Delivered in partnership with <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/development-victoria">Development Victoria</a>, the proposal would transform the prominent corner of Bell Street and Upper Heidelberg Road into a connected community comprising two residential buildings, generous public open space and shared amenities.&nbsp;

The vision includes 287 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with a minimum of 10 per cent allocated to affordable housing, alongside a 2,000-square-metre publicly accessible park featuring a children's playground, activity lawn, indigenous planting, timber climbing logs, seating areas and a rock gathering circle.&nbsp;

Designed by <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/dko-architecture">DKO Architecture</a>, the proposal draws on the site's industrial heritage, using a robust architectural language that references the former water tank through expressive structural elements and durable, self-finished materials.&nbsp;

PDG unveils plans to transform landmark Ivanhoe Water Tank Site

Shane Wilkinson's <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/pace-development-group">Pace Development Group</a> has lodged plans for a major residential precinct on the former Presentation College site in Windsor, with an eight-building masterplan ultimately rising to 10 storeys.

The proposal at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/167-dandenong-road-windsor-vic-3181">167–187 Dandenong Road</a> spans a substantial 19,027 sqm site and is being progressed across six stages, with the first residential stages comprising 170 homes across four buildings designed by <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/cera-stribley-architects">Cera Stribley</a>.

Stage Two will deliver the bulk of the initial housing, with Building A comprising 81 apartments and Building B 49 apartments, both rising to six storeys.

Stage Three will deliver a further 40 homes. The heritage Nagel Building, identified as Building C, will be converted to 12 dwellings, while a new five-storey Building D will comprise 28 apartments at the Hornby Street and Dandenong Road corner.

The longer-term masterplan points to considerably greater density across the site.

Indicative plans show Building E accommodating around 80 dwellings across up to 10 storeys, while Building F is earmarked for around 120 dwellings and also up to 10 storeys. Building G is planned to range between four and 10 storeys, however its apartment yield is yet to be determined. That means the masterplan currently identifies at least 370 dwellings across Buildings A to F before any apartments within Building G are counted.

Across the 1.9-hectare site, that represents an indicative density of at least 194 dwellings per hectare, with the final figure to increase once the yield of Building G is established.

Pace is pursuing the project through the Victorian Government's Development Facilitation Program, with Urbis lodging a combined Section 96A planning scheme amendment and planning application on behalf of the developer, which secured the site earlier this year.

The application seeks detailed approval for Stages One, Two and Three, alongside approval of the broader masterplan framework that will guide the later residential stages. Stage One will see an existing heritage building adaptively reused for a wellness and fitness-related facility, while the broader precinct will retain several significant heritage buildings and established trees as part of the redevelopment.

A minimum 10 per cent affordable housing contribution is proposed across both the initial residential stages and the later masterplan stages, delivered through a discounted rental model.

The project comes immediately after a major change to the site's planning controls.

The site was rezoned to the Housing Choice and Transport Zone through Planning Scheme Amendment GC285, gazetted on July 22, 2026, and now sits within the inner catchment of the Windsor Station precinct under the State Government's Train and Tram Zone Activity Centres Program.

While the new controls identify large sites within the inner catchment for buildings of up to six storeys, Pace's masterplan pushes height to 10 storeys in parts of the site, with the taller buildings concentrated toward the centre and along the Sandringham railway corridor.

Lower-scale built form is proposed toward the site's more sensitive residential and heritage edges, with Buildings A and B generally stepping from three storeys at their interfaces to six storeys at upper levels.

Cera Stribley's masterplan breaks the development into a collection of separate buildings rather than a continuous built form, with landscaped spaces, new pedestrian links and a new publicly accessible road forming part of the precinct.

The planning report says the development will create new pedestrian connections to Elm Place and along the railway corridor, as well as a new publicly accessible road linking Elm Place with Dandenong Road. The proposed buildings will occupy around 54 per cent of the site, leaving a substantial portion available for landscaping, communal areas and permeable surfaces.

Urbis said the scale of the project reflected the site's strategic location close to Windsor Station, tram services and the Chapel Street Activity Centre, with the former school campus identified as a significant opportunity to increase housing supply on an underutilised inner-Melbourne site.

