Council approves Sunrise Redcliffe apartments for Dusk Group

Dusk Group has secured approval for its first apartment development in Moreton Bay, with 70 apartments set to rise on a corner site just one street back from Suttons Beach in Redcliffe.
The eight-level development, Sunrise Redcliffe, marks the developer's continued expansion into South East Queensland's coastal apartment markets, following its move into the Sunshine Coast with Sunset by Dusk Group in Caloundra.
The apartments are expected to launch to the market in 2027.

Dusk Group directors Huw Feeney and Anthony Short amalgamated the nearly 1,800 sqm site on the corner of Sutton and Ella Streets to make way for the project.
MAS Architecture Studio, which also designed Dusk Group's Caloundra development, has designed Sunrise Redcliffe to take advantage of its coastal position, with apartments oriented towards Suttons Beach, Margate Beach and Moreton Bay.
The development will comprise a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, supported by 111 car parking spaces and 40 bicycle spaces.

Beyond its proximity to Suttons Beach, the site is within walking distance of Bluewater Square, Redcliffe Hospital and the Redcliffe Paceway, giving future residents easy access to the suburb's shopping, healthcare and recreational amenities.
The approval adds another project to Redcliffe's relatively limited new apartment pipeline, where Gardner Vaughan Group's One Redcliffe has been among the few developments actively marketed to buyers in recent years.
