Tennis champion Lleyton Hewitt is selling his Palm Beach weekender on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Hewitt and wife Bec have hopes of fetching $5.5 million plus.

The couple are selling the five bedroom, four bathroom, three storey house at 9 Palm Beach Road through an April 2 expressions of interest campaign.

It is listed through Raine & Horne Palm Beach agent Glenn Lee.

“Lleyton, Bec and their three children have loved living in this stunning Palm Beach residence." Glenn Lee told the local paper.

“The family is now based in the Bahamas, where they spend the majority of their time as the island is a more convenient destination for them to jump on and off the hectic tennis circuit,” he said.

It cost $4.4 million in 2005.

"Delivering a rare mix of space, tranquillity and upscale dcor, this stunning designer home offers an incredible opportunity to enjoy an unparalleled lifestyle of luxury," the advertising says.

They retain an acreage home at Kenthurst on Sydney's northern beaches.

His long-vacated $3 million West Lakes house in Adelaide returned to the market last October.

The home in Adelaide’s west (pictured below) remains listed through Harcourts Aqua agent Steve von der Borch who also had it for sale in 2011.
