Sydney city and inner south region lead clearance rates
Sydney's preliminary clearance rate came in at 76.7 percent for the week ending 5 June, according to CoreLogic.
The volume of auctions held over the year to date is around 20 percent lower. according to CoreLogic, who noted Sydney's city and inner south region had the strongest preliminary clearance result at 85.7 percent, followed by Ryde at 85 percent and eastern suburbs at 84.9 percent.
