The Campaign Brief publisher Michael Lynch and his partner Patsy Peacock, chairman of bestadsontv.com, are selling Kalimna Farm, their Burrawang home.

It is a five bedroom home set on one acre in the NSW Southern Highlands. Set overlooking flowing lawns, veggie plot, a wall of green hedges, camellias, rhododendrons, towering magnolia, and dry stone walls, the four to five bedroom homes has four modern bathrooms.

The home has the charm of the old, with the original home being 100 years old, along with a contemporary feel.

The price expectations are above $2.3 million through Richardson & Wrench Bowral agent Michael Maloney in conjunction with Steve Myers at Myers Realty.

The marketing of the property reflects what you'd expect of two advertising specialists.

Last weekend's open home was a high tea. This weekend its cocktails.

They have also commissioned award-winning videographer Rob McDonald to create walk-through footage

“We love this place, it has been very hard to make the decision to sell," Peacock said.

"But we are consummate renovators; if we continue renovating here we will have the full acre covered in rooms we can’t use!

"We’ve never built from scratch, and yes we may be crazy, but it’s an itch, so we are going to take on that challenge before we’re too old, so yes we will be staying around.”
