The Brisbane home featured in the latest Selling Houses Australia 2012 series debut makeover still awaits new owners.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom 1960-built bungalow remains listed for sale at $625,000.

The vendors are happy in the meantime to take $600 a week in rent.

Listed through Liz Baillie at The Wilson Team RE/MAX Colonial Riverside, the Yeronga house went to auction last September after its $60,000 makeover by Andrew Winter’s team.

The vendors, Paul and Gloria, had previously had it listed with $570,000-plus hopes before its renovation, which was needed following the January 2011 flood. This was reduced to $529,000 hopes shortly before Winter’s arrival last August.

It last traded at $328,000 in 2001.
