And there's been no price reveal, highlighting the end of those boastful boom times when everyone wanted the world to know of their over the top sale price.
Bracey had wanted $1.65 million before its mid-November auction through McGrath agent Trevor Richardson and gave the same price guidance in the weeks following.
Bracey, who shares the home with wife Margot and their golden retriever Ace, had paid $950,000 in 2013, the same year he was appointed presenter of Sky News Australia sports show SportsNight with James Bracey.
He left Sky News Australia late last year to take the Channel Nine role as host of shows including their rugby league telecasts on The Sunday Footy Show.

Under instructions from APRA, the banks have cut tens of thousands of dollars off the maximum loan amounts in the attempt by to dampen risks of a crash in the housing market.
