Melbourne's Inner East leads auctions with 81.4 percent clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

Melbourne recorded a preliminary auction clearance rate of 73.6 percent for the week ending 14 February from 440 reported auctions, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Melbourne's strongest performer was the Inner East, with a clearance rate of 81.4 per cent across 52 auctions. The Inner South, West and Mornington Peninsula all have a clearance rate above the 75 percent.
