, to deliver its long-awaited Waterloo project on Bourke Street.</p>

<p data-end="518" data-start="257">The Bourke Street development was first flagged by Fabcot back in 2021 as part of its push into Sydney’s residential market. However, progress has since stalled, with no activity on site amid a number of design revisions in consultation with the City of Sydney.</p>

<p data-end="677" data-start="520"><a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/conquest">Conquest</a>, which is actively planning more than $6 billion worth of new developments, predominantly mixed-use precincts, is now set to move the project forward.</p>

<p data-end="978" data-start="679">The current plans include between 110 and 120 apartments across two buildings designed by Bates Smart at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/923-935-bourke-street-waterloo-nsw-2017">923 Bourke Street</a>. The scheme will incorporate a portion of apartments reserved for key workers, alongside premium commercial space at ground level, including a full-line Woolworths supermarket.</p>

<p data-end="1044" data-start="980">Construction is expected to commence in the second half of 2026.</p>

<p>Michael&nbsp;Akaawi, CEO of Conquest, said the partnership reflects the firm’s commitment to "convenience-led" urban renewal."</p>

<p>"We are preparing to commence construction in the second half of this year," Akaawi says.</p>

<p>"Along with Woolworths, we look forward to delivering the first major supermarket to the growing Waterloo community, integrated with premium new apartments and specialty retail shops. <p>The news comes just a week after Conquest went to the NSW Government to upsize its plans for Castlecrag's Quadrangle Shopping Centre.</p>

<p data-end="405" data-start="227">Conquest purchased the site for just shy of $70 million last year, with existing plans in place for a mixed-use residential and retail precinct comprising 38 luxury apartments.</p>

<p data-end="812" data-start="407">Those plans have now been significantly expanded, with the developer lodging a State Significant Development Application with the NSW Government’s Housing Delivery Authority for 150 apartments across two 11-storey buildings. The apartments will sit above a four-storey podium, incorporating specialty retail tenancies and five levels of basement car parking, on the 5,166 sqm site at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/100-edinburgh-road-castlecrag-nsw-2068">100 Edinburgh Road</a>.</p>

<p>Conquest has been increasingly active in the development space in recent years. The group acquired the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developments/eastlakes-nsw-2018">Eastlakes</a>&nbsp;Shopping Centre redevelopment, where it plans to deliver more than 1,000 apartments above a new retail precinct, and has also lodged a $900 million State Significant Development Application for a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/news/nsw/conquest-unveils-900m-stanmore-village-vision-for-landmark-inner-west-site">mixed-use precinct in Stanmore</a>.</p>


Conquest partners with Woolworths to deliver mixed-use Waterloo project

<p data-end="319" data-start="100">A shift away from Sydney’s industrial past has left parts of the inner south defined by contrast, brick warehouses repurposed into dining precincts, former factory streets softened by landscaping and pedestrian activity.</p>

<p data-end="547" data-start="321">Rosebery is one of those suburbs. Over the past decade, it has undergone significant gentrification, anchored by The Cannery, which has helped reposition the area as one of the inner city’s most sought-after lifestyle pockets.</p>

<p data-end="832" data-start="549">What hasn’t kept pace with that transformation is new residential supply, which has remained relatively limited. Builder-developer Deicorp identified that gap early, securing a site in 2019 and delivering what is now one of the suburb’s most architecturally distinctive developments.</p>

<p data-end="980" data-start="834">To realise the vision, Deicorp engaged Candalepas Associates to design The Rothschild, a project that is immediately recognisable from the street.</p>

<p data-end="1440" data-start="982">Completed in 2025, The Rothschild comprises two buildings across Rothschild and Mentmore Avenues, delivering 176 apartments. The development replaces a former industrial site, retaining a material and structural dialogue with its past while introducing a more resolved residential framework. The scale is deliberate but not monolithic, broken into forms that engage both street frontages, with retail at ground level and two levels of basement parking below.</p>

Off-form concrete columns run through the façade, establishing a repeated structural rhythm that gives the building its visual weight. These are paired with deep-set arches and sections of exposed brickwork, creating a layered elevation that reads less like a typical apartment block and more like a reinterpretation of industrial architecture.</p>