From late 2025, eligible first home buyers in New South Wales will have access to a new federal government initiative aimed at addressing affordability: the Help to Buy Scheme.&nbsp;

<h2>What is the Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

The program introduces a shared equity model intended to reduce the upfront cost of entering the property market, particularly in high-demand urban areas such as Sydney.

The scheme operates under a shared ownership structure in which the federal government takes an equity stake of up to 40 per cent for new homes, or 30 per cent for existing dwellings. This arrangement allows eligible buyers to significantly reduce their loan size and avoid the added cost of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Under this model, purchasers can enter the property market with as little as a two per cent deposit, well below the traditional 10 to 20 per cent usually required. The government’s contribution is not a loan but a co-ownership stake in the property. As such, there is no interest or rent charged on its portion.

Because the government’s equity combined with the buyer’s deposit typically meets or exceeds the 20 per cent threshold, LMI does not apply. The remaining balance, generally between 60 and 70 per cent of the property’s value, is financed through a standard home loan with a participating lender.

The government's equity in the property remains in place until the buyer chooses to repay it voluntarily or until the property is sold. Buyers can buy back the government’s share over time, in increments of at least five per cent, depending on their financial situation.

There is no fixed repayment timeline, but the amount to be repaid will be based on the property's market value at the time of repayment, not the original purchase price.

<h2>How do you qualify for the&nbsp;Help to Buy Scheme?</h2>

To qualify for the Help to Buy Scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

For most Australians, buying an apartment is one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make

The location, floorplan and price are often the first considerations, but in recent years another question has become increasingly important: who is actually delivering the project?

A series of high-profile builder collapses, construction delays and defect concerns have fundamentally changed how many Victorians approach buying off the plan. The collapse of Porter Davis in 2023, which reportedly left around 1,700 homes unfinished, became one of the most visible examples of the risks that can emerge when a construction company fails. <a href="https://www.equifax.com.au/sites/default/files/lpassets/pdf/Final-Business-Market-Pulse-June-Sector-Deep-Dive-Report-2.pdf">Similar challenges across the broader construction sector</a> have left buyers asking more questions before signing a contract.

As Victoria continues encouraging higher-density housing to address supply shortages, transparency is becoming just as important as location or price.

One tool increasingly entering the conversation is the <a href="https://icirt.com/">Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT)</a>, an independent assessment framework designed to help buyers better understand the developer or builder behind a project. Originally developed by Equifax in consultation with government and industry as part of NSW's Construct NSW reforms, the system has since expanded nationally.

<h2 data-end="1519" data-section-id="7nmx3" data-start="1492">What is an iCIRT rating?</h2>

Most Australians are familiar with independent ratings in everyday life.

We compare ANCAP safety ratings before buying a car. We look at Health Star Ratings in supermarkets. Banks rely on credit assessments when lending money.

Until recently, however, there has been very little independent information available to help apartment buyers assess the business responsible for delivering a residential project.

That gap is what iCIRT was designed to address.

Builders, developers and other construction professionals with an iCIRT rating have demonstrated high-trust characteristics through an independent, evidence-based assessment across six criteria: Character, Capability, Conduct, Capacity, Capital and Counterparties. This involves a rigorous review of financial health, past project track record, and ethical conduct. Crucially, an iCIRT rating could help provide property buyers with confidence that they are working with a professional who has demonstrated the capability, capacity, and willingness to return and rectify issues.

Importantly, iCIRT is not a recommendation to purchase a particular property, nor is it a traditional credit rating. It is an independent assessment framework designed to provide objective information about a construction business using a <a href="https://icirt.com/sites/default/files/2025-08/iCIRT-Methodology-Issue1-May-2021.pdf">published methodology</a>.

The system has been widely adopted in New South Wales, where more than one-third of medium and large residential builders and developers now hold an iCIRT rating, representing over two-thirds of the state's residential building market by value as of 2025/26.

<h2 data-end="3126" data-section-id="h6ohtj" data-start="3084">Why buyers are doing more due diligence</h2>

For many buyers, particularly those purchasing off the plan, the biggest risk isn't whether they'll like the kitchen finishes.

It's whether the project will be delivered on time, to the expected quality, and by a company capable of completing the development.

