Griffith, Mudgee have shortage of rental houses: HTW

Only the rural towns of Griffith and Mudgee in New South Wales have a shortage of rental property in relation to demand, according to Herron Todd White, with Mudgee suffering a severe shortage.

Albury, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Tamworth and Wagga Wagga are all in a balance market.
