TWT Property Group has celebrated a major milestone in the construction of the first stage of The Collective, its precinct-driven development on the Crows Nest side of St Leonards.&nbsp;

Moving ahead of schedule, the completion of the basement concrete pour and commencement of vertical construction was celebrated earlier this month with what TWT is calling a "Ground Building Ceremony."
