The $300 million overhaul: A luxurious future for Sydney’s David Jones menswear store

However, Mirvac’s newest addition to its Tullamore precinct 'Folia Apartments' challenges this idea with a multitude of resident amenities including co-working facilities, private gardens and opportunities to entertain guests.

The precinct will be replacing the former 47-hectare Eastern Golf Course in Melbourne’s Doncaster region, and will feature a Next Gen Health &amp; Lifestyle Club; cafes and restaurants; walking and cycling trails; indoor and outdoor pools; tennis courts; and even events hosted by Tullamore’s management. 

The Mirvac design team have taken into consideration the needs of owner-occupier buyers. Whether it be savvy first-home-buyers, down-sizers or those wanting a low-maintenance lifestyle, the design will offer something unique for everyone.

Each balcony and terrace will feature large planter boxes for the keen gardener. Each kitchen will boast state-of-the-art Miele appliances, island benches and even the option to upgrade your appliances for those who seriously love cooking.

The design draws on inspiration from its surrounding landscape by using organic free-flowing curves and natural materials such as timber, soft grey terrazzo tile flooring as well as neutral colouring. Large stacker-slider doors and recessed downlights create a sense of space in each apartment, and an abundance of greenery inspires a relaxing and tranquil environment.

Mirvac’s latest apartment building to offer private gardens, co-working spaces and unparalleled entertaining facilities

Designer Kathy Demos worked on a new building material concept in total secrecy for half a decade and has finally revealed the design.

Demos collaborated with the team at PGH Bricks to produce a stunning metallic brick, which would reflect different coloured light across the day. PGH have been in the brick manufacturing industry for over 100 years, and of their expansive team, only six workers knew about the project. The bricks will be featured on the lower levels of the John Demos Architects designed 'Luminess', and will sit above traditional red brick, and below modern glass and concrete, providing a strong tie between the two juxtaposing elements.

Urban.com.au: What sparked the idea to create bricks with a metallic quality, and how did you arrive at the final decision of the material used? 

Kathy Demos: Bricks are a traditional building product of great quality. The PGH Urban Metals range was developed specifically for Permarc’s Luminess project. We wanted to highlight the capacity of such an age-old product to continue to be highly relevant, sophisticated and surprising. It was this juxtaposition that was integral to the project. Copper, bronze, silver and zinc were selected as these finishes were emerging in fashion and homewares but we also wanted to take it a step further. What elevated this range was the decision to glaze the bricks to create an almost mirror-like effect. This meant that the bricks would constantly change in appearance depending on the light giving an ephemeral quality to a building façade.

U: Throughout the 5 year evolution period, how involved were you in the production process?

KD: Whatever the design project is, my role extends from the original concept through production, pricing, marketing and sales, whether it is a building product or the interiors of an apartment building. Ideas are challenged, designs are refined – there is a constant application to the task. Collaboration is essential and part of the joy of projects like these. The expertise from the laboratory, the factory floor and the PGH marketing specialist was vital to the development of this range.

U: How long does it take to produce each individual brick?

KD: Bricks are actually quite fast and easy to make, even ones as sophisticated as the Urban Metals. Hundreds of bricks can be produced in just a few days, its the design and development which is so vital to the success of any product that needs more time and investment.

U: In terms of durability, how do they compare to the standard brick?

KD: Bricks are highly durable and Urban Metals are no exception. The glazed finish makes this range less porous therefore more resistant to environmental factors and graffiti.

U: Are the bricks likely to be sold commercially in future? Do you worry this could take away from the uniqueness of Luminess?

KD: I am proud that Luminess will always be the first development to use these bricks. As a commercial designer, I am looking forward to seeing them on many more buildings – they will look different each time as architects find new ways to integrate bricks into their buildings.

U: What do you believe are the most important factors to consider when designing a landmark development?

KD: For me, it is only a landmark when people recognise it as such, not because of a council designation. All projects are approached in the same way, that is, to create something that addresses objectives and challenges so that the final result contributes positively, even culturally, to people’s lives.

U: What kind of new design processes and technologies are you currently interested in exploring next?

