Construction of two residential buildings: Building 3A and Building 3B. Each building has seven storeys and comprises a total of 177 apartments. Demolition of existing structures, removal of trees and vegetation, and dam watering. Reconfiguration of the site into 58 residential lots and 1 residue lot with integrated housing.