<a href="https://icirt.com/sites/default/files/2026-07/iCIRT%202025%20Consumer%20Survey%20Report%20v05.pdf">Consumer research commissioned by iCIRT</a> found more than half of respondents believed current protections do not adequately safeguard buyers from builder insolvencies or defective projects. Other research found 88 per cent of prospective buyers would seek independent ratings or due diligence before purchasing, while 90 per cent said trust in construction professionals is essential.

That doesn't mean buyers should rely on a single rating alone.

Independent legal advice, understanding the contract, and seeking financial advice all remain important parts of the due diligence process.

However, an independent assessment can provide another source of information alongside those traditional checks.

<h2 data-end="4138" data-section-id="pquzxc" data-start="4094">Trust is becoming a competitive advantage</h2>

The conversation isn't only changing for buyers.

Developers are also recognising that trust has become an increasingly important part of the sales process.

Five years ago, purchasers typically asked about floorplans, finishes and settlement dates.

Today, sales teams are increasingly being asked about the developer's experience, financial stability, previous projects and construction partners.

For companies with strong governance and established delivery records, an independent iCIRT rating provides another way to demonstrate those credentials before buyers even visit a display suite.

According to Equifax, the assessment can also help businesses drive sales and <a href="https://icirt.com/resources-for-business/icirt-rating-helps-scion-secure-high-value-projects">secure high-value projects</a>, as well as identify operational improvements and <a href="https://icirt.com/resources-for-business/mirvac-reinforces-brand-trust-and-quality-independent-icirt-rating">attract top talent</a>.

<h2 data-end="4962" data-section-id="1j54ng5" data-start="4912">Beyond buyers: lenders are paying attention too</h2>

The influence of independent construction ratings is also extending beyond consumers.

According to Stamford Capital's Real Estate Debt Capital Markets Survey, an increasing number of lenders now incorporate iCIRT ratings into their due diligence processes when assessing residential development finance applications.

The survey found lender adoption has continued to rise, with many respondents saying independent assessments provide additional insight into governance, counterparties and delivery capability beyond traditional financial analysis. Some lenders also reported declining funding applications where businesses had poor or no ratings.

As construction costs remain elevated and access to development finance becomes more selective, demonstrating credibility is becoming increasingly valuable.

<h2 data-end="5801" data-section-id="1qazuxs" data-start="5772">What it means for Victoria</h2>

Victoria's apartment market is entering a new phase.

The state is seeking to accelerate higher-density housing while simultaneously introducing reforms aimed at improving confidence in residential construction.

For buyers, that means there are more tools available than ever before to research the businesses behind a project.

For developers, it signals that transparency is becoming another point of differentiation in an increasingly competitive market.

Buyers are asking more questions than ever before and increasingly expecting independent information, not just marketing material, before making one of the biggest financial commitments of their lives.

Buying off-the-plan in Melbourne? How independent iCIRT ratings are set to change Victorian property

Perth-based residential developer the Satterley Property Group is reportedly courting Australand with a view to acquiring its WA and Victorian residential land assets.
It follows GPT formerly withdrawing from talks to acquire the non-residential assets of Australand for $3 billion earlier this week and <a target="_blank" href="/news">US-private equity firm Blackstone</a> reportedly pulling out of talks to acquire the entire Australand business.
Satterley would need to find another developer or investor wanting to take on the NSW and Queensland residential assets as Australand reportedly wishes to sell its residential business in one transaction, according to the Australian Financial Review’s Street Talk column which has been following the situation with virtual daily updates.
Australand has three residential estates under development in WA and seven in Victoria, it’s most recent launch being Greenvale Gardens, 20 kilometres north of Melbourne.
Satterley Property Group was founded by Nigel Satterley in 1980 and specialises in large residential master-planned developments.
It has 19 projects in Perth, three in regional WA, one in Cairns and three in Victoria, having recently committed to a $100 million master-planned community in Point Cook.
It reported 200 residential lot sales in March.
A price tag of $900 million is anticipated for Australand’s residential business with the division having a book value of $600 million.
Australand’s commercial and industrial property businesses are valued at around $3 billion with the group rejecting a reported $2.9 billion bid from GPT.
The Australand share price has rallied since falling about 5% following GPT’s formal withdrawal.
It is now trading at $3.54 up 19 cents from Tuesday.
The sale of Australand is being driven by majority shareholder, Singapore-based CapitaLand, which is seeking to offload its 60% stake in the developer.