KD: I am currently working with cladding specialist, Cemintel, a company that places great emphasis on cladding that is suitable and safe for buildings. We have just launched a new range, 'Surround', which is prefinished with colour-through technology. It means that buildings can be clad in a range of textures and colours which never need painting and will sustain a beautiful appearance for years. There are other new products in development too, but I can’t tell you about those yet. Another one of those secrets!

Designer Kathy Demos reveals 5-year-long secret design

Love holidays? Here's the next best thing: 16 of Australia's best apartment pools

When it comes to purchasing your first home, one of the main concerns is affordability. With the cost per square meter starting at <a href="https://hipages.com.au/article/calculate_your_building_costs">$1000 upwards</a>, many Australian first-home-buyers are opting for modern, ergonomically designed apartments with smaller square footage. 

As with houses, apartments provide flexibility to accommodate people with varying needs, offering a range of different sizes, configurations and amenities. In Melbourne alone, <a href="http://secretagent.com.au/inner-melbournes-smallest-largest-apartments/">Secret Agent Property Research</a> found that the standard apartment sizes range from student accommodation at 34 sqm through to warehouse conversions at around 97 sqm. However, the majority of pre-existing apartments built between 1960-1990 are around 59 - 79 sqm, which is considerably smaller than the <a href="https://buildsearch.com.au/house-size">average Melbourne 3 bedroom home at 175 sqm</a>. 

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Laing+Simmons property agent Sylvia Vitale explains that Potts Point studios are among some of the smallest properties in Sydney at around 17-30 square meters, but the incredible location compensates for the lack of floor space at home.

We now have tens of thousands of apartments affected by shoddy workmanship, rubbish materials, bad waterproofing."

However, there are plenty of great designs to look to – Sydney business owner Sarah O’Neill was one of the lucky ones who managed to score her dream apartment. Her decision to downsize to a 29sqm Sydney studio was to attain a more sustainable and less stressful lifestyle. O'Neill explains that living in a small space definitely does not compromise her quality of living either.

DEMAND FOR SMALLER-SCALE HOUSING

<a href="https://www.propertyobserver.com.au/https://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@.nsf/mf/3236.0">The Australian Bureau of Statistics</a> revealed that one-person households are likely to rise between 3 million and 3.6 million by 2031, which is a significant increase since 2006 where only 1.9 million people lived alone.

Urban.com.au: With the growing population, do you think there has been more demand for designing smaller apartments in recent years?

Nicholas Gurney: “There is certainly a strengthening demand for smaller apartments, but I think there are many factors beyond the growing population. At present, small space habitation is considered by many to be a phase of transition i.e. a place of habitation for a finite period either on the way up or on the way down, so to speak. With comparison to five years ago, there is certainly improved demand for the development of existing building stock and I think this arises from issues surrounding affordability and locality. There are more single-person households than ever before, and this will make an ongoing contribution to the demand for smaller apartments.”

Jack Chen: "I'm not sure, to be honest, I think both scenarios are on the rise, they offer very different ways of living so it’s good that people have the options to either live in a house with a backyard further out, or to embrace the convenience of city living, with shops and gyms right outside your door.”

Credit: Jack Chen</figcaption></figure>JC: “I like to think each problem is unique and not one trick will work for all scenarios, but I think generally the less is more philosophy is quite an important one that flows behind the scenes in all of my projects. I am not a pure minimalist, but I think it is important to have less visually, to visually declutter goes a long way to provide a calmness most people desire in their home. What this means is there needs to be plenty of hidden storage space for the user.”

DOWNSIZING THE TRADITIONAL "AUSTRALIAN HOME"

NG: “Everything can be reduced from what we’re accustomed to, however, it is conventional fittings and fixtures that administer the spatial organisation and provide the constraint on reduction. A sleeping area can be reduced to the proportions of a mattress or the space required for a murphy bed but a utility space such as bathroom or kitchen cannot be reduced to the size of its parts. Instead, the pockets of space in and around these utility areas is managed to enable a downsize. A living space is a luxury space and can be downsized simply.”

JC: “Again, I think each person’s requirement is different, there could be general patterns of living comfort, but I try not to start with generalization. Small space living is very tailored to each person’s priority in living, in order not to waste any cm of valuable space. Some are ok with sleeping with 60cm height space in order to give space for daytime activities, others define a home as a place that you can sleep in comfort, hence more priority and space needs to be provided for the bedroom in the second scenario.”

