Starryland sells Promenade Parramatta to local buyers

There were no foreign buyers when Starryland launched the final stage of it's residential development, Cedar Woods.

More than 70 apartments sold within the first two hours of the final launch of its 700-unit project. 

Simon Hollows at CBRE said the majority of buyers were owner occupiers and first home buyers 

"The most popular apartments were three bedrooms with all three bedders sold out on the day. 

"There were no offshore buyers in this final stage, all buyers were local," he advised