<p data-end="2148" data-start="1514">The material palette is intentionally restrained, with concrete left exposed and brick used to define mass rather than decoration. The result is a building that stands out through proportion and repetition, rather than height or glazing.</p>

<p data-end="2647" data-start="2150">This approach continues internally. A central landscaped courtyard sits between the two buildings, anchored by an olive grove that acts as both a visual and spatial focal point. Rather than functioning as residual space, the courtyard is designed as a shared ground plane, where circulation paths, seating areas and planting come together to create a usable communal environment. Its positioning allows natural light to penetrate deep into the site while maintaining separation between residences.</p>

<p data-end="3559" data-start="3058">Kitchens prioritise practicality, with generous bench space, ample storage and European appliances configured for everyday use. Bedrooms are typically set back from the main living areas, creating quieter zones within each residence, with separation achieved through layout rather than material change. Bathrooms are compact but efficient, incorporating mirrored cabinetry and integrated storage to maximise space. Across all residences, the emphasis is on clarity of movement and functional planning.</p>

These shared spaces reinforce a lifestyle where the building operates as an extension of the surrounding neighbourhood.</p>

<p data-end="4408" data-start="4055">Rosebery’s proximity to Green Square, The Cannery and nearby parklands supports this model of living, where much of daily life is within walking distance. The Rothschild sits comfortably within that network, contributing to the streetscape through its distinctive architecture, while internally organising space around light, structure and communal use.</p>

The Rothschild reinterprets Rosebery’s industrial DNA into residential form

<p>KTQ has unveiled&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/casilia-16-marine-parade-coolangatta-qld-4225">Casilia</a>, the final residential release within the Kirra Point precinct which really kicked off the boom in the area back in 2019.</p>

<p>The final stage comprises&nbsp;87 residences and marks the culmination of a long-term, family-led vision for Kirra Point, as the precinct moves toward completion in tandem with the development.</p>

<p>Centuria Property Funds Limited has announced that contracts have been exchanged to sell 2-10 Wentworth Street, Parramatta, NSW for $105.3 million.</p>
<p>Settlement is expected to occur in Q1 CY2020. The A-grade office tower was purchased in December 2014 for $45.1 million.</p>
<p>Commenting on the sale of the property, Centuria joint-CEO Jason Huljich said, "when we purchased Wentworth Street in December 2014, our view was that the Parramatta office market was poised to benefit from a number of positive factors, including improving infrastructure links, the decentralisation of NSW government departments, and the overall gentrification of the area."</p>
<p>“At the same time, A-grade office vacancy was below 1%, which we believed could support stronger tenant appetite for quality office properties, which in turn would mean upward pressure on rents – which the Parramatta market has seen in recent years,” he said.</p>
<p>Over the past five years Centuria completed leasing transactions over 90% of the property (9,807 sqm) and achieved sizable rental growth – from an average of approximately $497 per sqm gross at acquisition to $617 per sqm gross at sale – an increase of 34%.</p>
<p>Mr Huljich explained that Centuria has a strong focus on creating value for unitholders, by maintaining close relationships with tenants and actively responding to their needs.</p>
<p>“Quality tenants underpin the strong, reliable income streams,” he said.</p>

Centuria sells Parramatta office tower for $105 million

<p>The NSW Government have approved two new office towers to be located above the future Martin Place Metro Station.</p>
<p>Premier Gladys Berejiklian, planning and public spaces minister Rob Stokes and minister for transport Andrew Constance announced the approval of a 39-storey office tower (pictured below) above the northern entrance of the under-construction Metro Station and a 29-office storey tower (pictured top) above the southern entrance.</p>
<p>Ms Berejiklian said the towers will create more than 2500 jobs during construction, and house nearly 9000 office, retail and hospitality workers once complete. </p>
<p>“Sydney is Australia's only truly global city and developments like this continue to elevate our status,” Ms Berejiklian said.</p>
<p>“The Martin Place development is a win for the community and a win for taxpayers, with Macquarie Group helping pay for the metro station build as part of the deal.” </p>

