Rahul Bharara

<p>Rahul Bharara, who has been with Credit Suisse's property team for the past seven years, has been appointed Credit Suisse head of real estate. </p>
<p>Bharara will report to Credit Suisse's co-heads of investment banking Angelo Scasserra and James Disney.</p>
<p>Scasserra was the bank's head of real estate but was promoted to the co-head of investment banking role in March this year.</p>
<p>He was one of the key advisers on Vicinity Centre's $1.2 billion placement in June this year. </p>
<p>Credit Suisse said Bharara has "had a successful 15 year career in real estate investment banking".</p>
