Real estate investment management firm Qualitas will become an equity investor in Manhattan Terraces, an $80 million dollar medium-density development by Urban Construct, in Brisbane's West End.

Manhattan Terraces will feature 80 terraces will have their own titles, high-end fixtures and private rooftop retreats.

The deal will see Qualitas invest $15 million as an equity partner, with the investment being allocated to its $200 million Opportunity Fund.

Tim Johansen, managing director of Real Estate Finance at Qualitas said 78 of 80 terraces are already sold.

“We expected the development to be popular with locals looking to downsize and young families who want more than an apartment, but still want to be close to the city," he said.
