North Shore developer WINIM has pushed the button in 2024, launching yet another apartment development.

The exterior's architecture transitions into the interiors, combining heritage-inspired design with modern elements to accentuate the generous, high-ceiling layouts of each residence.

Every apartment offers a balance of style and functionality, featuring art deco-style light fittings, solid brass handles, acoustically treated glass panelling, and integrated storage solutions.

The open-plan living areas extend to terraces that showcase pockets of greenery, ensuring refreshing cross ventilation throughout all the residences.&nbsp;

Chinese developer Bridgehill Group is continuing to inject new apartment supply to Zetland's Green Square precinct.

They've just launched LUNA, which accompanies their already completed <a href="/buildings/uno-green-square-105-115-portman-street-zetland">UNO</a> and <a href="/new-apartments/jade-apartments-113-portman-street-zetland">Jade Apartments</a>&nbsp;buildings, as well as their under construction <a href="/new-apartments/alba-zetland-499-botany-road-zetland">ALBA development</a> next door at 499 Botany Road.

<a href="/new-apartments/luna-499-botany-road-zetland">LUNA</a> comprises 230 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses spread across a ten-level building designed by <a href="/builders/mhn-design-union">MHN Design Union</a>.

The leafy Malvern East is set to welcome its newest apartment development with the upcoming release of Taylor, a boutique collection of price-pointed apartments in Malvern East.

Developed by&nbsp;<a href="/developers/eve-holdings">EVE Holdings</a>, Taylor comprises 16 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments on a large corner site in the <a href="/developments/malvern-east-vic-3145">prestigious suburb</a>, near East Malvern Station and Waverley Oval.

Malvern East's latest apartment development revealed

The evolution of Robina is set to continue in 2024 with Immerse Projects revealing&nbsp;its eight-storey mixed-use development, Ombré, ahead of the project’s launch in March.

The elevated development at 46 Scottsdale Drive will deliver a collection of 95 one, two and three- bedroom apartments alongside private resident amenities and integrated retail and commercial spaces.

Kearney said development opportunities were becoming increasingly rare in Robina as the suburb’s rapid transformation approached a new phase of maturity with an Olympic Village to be built and the Robina Parklands Greenheart underway.

“Ombré’s distinctive design brings Brisbane City-style sophistication to an urban landmark specifically designed with the central Gold Coast market in mind,” Kearney said.

“It will become a signature landmark in the area, building on the history of Robina and connecting residents, visitors, and neighbourhoods with considerable and convenient amenities. There is no project like it, and no similar apartments available on the Gold Coast.”

Sydney property developer KDMC will officially launch sales of the first-release apartments at its affordable Tallawong development, Ophora, in February.

The development is set to become Blacktown Council's first apartment complex to include a 10-year Latent Defect Insurance.

Ophora comprises 81 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments spread across five storeys.&nbsp;The one-bedroom units start at $475,000, 40 per cent below Sydney's average, two-bedroom units from $625,000, 30 per cent below the average, and three-bedroom units from $745,000, almost 70% below Sydney's average.

Oakridge Property Group is gearing up for the launch of its Upper Mount Gravatt apartment development, Pavilion The Residences.

Towers one and three, located along the south and north boundaries, have mostly rectangular shapes. The central tower, aligned with the west boundary, is mainly square.&nbsp;

"Our apartments are actually quite shallow in their designs, but have expansive windows, which will let light penetrate well into the apartments and also allow air to circulate not only within the apartments but also within the corridors of the buildings as well," Nick Simmons, director of MAS Architecture Studio said.

Simmons said that the process for Pavilion has been very collaborative with interior design studio Corner iD and the landscape architect "to make sure our design is holistically gelled together as one entire piece."

"The interior elements actually reflect some of the architectural elements – the texture and materials. The timber and the lightness of those materials are all reflected on the inside as well as the out."

The heart of the home, the Smeg-equipped kitchen features stone bench tops and hybrid timber floors, while the adjoining living and dining areas feature recessed downlights. The apartments also have ducted air-conditioning and an audio-visual intercom.&nbsp;

Pavilion The Residences also includes exclusive amenities including&nbsp;a landscaped central courtyard which will be used as a common recreation space. That will feature barbecue facilities and a swimming pool which will sit between each towers lobby.

