<a href="/developers/greenland-australia">Greenland Australia</a>&nbsp;has said it has been fully cooperative with the Building Commission NSW following their decision to serve them with a Draft Work Rectification Order at its North Ryde apartment development,&nbsp;<a href="/buildings/nbh-at-lachlan-s-line-25-27-epping-road-macquarie-park">NBH</a>.

There are six buildings in the NBH Lachlan's Line complex, which were completed in 2020 by GN Residential Construction Pty Ltd. There's over 880 apartments in the buildings.

"Greenland can confirm it received a Draft Work Rectification Order (Draft BWRO) from the Building Commission NSW (the Commission), at the end of October 2023, to which it promptly responded. Greenland has been fully cooperating with the Commission following the issue of the Draft BWRO," a statement from Greenland read.

"Greenland engaged multiple suitably qualified engineering consultants to undertake investigations in accordance with the requests of the Commission, within the Draft BWRO. Their initial investigations have identified the BWRO issues are localised in the lower car park levels only and that there is no risk of collapse of the building’s towers. There is no serious damage or serious structural defects at the project, as some media outlets have claimed."

Greenland says since then they have undertaken additional investigations.

"Recommendations were made by the external engineering consultants to undertake localised repairs, to ensure the long-term durability and structural integrity of building’s concrete slabs and joints, as identified in the Draft BWRO.

Faro, the luxury Broadbeach apartment development by joint venture partners Bottega and 5Point, has secured $15 million worth of sales just a week into its launch.

The four sales were snapped up by both local and interstate buyers.

The $80 million <a href="/new-apartments/faro-broadbeach-123-old-burleigh-road-broadbeach">Faro</a> sits on a prime site of 123 Old Burleigh Road, a site which was previously secured by <a href="/developers/bottega-property-group">Bottega Group</a> in 2020.

Faro Broadbeach secures $15 million in sales following Christmas launch

Locals of Lake Cathie, the small waterfront town on the Mid North Coast, are expected to jump at the opportunity to secure an apartment in&nbsp;The Pacific at Catarina Beachfront Estate.

There's been no opportunity previously to buy brand new in the suburb.&nbsp;In fact of the 2,000 dwellings in Lake Cathie, only 60 are apartments, according to CoreLogic data.

The majority of the buyers are expected to be downsizers, given over 50 per cent of the popular are over 55, and the majority of those over 70, the latest ABS Census Data shows.

Developer Justice Fox Property Group recently released the project, near Middle Rock Beach, to the market. It comprises just 41 two and three-bedroom apartments including four penthouses.

There's a future retail precinct planned with cafes, shops, and hospitality venues, as well as conference facilities, a function centre, a pub and a gym.

Lake Cathie is located on the Mid North Coast, around 15-minutes from Port Macquarie.
