Craft in Its Purest Expression

Graceful and sculptural, Josephine emerges from the shoreline, its form shaped by the natural rhythms of Burleigh—wind, water, and shifting sand. Arches and flowing curves echo the contours of the dunes and tide, creating an architecture that feels both timeless and alive.

With only two residences per floor, privacy is absolute. Vast interiors are defined by hand-selected stone, rich timbers, and bespoke detailing—materials chosen not simply for their beauty, but for the enduring elegance they bring to daily life. Full-height glass captures the horizon in sweeping frames, immersing each residence in light, scale, and uninterrupted views of sea and sky.