Satterley eyeing up Australand WA and Victoria residential assets: StreetTalk

Adelaide was the only capital city to show any significant improvement in April selling times, according to Australian Property Monitors.
There was a typical 115-day selling time during May for houses and units, down from the 132 days during April for private treaty sales in Adelaide. Its the quickest sales time since May 2011.
Sydney's typical private treaty sale time improved by just a day to 79 days in May, according to the figures. So too did Canberra with a day's reduction to 76 days.
The sales' speed slowed in both Brisbane and Perth, APM research analyst Clinton McNabb noted.

No slowing in Canberra house and unit sales speed: APM heat chart

The Sydney 2000 postcode is unlike any other property market in the country.
It is predominantly an investor market with almost two-thirds (63%) of its 14,000 apartments currently leased to tenants.
It is a unique and dynamic market but it can also be fickle and erratic. With over 20 years’ experience selling and leasing inner city property, I am passionate about educating buyers on how to make their investment in our beautiful city work in their favour.
The key to success is to have an innate understanding about what you are buying, and a realistic view of the returns and capital growth you can expect to see in the short, medium and long term.
Within the Sydney CBD, there are three distinct markets with different characteristics that investors need to be aware of:
City North – covers Margaret Street through to Walsh Bay
Mid City – starts from Hunter Street through to Bathurst Street
City South – runs south of Bathurst Street through to China Town
Property prices vary between these precincts, with the City South home to more affordable residences, while the northern tip of the city offers some of the most expensive real estate inAustralia, with apartments achieving over $65,000 per square metre for a small piece of Sydney’s inner city lifestyle.
One thing that is common among all of these precincts is volatility, and the return on your investment can vary dramatically depending on where the property is located and what attributes it has.
For example, in the space of one week, I negotiated a deal where one client made over$300K on an apartment she owned for just 12 months, while another client made a $25K loss on an apartment he owned for over 15 years.
These apartments were located within three blocks of each other; however the latter apartment had no view, balcony or parking, while the former offered all three of these imperative attributes.
At the moment, there is no shortage of premium apartments with big price tags in new city developments; there is however, a high demand for one and two-bedroom apartments in the more affordable price range of $550,000 to $1 million.
With many buyers looking to purchase before the end of the financial year, owners with inner city properties priced between $550,000 and $1 million are in a prime position to achieve a record price over the next few weeks.
The tricky part is finding a vendor who is willing to sell; most I have spoken to are achieving such great returns, they are not willing to sell.
The Sydney CBD offers buyers a secure investment in the medium to long-term, and with the right choice, rental returns are higher than other Sydney suburbs.
However, it is imperative that the property ticks certain boxes.
There are five key things I strongly recommend you look for to ensure your inner city purchase is a successful venture:
1) Building: Purchase in a well-managed and desirable development
2) Views: Harbour or iconic views attain the highest capital growth. If your budget is limited, ensure you at least have a great city outlook
3) Parking: Although not essential, it has a big impact on your property’s re-sale value
4) Outgoings: Ensure outgoings are reasonable and have long-term sustainability
5) Location: Buy in a development that is well placed to offer residents a fabulous inner city lifestyle with key desirables in arms reach i.e. transport, shopping, restaurants,entertainment and parks.

US unlisted property trust Hines Global REIT has acquired the commercial office tower in Laing O'Rourke's 'McLachlan &amp; Ann' mixed-use development at 825 Ann Street in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley for $124,667,820.

The sale was negotiated by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Geoff McIntyre and Seb Turnbull.
McIntyre said the sale of 825 Ann Street was the largest near city transaction for 2012/2013 setting a new benchmark for the Brisbane near city market.  
“Importantly, 825 Ann Street is the fifth $100 million plus transaction to occur in Fortitude Valley, further cementing the precinct as a core investment market and Brisbane's premier near city office market.”
“The entire McLachlan &amp; Ann (M&amp;A) development consists of an 11 level office tower with ground floor retail (being 825 Ann Street), a retail strip fronting the corner of McLachlan and James Streets, and a residential apartment development consisting of over 200 apartments.
"The completion of 825 Ann Street will see Fortitude Valley reach a total size of 460,000sqm (37% of the total near city market*) and is now a market of critical mass,” said Turnbull.
McLachlan &amp; Ann has a minimum targeted 5 Star NABERS energy rating for the base building.
Hines Global REIT was launched in August 2009 and has a US$2.4 billion portfolio of investments in 17 locations in the US, the United Kingdom, Poland, Russia and Australia.
Its other Australian acquistions are 100 Brooks Street, leased by engineering Bechtel in Fortitude Valley and 144 Montague Road, leased by engineering firm Ausenco.

