Ellipse Property Group will launch sales of Atrium, the first stage of its $850 million Castle Hill masterplanned community, Carrington Place.

Atrium comprises 151 apartments in one mid-rise eight-storey building which forms the gateway to the Carrington Place precinct and offers rooftop recreational spaces with views over the whole of the development.

Australian developer NOVM is releasing the final collection of apartments at its billion dollar&nbsp;<a href="/buildings/woolooware-bay-475a-captain-cook-drive-woolooware">Woolooware Bay Town Centre</a> development in the Sutherland Shire.

The apartment release, dubbed The Grand Finale, will see the final apartments up for grabs in the 10-hectare precinct which started in 2014 in a joint venture with developer Capital Corporation. The remaining one and three-bedroom apartments will be spread out across four towers which topped out in July this year. The four towers will home 245 apartments in total.

Upon completion, <a href="/buildings/woolooware-bay-475a-captain-cook-drive-woolooware">Woolooware Bay Town Centre</a> will include 898 apartments and 23 commercial suites across 13 buildings. More than 2,500 residents will call Woolooware Bay home. The development will also include 10,235 sqm of waterfront parklands, a shared pedestrian/cycle path, outdoor fitness zones and a children’s playground.

The Bay Central Woolooware shopping centre will open trading from November 22. The centre will have 60 stores,&nbsp;including a gym, childcare centre, medical precinct, two full-line Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets, Dan Murphy’s, and a waterfront dining precinct.&nbsp;

Bay Central Woolooware will also feature a ‘Makers Market’ with local artisans from the Sutherland Shire.

The 18,000 sqm retail centre is being delivered as part of the fourth and final stage of the development, the first stage of which broke ground in 2014.

A 71-key Quest hotel, also located in Stage Four, was recently purchased by the NRL for $21.85M.

Miranda said the design strategy isn’t one which is just aesthetically pleasing.&nbsp;

Prominent residential developer Golden Age Group has revealed its latest project.

They're set to launch Wembley Hill, a collection of 143 townhouses in Box Hill South, on the banks of Gardiners Creek.

Golden Age Group reveal Box Hill South townhouse development Wembley Hill

While Geelong has been in the spotlight for the last five years following the COVID-19 and the now defunct Commonwealth Games, there's been little opportunity to buy a brand new apartment.

There's been more opportunity in Greater Geelong in the house and land market than activity near the city.

Franze Developments recently completed Ryrie Home in the city centre, which is all but sold out, and development around the outskirts of Geelong is skewed toward the absolute top end of the market.

Melbourne developer DM Property has timed its entry into the Geelong market perfectly with Motif, their debut project on the Bellarine, after seeing success at their Sandringham townhouse project, Early 3191.

Motif is ideally located at 1 York Street on the fringe of the CBD, just a stones throw from Pakington Street's cafes, restaurants and bars, and the Little Malop Street precinct, home to The Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, the most striking piece of architecture in town,&nbsp;while all being one street away from the water.

Cuni believes the varied configurations on offer, a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, and a varied price point, will appeal to everyone, from first home buyers, young professionals, downsizers, and investors, both local and interstate.

"Investors will have a keen eye on Motif given Geelong's growth over the last five years, and its future growth prospects," Cuni says. He expects some city swappers from Melbourne, who are seeking a city change.

"This really ticks all the boxes for so many people. The location is unbeatable, so close to amenity, the beach, and just a 10-minute walk into the heart of the city. Then there's Rothelowman, who are one of the best collaborators in the game."
