Ature Group, the development company of the popular SABO and Zaco fashion family, has unveiled their first Gold Coast high-rise tower.

The project, <a href="/new-apartments/sola-158-surf-parade-broadbeach">Sola</a>, at 158 Surf Parade, <a href="/developments/broadbeach-qld-4218">Broadbeach</a>, will comprise just 20 full-floor apartments starting from $2.75 million.

Sola's design by&nbsp;<a href="/architects/prospect-architecture">Prospect Apartment Architecture</a> and Esat Design features a&nbsp;palette reminiscent of beach shallows with sandy hues, stone pavers, fluted concrete and subtropical landscaping.

Deliberately oriented to the east to maximize views of parkland and the ocean, the tower exhibits a conscientious approach to privacy by mitigating any potential overlooking into neighbouring buildings. The precisely arranged 'patchwork' of screens on the northern side optimises privacy and daylighting.

Archie Bolden Interior Design has handled the interiors of Sola, with a focus on Mediterranean design with&nbsp;organic curves, light timber tones and stone finishes.

The facilities feature a swimming&nbsp;pool, a gym, a mineral spa, cold plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms, as well as sunbeds and lounges. The ground floor includes a wash-off area and surfboard storage.&nbsp;

After successfully selling down a number of apartments off market, Orb Property Partners has hit the go button on WOBO, in the North Melbourne Tapestry precinct which is set to be a game changer for the area.

When new projects in Sydney's sought-after Eastern Suburbs hit the market, there's always an air of interest given the expectation these apartments need to capture the attention of those who live in the most affluent area in Australia.

That interest is always heightened when the architecture is as striking as the latest new off the plan apartment development, Giardino in <a href="/developments/bellevue-hill-nsw-2023">Bellevue Hill</a>, just 10 apartments at 117 O'Sullivan Road.

It only took two pictures to realise that's because it's been designed by the revered Italian-born architect <a href="/architects/luigi-rosselli-architect">Luigi Rosselli</a>.

Luxury Melbourne developer Prime Edition&nbsp;has launched AVOCA, a boutique apartment development in South Yarra's Domain Hill.&nbsp;

AVOCA comprises five single-level three-bedroom apartments surrounded by gardens landscaped by <a href="/architects/myles-baldwin">Myles Baldwin</a>.

Designed by Paldolfini Architecture, AVOCA's exterior is characterised by well-composed forms, sculptural elements, and a restrained palette, punctuated by deep windows and a ribbon of planter boxes.

They secured the&nbsp;amalgamation of multiple blocks, over 2,500 sqm, from AFR Rich Lister Larry Kestleman for a record $26 million in 2022.
