A pub in the garden and other kooky properties

Strange property listings keep everyone's jaws on the floor, and it seems there's no shortage of them.

We recently featured five listings from hilarious website Looney Listings, before stumbling across a number of our own.

This four-bedroom semi-detached in UK's Birmingham looks standard from its facade, and when you glance through the house it's unclear what is special about it. However, take another look at the garden. There's an actual pub, called The Watersedge Inn, created from a converted shed, complete with dartboard, pool table and bar stools. We're impressed and someone else was evidently; lashing out £249,950 to buy the property.

We also had our attention alerted to a property in Brisbane, where Imogen Brown, a Brisbane-based home stylist came across this weird and wonderful listing.

For more crazy listings, have a look at this rental where the toilet was quite literally in the kitchen.
