Prominent residential developer Golden Age Group has revealed its latest project.

They're set to launch Wembley Hill, a collection of 143 townhouses in Box Hill South, on the banks of Gardiners Creek.

Golden Age have called in development experts Cox Architecture and Mim Fanning's Mim Design to collaborate on the architecture and interiors of the three and four-bedroom townhouses, which will be set in landscaping by landscape architects TCL.

Mediating between the architecture and landscape, the interiors are richly layered, incorporating raw natural expressions in stone, timber, and brass. While Geelong has been in the spotlight for the last five years following the COVID-19 and the now defunct Commonwealth Games, there's been little opportunity to buy a brand new apartment.

There's been more opportunity in Greater Geelong in the house and land market than activity near the city.

"There's nothing like this kind of development in Geelong to buy, and there won't be for some time to come," Cuni says.

Cuni believes the varied configurations on offer, a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, and a varied price point, will appeal to everyone, from first home buyers, young professionals, downsizers, and investors, both local and interstate.

The record-breaking Queensland developer Spyre Group is set to launch its first Melbourne apartment development, in the Bayside suburb of Hampton.

The boutique project, Hampton Ltd, will see just 20 apartments and three townhouses developed across three three-level buildings on the corner of Thomas Street and Deakin Street, near Hampton Beach and Bayside's entertainment capital Church Street in nearby Brighton.

Spyre Managing Director Daniel Laruccia, who hails from Victoria, said the company's ambition has been to extend&nbsp;the same level of design and innovation down south.

He said the key factor was the location.

Gordon Corp and pub baron Bruce Mathieson have launched their eagerly anticipated Mantaray Marina and Residences on The Spit, the first development to be delivered under The Spit Master Plan.

Redlands developer CS Development Group is preparing to launch Banyan Residences, a collection of just 30 apartments in the heart of Cleveland.

Steven Pantic, Founding Director of CS Development Group, said in recent years they identified the Redlands, and more specifically Cleveland, as a population growth area.&nbsp;

“Along with many parts of South-east Queensland, it’s an area of high demand with supply of larger, quality apartments being low,” Pantic said.

Queensland Deputy Premier, Steven Miles has released updated population projections, forecasting growth of over two million new residents in South-east Queensland by 2046.

As part of the 2023 UDIA National award winning developers commitment to sustainable living, Casamia introduces an electric vehicle (EV) focus.

Aria launch Casamia, West End apartment development

ASX-listed developer Mirvac has launched the expressions of interest campaign at its latest Melbourne apartment development, Prince &amp; Parade, on a prime park-facing block on the fringe of Brunswick's Princes Park.

The building, designed by Bates Smart in collaboration with Mirvac Design and in landscaping by Jack Merlo, comprises 166 one, two three and four-bedroom apartments.

The striking project is targeting the owner-occupier, particularly local downsizers who currently live in houses or terraces and are starting to see equity build back up in their homes. It's also expected to be popular with affluent young professionals.

Mirvac has had parkside success previously when collaborating with Bates Smart at their Fitzroy Gardens development The Eastbourne, which won the 2020 UDIA High Density Development Award. They've also worked together on The Melburnian on St Kilda Rd, which too was a UDIA Award winner.

Prince &amp; Parade has been designed to orient the park, taking advantage of the 100 metre frontage to Park Street. The orientation means that not only will residents benefit from park views through the floor to ceiling glass.

It's been cleverly designed so it reaches a height of nine levels to the north building on Brunswick Road, and five levels on the south-facing building on Park Street.

The fully electric building features a residents' lounge and dining room, as well as a rooftop terrace with extensive panoramic views of Melbourne.

A library and a full wellness studio complete the private amenity spaces.

The location of Prince &amp; Parade, on Park Street, is just four kilometres to the CBD and is within walking distance of the historically vibrant suburbs of Melbourne's inner-north. It's also just a short walk to Jewell Train Station and Royal Park Train Station.

Construction of Prince &amp; Parade is expected to kick off in late 2023 or early 2024.
