Natalie Bassingthwaighte, the pop singer, actress and X Factor Australia television judge, has listed her ELWOOD investment property.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom period Elwood investment cost $595,000 in 2005. The open plan living/dining area opens to a covered deck with open fireplace and private courtyard.

There's a gourmet Miele kitchen appliances with breakfast bar, corian bench tops and concealed fridge/freezer.

The peaceful upstairs parents' retreat comes with dressing room & ensuite bathroom through to a nursery/study.

It comes with hydronic heating, air conditioning, Bose surround-sound, under-stair storage, ceiling roses, chocolate-toned floorboards and plantation shutters.

Since she married her former Rogue Traders band mate, drummer Cameron McGlinchey, in 2010, they have two children and recently bought in Brighton.

They spent about $2.25 million on a four bedroom, two bathroom Federation house on what Title Tattle considers to be among Brighton's top 10 streets given its 400 metres from beach, Church Street shops, cinema and the railway.

The neighbouring three bedroom one bathroom ELWOOD house sold for $896,000 in May 2010.

Matt White at Ray White Port Phillip has $1.1 million plus hopes for the June 29 auction.

Last year Natalie Bassingthwaighte sold her Elizabeth Bay apartment in Sydney for $850,000.