GURNERTM's Boutique collection will offer access to GURNERTM’s own in-house design director Simon Brugaletta, who brings nearly two decades of experience to the team. Brugaletta has worked for practices all over the world including Milan, Malta and Hangzhou, China.

It was Simon’s decade of living and working in Milan that underpinned his adoration of the sophistication, style and craftsmanship of Milan’s world-famous Palazzo Parigi hotel – meaning that when Tim Gurner came asking for a hotel recommendation, Brugaletta knew just where to send him.

Tim Gurner says when he visited&nbsp;Milan, the Palazzo Parigi sparked incredible inspiration.

GURNER to launch VIP campaign for luxury Collingwood apartment development, Cambridge Place

The first stage of Willoughby Grounds, a community-style project with unique architecture reflecting the industrial history of Sydney’s lower North Shore, has hit the market.

<a href="/new-apartments/willoughby-grounds-5-walter-street-willoughby">Willoughby Grounds</a>, which is being developed by First Quadrant Properties along with funding partner <a href="/developers/qualitas">Qualitas</a>, comprises five distinct buildings, each with their own architectural style and interior design.&nbsp;

Just 164 apartments will be spread across the five buildings designed by Mo Chehelnabi from Architecture Urbaneia, with only 30 to 35 units in each.

“When designing Willoughby Grounds we wanted to foster a sense of community by giving a nod to the past and you’ll see each of the residential buildings with its own unique design style,” says Adam Reeves, Director of Sales and Marketing at <a href="/developers/first-quadrant-properties">First Quadrant Properties</a>.

"Whilst the project has 164 apartments in total&nbsp;the individual buildings each contains 30-35 units meaning good separation with most apartments having dual aspects to maximise natural light and ventilation," Reeves says.

“People want to know their neighbours these days and feel like they’re part of their own community."

Each building contains design features that recognise the unique industries that used to exist in the Willoughby area; tanneries, pottery, blacksmiths, logging and brickworks.&nbsp;The design brief was to allow the multi-layered architecture and flourishing natural landscape work in unison to create a sense of serenity and connection to place.

Face brickwork, metal cladding and concrete framing interacts with the surrounding greenery and inclusion of jacaranda trees - for which the lower North Shore is famous for.

<a href="/architects/dko-architecture">DKO</a> has handled the interiors of the apartments which feature&nbsp;European oak floors, stone and marble benchtops, Miele or Gaggenau appliances, Parisi tapware and integrated fridges.

“We wanted to build a residence that actually enhanced the neighbourhood around it,” Reeves added.

“It’s quite different to the singular, imposing structures that dominate much of the Sydney residential landscape at the moment.”

The first stage of the project features the release of apartments in the Fleming building which is designed to reflect the tanneries from the 1800s.

For nearly 90 years Willoughby was known for its tanneries with as many as 15 tanning pits operating at the one time.

The development is expected to appeal to a wide range of buyers due to its floorplans of up to 173 sqm. There are some large four bedroom apartments on offer, as well as three-bedroom apartments with three aspects. Some of the larger apartments have the unique feature of sharing no common walls.

Ray White's Director of Projects and Developments Tim Abbott says there's not often this type of product on the market.&nbsp;

“We don’t often see 4 bedroom units available on the lower North Shore and I think there will be strong interest from families and downsizers for these,” Abbott says.

“The kids playground in the common area will be a real attraction to families who&nbsp;will see the larger apartments as an alternative to buying a house in the area given the convenience of living so close to the CBD, without being in a high-rise development.

&nbsp;“With so many parks, gyms, cafes and other amenities in the immediate local areas of <a href="/new-apartments/willoughby-nsw-2068">Willoughby</a>, <a href="/new-apartments/northbridge-nsw-2063">Northbridge</a> &amp; <a href="/new-apartments/crows-nest-nsw-2065">Crows Nest</a>, the project has been designed to ensure the strata fees are low which will appeal to both owners occupiers and investors too."

First Quadrant has the iCIRT-rated builder DASCO currently constructing the project. The first&nbsp;apartments will be ready later this year, and the rest by mid-2025.&nbsp;