NG: “I tend to take inspiration from more conventionally sized architecture which permeates in how I design compact spaces. The Nakagin capsule tower in Tokyo, Japan is an interesting space-saving proposal imagined in the Japanese Metabolist style. Nearby to the famous tower is a more recent micro-unit example called the CT7165. Measuring just 8.5sqm, the units in CT7165 are even smaller than the 10sqm capsule units.”

JC: “I think the idea of layering a room vertically to take advantage of the high ceiling is a really smart approach. Usually, space above our reach of around 2m is not utilized much, because there’s a perception of inconvenience, but in a house with a small footprint, they are really valuable opportunities to take up.”

ARE YOU READY FOR SMALL-FOOTPRINT LIVING?

NG: “A reduction is positive. There is something very satisfying about inhabiting spaces without surplus or excess and this can only be experienced through positive change. The obvious benefits of more quality time and less financial burden are obvious advantages.”

Is Australia ready for smaller footprint apartment living?

Melbourne's landmark 101 Collins Street, is about to undergo a luxury overhaul under the design of commercial architect Gray Puksand (Australia Post Tower, Urbis). AXA Investment Group recently announced the development of a state-of-the-art wellness centre within the tower, which could likely become the largest health and wellness facility in the city – raising the bar for the tower's competitors.

Two studios will be equipped to facilitate the practice of yoga, Pilates, barre, meditation HIIT and cardio-based classes. The spaces will also feature sprung floors and heated ceiling panels for the comfort of users. Three specialist consultation rooms are also on the cards, offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic and remedial massage.

The renovation follows the recent completion of the project's end-of-trip facility where an entire ground-level carpark was transformed into a resort-style spa known as 'ONE'. Special features include a luxury towel service, personal grooming stations, lounge seating, Australian-made Leif shower products and parking for 500 bikes.

101 Collins Street was originally built in 1991 and designed by renowned architect Johnson Burgee. Completion of the project is slated for October this year.

A host of developers are looking at improvements to existing assets to compete in a highly competitive commercial market. These include AMP Capital's lobby refurbishment at <a href="https://www.collinsplace.com.au/development-updates">35 Collins Street</a>, GPT's <a href="/news/its-back-to-the-future-for-melbourne-central-towers-lobby-upgrade">lobby redevelopments at Melbourne Central</a>, ANZ Gothic and a new CLT office building at <a href="/developments/melbourne-vic-3000">300 Lonsdale Street</a> above the existing shopping centre.

101 Collins Street's world-class wellness centre sets new standard for office building amenities

Following a nine-year development period, the five-tower ‘Collins Square’ development in Melbourne's Docklands, has claimed the title of the highest concentration of environmentally sustainable buildings in the Southern Hemisphere.

The development has been awarded a Green Star Design, As Built v3 Rating and NABERS Energy 5 rating due to the use of eco-conscious technology including a Tri-Generation system, rainwater harvesting as well as energy efficient fixtures and fittings.

Walker Corporation’s $2.5 billion project features 250,000 sqm of commercial space across five towers; 10,000 sqm of retail and dining; childcare facilities; a supermarket and a health and wellbeing centre. The development also included the refurbishment of the 120-year-old Goods Shed South.

Spanning an entire city block, Collins Square was designed to fit seamlessly into the urban landscape, providing a transition in scale from the CBD down to Docklands Park and limiting overshadowing to surrounding public spaces and the Southbank of the Yarra.

Designed by Woods Bagot and built by Multuiplex, the tower features a curved form with a tapered roof at its summit and provides spacious, light-filled workspaces, supported by ample carparking and end of trip facilities for its tenants which include Transurban.

The tower is interconnected within the precinct for easy access to the neighbouring towers. Bluetooth activated lifts also allow workers and visitors to reach their destination using their smartphone.

Pellicano to embark on Stage Two of Ballarat Station transformation

In the past year, Hobart has seen a significant tourism boom with <a href="https://www.tra.gov.au/">307,000 international visitors</a> flocking to the Tasmanian state in just 12 months – that’s more than Hobart’s entire population. To prepare for the projected future tourism growth rate of 15%, Hobart airport will undergo a substantial three-part upgrade and offer international flights, beginning next year. The airport saw more than 2.6 million passengers last year, marking one of the airport’s busiest years ever.