<p>“The new metro precinct will connect the existing T4 line with the Sydney Metro and will include shops, restaurants, offices and connections to Hunter, Elizabeth and Castlereagh Streets for commuters and workers.”</p>
<p>Mr Constance said construction of the towers will happen at the same time as the new Martin Place Station is being built underground, with the buildings to be completed in time for the Metro line’s opening in 2024.</p>
<p>“Once completed, the Metro will connect metro rail services from Chatswood, through a new line under the harbour and city, to Sydenham, where they will run on the existing Bankstown Line.”</p>

<p>The plans for a new $300 million commercial project in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD have been revealed.</p>
<p>Located on the corner of Pirie Street and Freemasons Lane, on the former Planet Nightclub site, 83 Pirie will introduce approximately 30,000 square metres of A-grade office space.</p>
<p>The building, designed by Woods Bagot and developed by Cbus Property, will span 17 levels of office, as well as a 300 square metre rooftop terrace, an onsite wellbeing lifestyle centre and 365 square metres of ground plane retail.</p>
<p>The project will also have features such as electric car charging stations and of-trip facilities.</p>

Plans revealed for new $300 million Adelaide CBD office project

<p>Designed and manufactured by Lendlease and sold to IIG, the ground floor plus nine-storey timber commercial tower features open and flexible office spaces.</p>
<p>Global engineering firm, Aurecon, has committed to 6,500 square metres on a 10-year lease and currently occupies 43.5% of the net lettable area, with IIG working with Lendlease to secure new tenants for the remaining office space.</p>

<p><span lang="en-CA">TH Real Estate have made the $180 million deal for the FJMT designed development </span>on a fund-through basis with Built undertaking the construction of the project.</p>

TH Real Estate acquires Built’s heritage development in Sydney

<p>After more than two years of construction, 100 Mount Street, North Sydney has reached its highest level, marking a significant milestone. for this landmark building.</p>
<p>100 Mount Street is a 35 Level, new-generation office building spanning 42,100 sqm that has become the tallest commercial tower on the North Sydney skyline.</p>
<p>The development will adopt the latest in smart building technology.</p>
<p>The development is owned by Dexus and Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and is being built by Laing O’Rourke, who are also an anchor tenant. The development has attracted interest multiple businesses, including NBN Co, and is 63% leased ahead of the expected completion in early 2019.</p>
<p>The development is estimated to bring around 4,000 workers to the North Sydney CBD.</p>
<p>Laing O’Rourke’s Australia Hub Managing Director, Cathal O’Rourke, said, “the building adopts a number of sustainability initiatives, including a double skin façade, that will enhance customer comfort and significantly reduce energy consumption.”</p>
<p>Trent Zimmermann MP, Member for North Sydney said, “the construction of this landmark building reinforces Sydney’s global reputation as one of the most dynamic growth cities of the world, providing benefits to the public and the economy, including healthier built environments, energy efficiency and employment drivers.” </p>
<p>The Member for North Shore, Felicity Wilson MP, also attended the ceremony saying, “100 Mount Street is a symbol of the continued strength of the NSW economy. The Government is investing in critical infrastructure that will provide new connectivity benefits to the workers at 100 Mount Street, with the nearby new Victoria Cross Metro Station making commuting and doing business easier.”</p>

North Sydney's tallest commercial building has topped out

<p>GDI Property Group has moved to sell 50 Cavill Avenue following its completed refurbishment.</p>
<p>They have secured a 97 percent occupied office tower with lower leasing incentives than other major centres.</p>
<p>Comprising an NLA of 16,625sqm over 22 levels with 446 secure car parks, the tower is the Gold Coast’s largest A-grade office building.</p>
<p>It hosts many groups including but not limited to the Mantra Group, Regus, Nine Network Australia, Ray White Group, Bell Potter, PWC and McCann World Group, as well as CBRE’s Gold Coast headquarters.</p>
<p>Following its purchase of the tower in 2016, GDI Property Group completed several renovations, including new energy efficient air-conditioning, high speed destination control lifts, ground floor retail and end of trip facilities.</p>

