A newly designed Andrew Tzannes home in Cammeray has been listed for sale with $3 million-plus hopes.

The two-level, four-bedroom, four-bathroom abode has sleek interiors with about 330 square metres of space internally.

Its master bedroom suite comes with terracing.

Justin Ferguson at Justin Ferguson Property Specialists has the Alan Street listing which comes with striking bitumen shingled mansard roofing. Interiors were done by Julia Ferguson Interiors.

The 467-square-metre block cost $1.5 million in 2010 when bought by Russell Barwick, the ESPN sports broadcaster and his wife, the onetime account director with Clemenger Communications, Suzanne Ferguson.

Andrew Tzannes is the design director at Smith & Tzannes. Prior to Smith & Tzannes Andrew had 10 years of experience with the renowned architects Alexander Tzannes and Associates.

The house was one of the first developments done in Cammeray under the new complying development regulations.