<a href="/architects/woods-bagot">Woods Bagot</a> has been tasked with the redesign project dubbed ‘The Terminal Expansion Project’ (TXP), with the first stage focusing on expanding and improving existing facilities and lounges, passenger screening zones, implementing international processing and a new 550 square metre Qantas lounge will also be constructed.

Stage Two of the TXP will commence once the first stage is completed, with an aim to finish the project by 2030.

At its current state, the airport is undersized by 50%, so the TXP is likely to create a more comfortable and efficient environment for travellers, airline employees and Hobart airport ground staff.

Hobart Airport to embark on three-stage expansion project under direction of Woods Bagot

Longstanding Gold Coast and Canberra developer <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/developers/morris-property-group">Morris Property Group</a> is continuing to roll on with its Glitter Strip apartment pipeline, seeking to return to Mermaid Beach with a new 68-apartment development.

Morris, founded by Barry Morris in 1978 and one of the Gold Coast’s most prolific apartment developers over the past two decades, has filed plans for a 12-storey mixed-use building at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/36-seabeach-avenue-mermaid-beach-qld-4218">34-36 Seabeach Avenue</a>, on the prized eastern side of the Gold Coast Highway.

The 1,227 sqm site occupies a prominent corner position at Seabeach Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway, opposite the Mermaid Plaza retail and office precinct and around 140 metres walking distance from the future Mermaid Beach South light rail station.

<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/fraser-partners-0">Fraser &amp; Partners</a> has designed the project, which will comprise 68 apartments across a mix of 48 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom residences.

The building will rise 12 storeys, reaching a maximum height of 36 metres, with the apartments accounting for a total of 156 bedrooms. The development application also seeks approval for short-term accommodation across the 68 apartments, while two office tenancies are proposed at ground level.

The plans show 108 car spaces across the development, with parking accommodated at ground level and within a three-level basement accessed from Seabeach Avenue.

Resident amenity will be concentrated on level two, where Fraser &amp; Partners has designed a recreation deck with a swimming pool, 90 sqm pool terrace, outdoor barbecue area and gym.

The broader communal offering will also incorporate landscaped spaces, with the planning documents noting the amenity has been designed to provide areas for recreation, social interaction and outdoor living.

The proposal would continue the transformation of the Gold Coast Highway corridor through Mermaid Beach ahead of the arrival of the light rail.

The site is zoned Neighbourhood Centre and sits within the Mermaid Beach/Broadbeach Light Rail Corridor neighbourhood plan. While the prescribed building height is 24 metres, the site is identified within an Urban Neighbourhood context providing for a 50 per cent height uplift to 36 metres.

Planning documents describe the stretch of the Gold Coast Highway between Broadbeach and Nobby Beach as increasingly characterised by medium and high-rise development, with the proposed Morris tower joining projects including Ventura, The Alfred, Oceans and Otto.

The development would mark Morris Property Group's latest investment in Mermaid Beach, where it has already delivered two apartment projects.

Otto, at 1 Bondi Avenue on the western side of the Gold Coast Highway, comprises 70 apartments across nine storeys. The project was completed in 2019 and includes a residents' gym, recreation deck and swimming pool.

Morris also developed Oceans at 46 Ocean Street, a nine-storey, 70-apartment build-to-rent development completed in 2019. Oceans was the group's first build-to-rent project and incorporates commercial space at ground level.

The two existing Morris projects sit further north along the same Gold Coast Highway corridor as the proposed Seabeach Avenue development. Fraser &amp; Partners' planning analysis specifically identifies both Otto and Oceans among the established built-form precedents surrounding the site.

Mermaid Beach represents only part of Morris' considerable Gold Coast footprint.

The family-owned developer has been particularly active in neighbouring Broadbeach, delivering projects including Sierra Grand, Eclipse, Synergy, Qube, Koko, Opus and Malo, while its current pipeline includes Maison and the two-tower Crest development.

Further south, Morris has also developed a string of projects in Burleigh Heads, including Element, Boardwalk and Sandbar, while Essentia expanded its footprint north into Surfers Paradise.

