An industrial property at Clayton in Melbourne’s south-east industrial zone has been listed for sale with appeal to owner-occupiers, developers or investors. The property is expected to fetch about $7 million through Savills Notting Hill agent Lynton Williams.

“It has a large site of over three hectares, substantial buildings, acres of hardstand, and extensive street frontages providing excellent subdivision and/or redevelopment potential, subject to council approval,” Williams says.

"It is also superbly located within the heart of Clayton with easy access to the M1 Freeway via Blackburn Road and within close proximity of the Princes Highway.’’

Entry into and out of the site was ideal for articulated vehicles. The property comprises an office (881 square metres) and warehouse (7,860 square metres) and hardstand areas. The 3.073-hectare site has frontages to both Whiteside and Fairbank roads.
