Motorcycle champion Wayne Gardner lists NSW south coast farm

Motorcycle champion Wayne Gardner has relisted his 57-hectare Meroo Meadow farm on the NSW south coast.

The Grahams Road farm near Berry is scheduled for October 17 through Shane Hilaire from Ray White  with $2 million-plus expectations.

Apparently Gardner is scaling back his properties in Australia, as the family have moved to Spain to foster the riding career of their 14-year-old son, Remy.

It's a picturesque grazing and lifestyle property that cost $1.8 million in 2003.

It comes with some rainforest with private waterfalls.

The four-bedroom farmhouse  comes with substantial garaging and farm outbuildings.

With well-planned fencing and paddock layout, it has a carrying capacity of 50 breeders.

'The current owner has enjoyed the farm lifestyle, however business and family interest have moved offshore," the marketing says.
