Broome resort administrators to sell 75 apartments in one line

The administrators of a Broome resort development are reportedly due to sell 75 luxury apartments in one line.
Tropicana Enterprises was redeveloping the Tropicana Inn in Broome but entered in administration in June this year after poor sales.
Administrators KordaMantha told The Australian Financial Review possible buyers could easily emerge from Asia.
The company reportedly owes financier Bankwest $25 million.
The run of apartments will be sold by CBRE.
