Ian Leslie lists on Pittwater at slow moving boat-only access Lovett Bay

The former 60 Minutes reporter Ian Leslie and his wife, Jan, are selling their Lovett Bay home with $3.5 million plus hopes.
The Pittwater boat-access only 1920s three bedroom cottage sits on about 3050 square metres.
They have been based on Bona Crescent on Pittwater's western foreshore since 1992 when they paid $685,000.
A $2.3 million Sturdee Lane sale in July was Lovett Bay's last sale, but it took 591 days to occur after being listed with $4.4 million hopes.
