Far North Coast entrepreneur Eddie Phillips has placed a $2.5 million asking price on his redundant Brunswick Heads motel.

The River View Inn at 2 Brunswick Terrace, located opposite the river, has been on and off the market since 2006. In 2008 its hopes were $5 million.

The motel is set on two separate lots of 872 square metres next to the Brunswick Hotel

The motel has 12 rooms, in-ground swimming pool, manager's quarters and licensed restaurant.

It has been listed through Raine & Horne agent Janis Perkins as suitable for either improving or redeveloping.

Raine & Horne has another motel on sale at $1,999,000. It’s the 12-room Chalet Motel, which sits on a 1,349-square-metre block of land.