The Seabeach Avenue application has been lodged by PMM Broadbeach Pty Ltd and seeks a development permit for a Material Change of Use for multiple dwellings, short-term accommodation and office uses. Zone Planning Group prepared the planning application, with Fraser &amp; Partners commissioned as architect.

The project comes as the developer continues to expand its Gold Coast pipeline while retaining a significant presence in Canberra. Morris now has more than $2.5 billion of development in its national pipeline and has delivered more than 7,000 homes during its near five-decade history

55 William adds to a growing concentration of Fortis projects in and around Double Bay, a market the developer has become increasingly active in over recent years.

Fortis previously completed the nine-residence Marmont on New South Head Road, while it is currently developing a mixed-use residential and retail project at 12 Cross Street. Its wider Double Bay footprint also extends into commercial and retail development.

The developer's broader Sydney residential pipeline is particularly concentrated across the eastern suburbs, with projects spanning Doub​le Bay, Ro​se Bay, Wo​ollahra, Dar​ling Point, Poi​nt Piper and Eli​zabeth Bay.

At 55 William, Fortis has again turned to MHN Design Union, the architecture practice behind several of its eastern suburbs projects, while London-based 1508 London has been appointed to handle the interiors and Wyer &amp; Co the landscaping.

The six-level building will comprise a combination of two and three-bedroom apartments, including a garden residence, full-floor apartments, a sub-penthouse and penthouse. Each residence will have secure basement parking and private outdoor space.

A rooftop terrace for all residents, along with select apartments, enjoys views across Double Bay Harbour and toward the Sydney skyline.

Ceiling heights will reach up to three metres&nbsp;in select residences, while the kitchens will feature natural stone and integrated Gaggenau appliances.

The boutique nature of the project reflects the type of stock Fortis has increasingly targeted across Sydney's eastern suburbs, where larger apartments and smaller buildings are being pitched primarily toward local owner-occupiers and downsizers.

Fortis Group General Manager Ed Eve said the developer continues to see demand from buyers wanting to remain in the eastern suburbs but move into newer, lower-maintenance housing.

“We're seeing continued demand from local owner-occupiers and downsizers looking for high-quality homes that allow them to remain in the eastern suburbs, close to the lifestyle and community they know,” Eve said.

55 William is also one of the early projects to respond directly to the NSW Government's Low and Mid-Rise Housing reforms. Fortis had previously secured approval for just two townhouses on the 599 sqm site before revising the scheme to eight apartments following the planning changes.

Situated one street back from Double Bay's water's edge, the project enjoys an enviable harbourside setting within walking distance of Double Bay Village and the ferry wharf.

Fortis has increasingly made the eastern suburbs a major focus of its Sydney pipeline. Beyond Double Bay, it recently completed the 14-residence Piper in Point Piper and has projects underway or planned across Rose Bay, Woollahra and Darling Point.

The developer recently secured approval for Verano in Rose Bay, a six-level development comprising 21 two, three and four-bedroom apartments, also designed by MHNDU.

Fortis continues eastern suburbs push with 55 William launch

UAE-based developer Arada has unveiled plans for a $2 billion twin-tower apartment development in Broadbeach, marking its first move into Queensland as it continues its rapid expansion across Australia.

Arada will develop 952 apartments across two towers on a prominent site opposite the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, with the project targeted for completion ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The project represents Arada's largest commitment to the Australian market since arriving in the country in 2024 and significantly expands a local pipeline that has now grown to eight projects and more than 5,000 homes.

It will also be the first major Queensland project delivered by Roberts Co since the tier-one contractor was acquired by Arada Group in 2025.

Plus Studio has designed the Broadbeach development, which will comprise one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two towers connected by a landscaped podium.

A significant resident amenity offering will include lagoon and lap pools, a gym, sauna and steam room, alongside a mist room, infrared room and salt scrub facilities. Communal terraces, private dining areas, a library, residents' lounge and work-from-home spaces are also planned. Around 1,200 sqm of retail and hospitality space will occupy the ground floor.

The site puts Arada in one of the Gold Coast's most active apartment markets, directly opposite the convention centre and within walking distance of Pacific Fair, The Star Gold Coast and Broadbeach's dining and retail precinct.

It also has immediate access to the Gold Coast light rail network and sits just a few blocks from the beach.

Arada Group Chief Executive Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said Broadbeach represented an opportunity for the developer to expand beyond its initial NSW pipeline.

