Resale loss for residential Darwin property slowing: CoreLogic RP Data Pain & Gain

Across Darwin over the three months to December 2015, 13.5 percent of homes resold at a loss compared to 17.3 percent at the end of the previous quarter and 10.2 percent a year ago.
The relatively less developed Litchfield region has recorded the highest proportion of loss-making resales over the quarter at 22.7 percent compared to 12.7 percent in both the Darwin and Palmerston council areas.
