Construction of two residential buildings: Building 3A and Building 3B. Each building has seven storeys and comprises a total of 177 apartments. Demolition of existing structures, removal of trees and vegetation, and dam watering. Reconfiguration of the site into 58 residential lots and 1 residue lot with integrated housing. Construction of 54 two-storey dwellings in Stages 1a-2. Stage 1a: Site preparation, including demolition of structures, tree removal, land remediation, construction of temporary detention/bioretention basin, creation of 31 residential lots, 1 residue lot for temporary stormwater basin, 1 residue lot for residential development, 29 detached dwellings, and 2 abutting dwellings. Stage 1b: Decommissioning of 4 lots and temporary basin, and making them ready for dwelling construction. Stage 2: Subdivision of the western part of the site contained within the residue lot to create 23 residential lots. Associated car parking, landscaping, and civil works will be carried out throughout the development process.
