The former adman Nick Condon and his wife, the interior designer Kate Beadle have listed their Victorian residence in Malvern.
The couple have renovated and extended the Victorian home at 50 McKinley Avenue. Behind its classic Hawthorn brick facde with tessellated verandah, it comes with four bedrooms plus fitted study.
Andrew Hayne of Marshall White expects more than $3 million at its March 1 auction.