“Broadbeach is a world-class address that gives us the canvas to create a community of exceptional design and lifestyle quality that genuinely enriches the daily lives of the people who call it home,” Alkhoshaibi said.

“This is our first development outside New South Wales, and it reflects our growing ambition to grow in key urban markets around the country.”

Alkhoshaibi said bringing Roberts Co into the project would give Arada greater control over the development and construction process.

“Delivering this project through Roberts Co, our own tier-one construction business, means we can bring the quality, pace and accountability that our buyers expect.”

The move into Broadbeach comes as Arada accelerates its Australian expansion following its entry into the market two years ago. The developer has assembled a pipeline of eight projects comprising more than 5,000 homes, while the acquisition of Roberts Co last year gave the group its own Australian construction capability.

Globally, Arada has a development portfolio valued at $50 billion comprising more than 55,000 homes across the UAE, United Kingdom and Australia.

The Gold Coast is emerging as the next major market for the developer, with strong population growth and infrastructure spending ahead of the 2032 Games continuing to underpin significant apartment development across the coastal strip.

Arada plots $2 billion Broadbeach towers in major Queensland move

Sydney’s downsizer market is changing, with a growing cohort of buyers prioritising the right home over simply finding a smaller one.

Coronation Property Head of Sales Cam Porter says the traditional idea of downsizing does not necessarily reflect what many buyers are now looking for, particularly those moving from established family homes across Sydney.

Instead, he says they are increasingly becoming “right-sizers”, seeking lower-maintenance homes without sacrificing the space, amenity or quality they have become accustomed to.

“We are increasingly seeing buyers who are not motivated by the idea of simply moving into a smaller property,” Porter says.

“They are right-sizers. They want a home that is easier to manage and better connected, but they still expect generosity, quality and a floorplan that supports the way they live.”

It is a subtle but important distinction in a market where apartment developers are increasingly targeting established owner-occupiers.

For many of these buyers, moving from a house to an apartment is not driven by a desire to dramatically reduce their living space. Instead, the appeal is in removing some of the maintenance associated with a larger home while retaining generous living areas, storage and enough flexibility to accommodate family and friends.

Coronation’s sales team is seeing buyers place particular importance on natural light, practical storage and additional rooms that can be used as guest bedrooms, home offices or secondary living spaces.

Kitchens and dining areas are also playing an increasingly important role, particularly for buyers who regularly entertain or have children and grandchildren visit.

“These buyers still want their home to feel generous,” Porter says.

“They may want less maintenance, but they are not looking for less life.”

The challenge for the broader housing market is providing enough of the right stock to encourage that move.

While much of the discussion around Sydney’s housing shortage has centred on the number of homes being delivered, Porter says the diversity of those homes is equally important.

Older homeowners can remain in large family houses for longer when they cannot find an appropriate alternative in the neighbourhoods where they have built their lives.

“The decision is rarely as simple as wanting fewer bedrooms,” Porter says.

“People are weighing up their connection to a neighbourhood, the space they need for family, the quality of the home and whether it will continue to work for them over the long term.”

It also has implications beyond the downsizer market. Providing suitable apartments for smaller households can free up established houses for families who need the additional bedrooms and land, creating greater movement through the housing market.

<h2>Lillian targets the next stage of apartment buyer</h2>

It is a buyer Coronation is targeting at <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/lillian-erskineville-9-metters-street-erskineville-nsw-2043">Lillian</a>, its new collection of apartments, terraces and penthouses at Erskineville Village.

Designed by Silvester Fuller, Lillian has been shaped around larger living spaces, natural light and flexible floorplans, alongside landscaped areas, wellness amenity and communal spaces for residents.

The development will form part of Coronation’s broader Erskineville Village precinct, which will combine new homes with green space, retail, hospitality and new pedestrian connections.

McPherson Park will sit at the centre of the precinct, creating a significant new green space alongside the project’s retail and hospitality offering.

For Porter, the opportunity is to give buyers another housing option without forcing them to leave the part of Sydney they already know.

“People should be able to change the type of home they live in without having to change their entire life,” he says.

“For many buyers, Lillian offers the opportunity to remain connected to the Inner West and the city, while gaining access to a more convenient, walkable and considered way of living.”
