One Playground, which was rebrand from Fitness Playground last year, will take up residence as Coronation's first anchor retail tenant at <a href="/buildings/mason-main-merrylands-245-merrylands-road-merrylands-nsw-2160">Mason &amp; Main</a>, the masterplanned, mixed-use precinct, part of which will home Sydney's largest build-to-rent (BTR) development with Coronation’s new venture, NATION.

Hope Island developer Sheida Group is bringing something new to the downsizer market on one of the smallest islands on the Gold Coast waterways.

Their Marina Point development, on one of the last&nbsp;remaining undeveloped sites on <a href="/developments/hope-island-qld-4212">Hope Island</a>, offers 199 apartments across four buildings, ranging in height from three to nine levels.

What's rare about the project, on a large 2.4-hectare block&nbsp;at the corner of the Coomera River junction, is the size of the apartments, which start from over 150 sqm.

Top Spring's luxury Double Bay apartment development, Ode Double Bay, is set to be anchored by two patron favourites on its completion in late 2025.

They've confirmed&nbsp;<a href="/developments/double-bay-nsw-2028">Double Bay</a> dining institution Indigo Cafe will be expanding its premises to include a further 300 sqm dining space within <a href="/new-apartments/ode-double-bay-19-27-cross-st-double-bay-nsw-2028">Ode</a>, while Glebe's popular Carte has secured a 137 sqm space. Carte owner and chef Bing Liu&nbsp;plans to advance its exclusive modern art and degustation menu experience.

<a href="/developers/top-spring-australia">Top Spring Australia</a> Managing Director, Sydney Ma, said Ode residents would benefit from having world-class art and dining on their doorstep.

Indigo Café proprietor Christian Verges said the move to Ode would be a game changer for his business, providing a premium space to expand its offerings.

“With more space, the move to Ode presents an opportunity to elevate our offering to incorporate a state-of-the-art chargrill stone, allowing use to elevate our culinary experience,” Verges said.

“Indigo is set to become a destination venue designed with a distinct European piazza ambiance. “There’s a feeling in Double Bay, in the next five years the area will become a vibrant heart for dining with unique opportunities to experience an array of fine cuisines. I’m excited to see that happening already with Ode right at the forefront.”

An additional feature of Ode is the exclusive provision for residents to order gourmet cuisine directly to the their apartments.