US-based global fund buys Laing O'Rourke Fortitude Valley office tower for $124.6 million

The best 20-year period for Australian price growth was from 1969 to 1989, when prices increased a total of 941.5%.
"That’s the equivalent of an annual increase of 12.4%," noted Peter Koulizos, a lecturer in property for a number of academic institutions, including UniSA.
He noted in News Ltd papers that this was during a time of generally great economic prosperity, mainly due to a large number of migrants settling in Australia, creating a great demand for property.

Australia's best 20-year period in residential property markets: Property Professor Peter Koulizos

Someone asked me the one element, above all others, I seek in a location worthy of property investment. That one thing is diversity.




Mining towns often deliver the highest capital growth and rental yields, but they also have the highest risk, because they lack that one thing.



This week I met a guy who was tossing up between buying in the WA mining town of Newman, where scarcity has driven the median house price to $850,000, and the iron ore hub of Port Hedland, where you pay around $1.2 million for the average house - and it's a very average house. He understood the risks and was interesting in getting those seductive double-digit rental returns. He has stronger nerves than mine.



I prefer places with diversity. Multiple strong economic elements in play and lots of diverse drivers of future growth.



I visited such a place this week, to gather research and speak at a seminar for property investors. I've had Albury-Wodonga in my hotspotting reports for the past year or so, but until I spent a full day touring the twin border cities with local agent Peter Drummond I did not fully appreciate its credentials.



Because of its diversity and solidity, Albury-Wodonga avoids the volatility of single-industry economies. As Albury City's director of economic development Tracey Squire says: "Instead of having peaks and troughs, we tend to have waves."



Albury-Wodonga ticks all the boxes. Its population (around 85,000) is growing at rates above national averages. Its location is strategic. Its connectivity is good. It sits beside a lake and a river runs through it. 



The two local councils are forward-looking and proactive. It has multiple economic pistons driving prosperity. It has the critical mass and all the amenities of a modern city. Money is being spent on infrastructure. Property developers are active but not over-active. Major national enterprises have a significant presence there.



Its real estate is affordable and its rental returns well above average. Do you get the feeling I like the place?



I can think of few regional centres with the multi-faceted strength of Albury-Wodonga. Only Townsville in North Queensland might have greater claims.



Albury-Wodonga, which straddles the Murray River beside Lake Hume, generates economic activity and jobs from agriculture, manufacturing, defence, tourism, education, health services, construction and government administration.



Many national and some international businesses have a major presence. The Australian Taxation Office, for whom a $50 million office building has been completed recently, is a big employer. 



The city's location of the Hume Highway (and the main rail line) between Melbourne and Sydney, with good links also to Canberra, makes it strategically important. Many transport and logistics businesses are based there. 



Education is a strong element, with five university or TAFE campuses and 74 schools, including 20 private ones. Medical facilities, which include the base hospital and a private hospital, will soon be expanded with a $75 million cancer centre.



There's a newsprint mill, an abattoir, a massive Woolworths distribution warehouse and a cardboard box factory. Mars Corporation has its corporate HQ in the city, Bunnings has two major warehouses and the military economy includes Latchford Barracks.



Albury Airport is the second busiest regional airport in NSW. There's a lot of business traffic and Quest Apartments, which services the business traveller, has two hotels with a third under construction. Accor is also planning a hotel there.



Property and infrastructure projects recently completed, under construction and advanced in planning total well over a billion dollars. The energy of the local councils is partly responsible. "We deliver red carpet, not red tape," says Squire.



It's in the city's favour that, while its population growth rate exceeds national averages, it's not the boom growth that inspires developers to procreate an over-supply. There are many new residential estates sprouting but they appear to be in balance with genuine demand and vacancy rates are low.