<p>CBRE have an expressions of interest campaign for the corporate tower.</p>

Gold Coast's largest A-grade office building hits the market

<p>The proposal also includes additions and alterations to 341 George Street.</p>
<p>The 13 storey office building Candalepas Architects-designed proposal is an integrated development under the Heritage Act 1977 proposed by the Cheng family patriarch Tony Cheng, who runs NGI Investments.</p>
<p>The site of the former Bank of NSW Head Office, which cost $57 million in 2002, is historically significant as the location from 1853 to 1970 was the principal office of Australia's first and largest private bank.</p>

<p>The building's official opening was held on Saturday 19 March 1932— the same day as the Sydney Harbour Bridge opened.</p>
<p>The building reflects the period of commercial optimism that preceded the Great Depression and with the prominent architectural firm of Robertson &amp; Marks who have worked on the building since its construction.</p>

<p>341 George Street (below) is aesthetically significant as a substantially intact example of the Inter-War Commercial Palazzo style. It contains a richly detailed Banking Chamber, which is still in use as such (although reduced in scale), with original fittings, furniture and extensive finishes of marble, scagliola and pressed metal.</p>

<p>The new building will be physically connected to the existing building at 341 George Street, and there will be access between most floors of the two buildings which will necessitate some alterations to the existing building.</p>
<p>The building at 341 George Street is of state heritage significance. The 4–6 York Street site is not heritage listed.</p>
<p>The allotment at 4–6 York Street and the building at 341 George Street are located on a city block bounded by George Street, Wynyard Street, York Street and Barrack Lane.</p>

<p>Martin Place is directly opposite George Street to the east, and Wynyard Park is located to the north across Wynyard Street.</p>
<p>The site is significant for its landmark qualities and together with the adjoining former CBC Bank Head Office (343 George Street) it terminates the western vista of Martin Place and forms part of the significant precinct of historic public and private commercial buildings near the junction of Martin Place and George Streets. </p>
<p>The site was originally part of the military barracks and was sold into private ownership in 1850. By 1882 it appears to have been developed into part of Sydney’s growing commercial district. </p>
<p>The Bank of New South Wales, the oldest corporation of its kind in Australia, was founded in Sydney in 1817.</p>

<p>The building remained the Head Office of the Bank of New South Wales until 1970, when the continued growth of the Bank has again made a larger head office building necessary.</p>
<p>After 117 years on the site the operation moved to a newly erected high-rise building, 60 Martin Place, on the corner of Macquarie Street.</p>
<p>In 2002, Westpac Banking Corp sold the site (341 George Street and 4–6 York Street) to NGI Investments.</p>

<p>In October 2006, the Westpac Bank was temporarily closed to allow for the conservation and upgrading of its premises, which included the restoration of the original floor, walls, ceilings and screens on the ground and first floors. The bank reopened in April 2008.</p>
<p>Currently the Westpac Bank continues to occupy the basement, ground and mezzanine levels. </p>
<p>The allotment at 4–6 York Street has remained largely vacant since the bank acquired the land in 1934.</p>

<p>It was in 1850 when two allotments of the old barracks site were purchased at the corner of Wynyard and George Streets by Felix Wilson, Donald Larnarch and Robert Campbell at a cost of 1410 pounds.</p>
<p>They were buying on behalf of the Bank of New South Wales in preparation for the building of a new head office.</p>

<p>The further continual growth of the bank’s business, which was a result of the goldrushes in Victoria and New South Wales, necessitated still further space.</p>

<p>The architectural plans were prepared by Robertson and Marks. </p>
<p>Early photographs show that the banking chamber had an attractive tiled floor and rich wood panelling. There were fluted columns with Corinthian capitals and a big clock in ornate wooden case on the southern wall. </p>
<p>Business continued to expand and just before the First World War 341 George Street once again began to feel cramped.</p>
<p>According to Board minutes in 1913 the Board was considering the erection of a new high-rise building on the site to exploit its prominent position and to take advantage of the 150-feet construction height limit.</p>
<p>It was at this time that the Bank purchased three adjoining sites on Wynyard Street, but such matters as further extension were forgotten in the events of 1914–1918.</p>
<p>In the course of the war no fewer than 40 per cent of the Bank’s male staff was enlisted in the services.</p>
<p>In May 1925, the Board resolved that a new head office should be built. It was also decided that an Australian architect should be employed and that the building be of similar style of architecture to that of the Equitable Buildings in Sydney and Melbourne. </p>
<p>The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney had then reached the final stages of the construction of its own Head Office, and the Bank of NSW Board resolved that the new building should be of the same height as its neighbour.</p>

