Sydney's Dulwich Hill is the location of next apartment complex to be developed by the Singaporean group Stamford Land Corporation.

It follows the group's $23.7 million purchase of an apartment complex site, according to The Australian Financial Review.

With the reported capacity of 250 apartments, the site, recently re-zoned by Marrickville Council as residential, adjoins a light rail station under construction.

The property that borders Grove Street and Constitution Road has been held by the Angelucci family as an industrial site since at least the 1980s.
