The Chenchow Little-designed Palm Beach house, known as 'The Hill House" given its Bynya Road locale, has been listed for sale.

The Stewart family have listed it through LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson. More than $3 million is expected.

Designed with mid-20th century and industrial influences, Chenchow Little finished the four-bedroom house late last year.

It is currently featured in Belle Magazine.

It comes with a central corridor that falls away from the front door, arriving at a double-height reception room. Its main living/dining area features floor-to-ceiling glass with bush views.  Its modern, minimalist, galley kitchen comes with spotted gum cabinets.

It comes with a spectacular freestanding swimming pool.

The 715-square-metre vacant block cost $950,000 in early 2009 through LJ Hooker Mona Vale agent Josephine Cowling.

Tony Chenchow and Stephanie Little have worked together for 18 years. Little graduated from the University of NSW in 1994; Chenchow in 1993.
