Construction of two residential buildings: Building 3A and Building 3B. Each building has seven storeys and comprises a total of 177 apartments. The buildings are constructed using brickwork, fibre cement, concrete panels, metal and glass balustrades, louvres, and aluminium windows. There are two levels of basement car parking for Building 3A, accommodating 277 vehicles. This includes 104 regular parking spaces, 27 bicycle spaces, and 6 motorcycle spaces. Building 3B has two levels of basement car parking, accommodating 173 vehicles. This includes 36 bicycle spaces and 9 motorcycle spaces. The project includes associated landscaping.

Demolition of existing structures, removal of trees and vegetation, and dam watering. Reconfiguration of the site into 58 residential lots and 1 residue lot with integrated housing. Construction of 54 two-storey dwellings in Stages 1a-2. Stage 1a: Site preparation, including demolition of structures, tree removal, land remediation, construction of temporary detention/bioretention basin, creation of 31 residential lots, 1 residue lot for temporary stormwater basin, 1 residue lot for residential development, 29 detached dwellings, and 2 abutting dwellings. Stage 1b: Decommissioning of 4 lots and temporary basin, and making them ready for dwelling construction. Stage 2: Subdivision of the western part of the site contained within the residue lot to create 23 residential lots.
