Perth site with residential zoning fronting Lake Coogee on the market

A major landholding fronting Lake Coogee and earmarked for residential development in the Perth suburb of Munster has been listed for sale through CBRE.

The 15,396 sqm property at 8 Fawcett Road property is cleared and prime for residential subdivision. 

Nearly 11 km south of Fremantle, the property forms part of a precinct that has witnessed a wave of residential development.  

The listing agents are CBRE’s Michael Milne and Matthew Elliott.

Elliott said the prominent suburban location was expected to attract buyer interest. 

“The site provides a premium inner-city subdivision within an established and growing area surrounded by a high level of amenity, local schools and has direct links to Kwinana freeway and the coast,” Elliott said. 

Milne said the property was zoned ‘Development’ and ready for a boutique residential subdivision.

“The property directly fronts Lake Coogee and is surrounded by R20, R30 and R40 density residential development, which will enhance developer appeal.” 

The campaign closes February 10.