<p>In July 1925, the firm of Robertson &amp; Marks was again asked to supply plans.</p>
<p>In 1927 the Board resolved that the tender of Howie, Moffat &amp; Co. Ltd. for the erection of the premises for the sum of £551,379 be accepted.</p>
<p>The existing building at 341 George Street was erected in two stages to allow banking operations to continue. Demolition of the western section of the old premises commenced on 27 August 1927.</p>
<p>In 1934 the Bank purchased more land fronting Wynyard and York Streets (4–6 York Street). The building that had previously occupied the site had been demolished in the 1920s, but the Bank did not build on the area. Since then the allotment at 4–6 York Street has remained substantially undeveloped.</p>

<p>The United States Consulate rented premises in the building from the 1930s to 1970. During World War II, U.S. General Douglas Macarthur used the Board Room for staff meetings. According to notes in the Westpac Archives it was also the scene of an occasional Court Martial.</p>

<p>The earlier phase of occupation relating to the 1840s Military Barracks is likely to be significant.</p>
<p>It is known that the barracks were demolished and the salvageable building materials sold; however, there is still some potential for footings and occupation deposits to survive.</p>
<p>The archaeology of this site may have the potential to demonstrate information about the use of the barracks not otherwise documented.</p>
<p>Remains from this early period use of the site are therefore likely significant for both their historical values and their research values.</p>

Mirvac wins Best Office Development Award for EY Centre

<p>Lendlease has lodged approval for a new precinct and office tower on George and Pitt street in the heart of Circular Quay.</p>
<p>The development application proposes a 55-storey premium grade office tower, Circular Quay Tower, with a mixed-use podium, retail-lined laneways and a new hospitality offering at Jacksons on George.</p>
<p>The proposal offers a range of public benefits with more than 45 per cent of the precinct dedicated to community infrastructure being delivered for the City of Sydney, including George Street Public Plaza, Rugby Place Public Plaza, a Public Cycle Facility, public art and a three-storey community building.</p>
<p>Mark Menhinnitt, managing director of urban regeneration, said the proposed design is a major win for Sydney as it looks to find new ways to reinvent spaces in the CBD.</p>
<p>“In collaboration with the City of Sydney and Foster + Partners, we have developed a scheme that opens the ground plane to create as much community infrastructure as possible,” he said.</p>
<p>“Circular Quay has long been a renowned attraction in Sydney. Our ambition for this project is to create a place that workers, visitors and the surrounding community love.</p>
<p>"We want to create a place that people are drawn to – from retail-lined laneways and public plazas to a landmark tower worthy of its prime location.”</p>
<p>World leading architect firm Foster + Partners was chosen to progress the design of the tower which could become Sydney’s tallest office building with 55 storeys and a height of up to 263 metres, with its architectural roof feature.</p>

<p>Gerard Evenden, senior executive partner at Foster + Partners, said they had considered everything in the design – from the tower’s scale and floorplates to the amenities and technology – to provide flexibility, connection and wellbeing for tenants’ workers.</p>
<p>“With many levels boasting spectacular views of Sydney’s landmarks, the tower will encompass functionally flexible open space floorplates that enjoy north facing workspaces,” said Mr Evenden.</p>
<p>The company’s sustainable approach to architecture aligns closely with Lendlease’s sustainability principles, with the entire precinct targeting 6 Star Green Star certification and a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating.</p>
<p>The development application, which is subject to approval by the Central Sydney Planning Committee, is now on public exhibition. Consent has been granted for the demolition development application for the site. Early works are underway with demolition expected to start soon.</p>
<p>In December 2016, Lendlease confirmed Ping An Real Estate and Mitsubishi Estate Asia as development partners.</p>
