Abadeen tops out Villea Palm Beach

National apartment developer Abadeen has topped out its debut Gold Coast apartment project, Villea Palm Beach.

Buyers will move into the $120 million development in early 2026, with builder Emicon now focusing its attention towards the fitout stage of the apartments.

Abadeen’s Executive Chairman and Founder, Justin Brown, said topping out at Villea represented an exciting step forward for the company’s national growth and the delivery of a benchmark coastal development.
