Stockland has sold its 50% holding in 7 Macquarie Place in Sydney to its joint venture partner, UniSuper, for $55 million.
The half-stake in the 13,940-square-metre office tower was at a premium of $2.7 million, or 5.2% to Stockland’s book value.