Most of the twin cities' suburbs have median house prices in the $200,000s and most have median rental yields in the 6% to 6.5% range.

Centuria Property Funds has sold ‘Health House’ at 87 Mitchell Street in the Darwin CBD for $19.15 million.
Located within the core of Darwin’s CBD, the prime commercial office building was acquired by the Centuria Diversified Direct Fund in 2001 for $9.5 million.
This represents annual growth of around 6.2%, excluding the cost of significant refurbishments and other building management costs.
Centurial Propety Funds is the unlisted property management and property syndicate arm of ASX-listed Centuria.
“Vacancies of A Grade office space in Darwin’s CBD are among the lowest in Australia and we expect them to reduce further as Darwin’s economy is boosted with the injection of $4.4 billion from the private sector for large scale resource projects," says Jason Huljich, CEO of Centuria Property Funds.
“The sale of 87 Mitchell Street represents an opportunity for our buyer to capitalise on the significant resource-stimulated growth in Darwin. It also supports Centuria’s primary strategic focus, which is the acquisition of larger, higher grade assets in major metro cities throughout Australia.”


Constructed circa 1986, Health House is fully leased by the Northern Territory Government’s Department of Health, which recently exercised its two year option to extend its lease until December 2017.

Since its acquisition, Centuria has made significant refurbishments to the building.

Sydney's $620,000 private treaty house median: RP Data

East Brunswick pizzeria 400 Gradi has leased space in Drapac group's refurbished former Carlton &amp; United brewery laboratory site at 200Victoria Street in Carlton for a second eatery.
The office component of the building is leased by Victoria's Environment Protection Authority and in keeping with the role of its government tenant, is one of the most environmentally sustainable in Victoria with a coveted 6 star Green Star status awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia.
It also has a 5 star NABERS energy and 4.5 star water rating.
Drapac Group, founded by property developer Michael Drapac, acquired the building for $5.25 million in 2006 and refurbished and added two levels to it in 2009, with designs from architects Peddle Thorp.
The new pizzeria '90 Secondi' will operate from a 186 square metre ground floor shop.
The rent has not been disclosed but market rent is around $500 to $700 per square metre per annum.
The owner of 400 Grandi and 90 Secondi is Giovanni ''Johnny'' Di Francesco is one of only two Melbourne pizzaiolo’s to be internationally accredited to make authentic Neapolitan pizza.
“90 Secondi will be more a cafe pizzeria rather than a restaurant pizzeria - more modern and a little more casual,” Di Francesco said.
The lease was negotiated by CBRE retail services team of Zelman Ainsworth and Max Cookes.
"It was critical we found a café that complemented a building of this quality with a 6-star green star design and provided additional amenity to our current tenants – 90 Secondi fit this requirement perfectly,” Drapac’s Costa Alexiou said. 
The new pizzeria 90 Secondi has also committed to a lease at CBUS’s newest project at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands.
Recent leasing deals in trendy Carlton include  famed Italian cafe Brunetti relocated from its 27-year home at 194-204 Faraday Street, Carlton to its birthplace at 380 Lygon Street.  
“We have noticed a huge increase in the level of enquiry across all our retail leasing campaigns in both the CBD and suburban locations,” said Ainsworth.

Authentic Neapolitan pizza comes to Drapac's six-star green building on Carlton's Victoria Street

Donna Hay, the food queen, has sold her Woollahra homewares retail premises after deciding to concentrate on her online retailing initiatives rather than continue with the Holdsworth Street outlet.
The shop was a highly exposed corner setting close to  the <a target="_blank" href="/news">Woollahra</a> Queen Street village.
The <a target="_blank" href="https://www.realcommercial.com.au/property-retail-nsw-woollahra-500742139">three-level sandstone terrace </a>had "no expense" spared in its renovation and customised high end shop fit-out  for a concept store, market-leading emporium or luxury boutique.
The Holdsworth Street, Woollahra, shop cost $1,615,000 in 2008 and Property Observer gathers it fetched around $1.5 million.
"High ones," was the initial tip on price expectations, but it didn't happen even with a change in agency to Clay Brodie and Randall Kemp at Ray White Woollahra.
It was early 2009 when Hay opened her concept store – full of Donna’s products plus homewares and gift ideas chosen from around the world.
It will all be undertaken online in future.
