The former Crows coach Brenton Sanderson has his redundant Glenelg South home for March auction.

The house at 13 Farrell Street has been listed through Harris Real Estate’s Phil Harris with $1.55 million expectations.

It was bought in 2013 for $1,431,500 and previously sold at $1.43 million in 2011.

It is marketed as within walking distance of main attractions - the beach, Broadway Kiosk, Foodland and Jetty Road - and in the zoning for Brighton Secondary School.

Sanderson and wife, Veronika, quit Glenelg South for Melbourne where he now works as the AFL’s national academy head coach.

In a shock move, Adelaide sacked Sanderson following the conclusion of the 2014 season, replacing him with former Port Adelaide assistant Phil Walsh.
